The reaction of 1,2-diaminobenzenes with substituted 1,2-dibenzoyl-1,2-dibromoethanes constitutes a convenient synthetic route to the hitherto 2-(p-R-benzoylmethylene)-3-(p-R-phenyl)-1H-quinoxalines. Structures of all products were elucidated by ir, 1H and 13C-nmr, mass spectra data. X-Ray crystallography data confirm assigned structures.  相似文献

A comprehensive B3LYP/6-31+G study of the influence of BF3 on the [4+2] cycloaddition of vinylketene with formaldimine was conducted. For this purpose, the complete pathway was determined and changes in different magnetic properties (magnetic susceptibility, χ, magnetic susceptibility anisotropy, χanis, and the nucleus-independent chemical shifts, NICS) were monitored along the reaction profile with a view to estimate the aromatization associated to the process. We have also applied the ACID (anisotropy of the current-induced density) method with the same intention.  相似文献

We determined the apparent equilibrium constant of formation, KpH, of the Schiff bases of pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (PLP) and poly- and copolymers containing L -lysine, as a function of pH at 25° and a constant ionic strength of 0.1 M . The KpH values obtained at acidic and neutral pH were larger that those reported for Schiff bases of PLP and hexylamine. We determined calorimetrically ΔH of formation of Schiff bases of PLP and poly(L -lysine) (?4.5′kcal/mol), and PLP and hexylamine (?3.4 kcal/mol) at pH 7.00. Semi-empirical theoretical calculations (INDO and AMI methods) of a model compound of Schiff base of PLP and polypeptide containing L -lysine show the capability of specific interactions between groups of PLP and the peptide skeleton.  相似文献

Summary Complexes of CuII with 2-(benzylamino)-2-deoxy-d-glycero-d-talo heptonic acid (BnMa) and 2-(benzylamino)-2-deoxy-d-glycero-l-gluco heptonic acid (BnGa) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal data, i.r., electronic and e.s.r. spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, and X-ray powder diffraction. The metal:ligand stoichiometry of these complexes is 12 and coordination around CuII seems to be octahedral, with the ligands bound through the N atom of the amino group and O atoms of the bridging carboxylate group.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The synthesis of four bioactive analogues of the somatostatin (SRIF-14) mimetic, beta-d-glucoside (+)-2, in which the C1 indole side chain is replaced with indole surrogates, has been achieved. These congeners, possessing the naphthyl, benzothiophene, benzyl, and benzofuran substituents, were predicted to satisfy the electrostatic requirements of the tryptophan binding pocket of SRIF. Unlike the previously described C4 picolyl and pyrazinyl congeners, these ligands bind the hSST4 receptor.  相似文献

Cycloreversion of 2-(p-cyanophenyl)-4-methyl-3-phenyloxetane (1) is achieved using 1-methoxynaphthalene (2) as electron-transfer photosensitizer. The experimental results are consistent with the reaction taking place from the singlet excited state of the sensitizer. Ring splitting of the radical anion 1*- occurs with cleavage of O-C2 and C3-C4 bonds, leading to products (acetaldehyde and p-cyanostilbene) different from the reagents used in the Paterno-Büchi synthesis of 1. The olefin radical anion involved in the electron-transfer process has been detected by means of laser flash photolysis.  相似文献

The conformational flexibility of lactose in solution has been investigated by residual dipolar couplings (RDCs). One-bond carbon-proton and proton-proton coupling constants have been measured in two oriented media and interpreted in combination with molecular dynamics simulations (MD). Two different approaches, known as PALES (Zweckstetter et al., J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2000, 122, 3791-3792) and TRAMITE (Azurmendi et al., J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2002, 124, 2426-2427), have been used to determine the alignment tensor from a shape-induced alignment model with the oriented medium. The steric alignment of the structures from several MD trajectories has provided ensemble averaged RDCs that have been compared with the experimental ones. The obtained results reveal the almost exclusive presence of a major low energy region defined as syn-phi/syn-psi (> 97%), for which sampling occurs in a dynamic manner. This result satisfactorily agrees with that determined by standard NOE-based methods.  相似文献

A comprehensive B3LYP/6-31+G* study on the electrocyclization of 1,2,4,6-heptatetraene analogues was conducted. Starting from the cyclization of (2Z)-2,4,5-hexatrienal, a pericyclic disrotatory process favored by the assistance of a electron lone pair, we incorporated small modifications in its molecular structure to obtain a truly pseudopericyclic process. To this purpose electronegative atoms (fluorine and nitrogen) were added to give a more electrophilic character on the carbon atom which is attacked by the electron lone pair of the oxygen atom. The complete pathway for each reaction was determined, and changes in magnetic properties were monitored with a view to estimating the aromatization associated with each process. This information, together with the energetic and structural results, allowed us to classify the reactions as pseudopericyclic or pericyclic. Among all studied reactions only one was a truly pseudopericyclic process and another was a borderline case. The features of this unequivocally pseudopericyclic case were analyzed in depth.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-aryl-3-(dimethylamino)-1-propanones 1 with one equivalent of 4,5-diamino-1H-pyrimidin-6-ones 2 , in acidic medium, leads to the formation of 4-aryl-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrimido[4,5-b]-[1,4]diazepin-6-ones 3 . The structure elucidation of the products is based on detail nmr analysis of experiments such as 13C, 1H and DEPT including selective 13C{1H} decoupling experiments.  相似文献

Catalytic hydrogenation of a series of N-(pent- and hex-2-enopyranosyl)benzotriazoles afforded the corresponding saturated N-glycosyl derivatives having the same anomeric configuration as the starting compounds. The conformations of all compounds obtained were determined by nmr spectroscopy. The hexopyranosyl nucleosides in solution adopt the Cl conformation. On the other hand, pentopyranosyl nucleosides exist as a mixture of the two chair conformers in equilibrium, with the IC or CI ( L ) form predominating.  相似文献
