The nanotechnology development is accompanied by an intensive growth of information flow which is specially noticeable as applied to journal information flow. Now over the world there are the 69 nano-titled journals with the impact factor and/or a settled periodicity as well as the 70 those which lack stability periodicity and are in an organization stage. Only 49 nano-titled have the impact factor with the comparatively high mean value of about 3.44. The domestic nano-titled journals published in Russia, India, China, and other countries are also considered. The attention is taken that in the 2006–2010 period the 95 new nano-titled journals were organized and in 2011 this process is continuing and seems to be the most impressive. Many nano-related journals (including classical physical, chemical and materials science ones) are also described and discussed.  相似文献

The data on the hardness and superplasticity of nanomaterials based on brittle high-melting point compounds such as carbides, nitrides, borides, intermetallics, and oxides are analyzed. The nonmonotonic change in the hardness with a change in the nanolayer thickness in multilayer films and the grain size in bulk nanomaterials is discussed. The fracture of these materials has intercrystalline character. However, residual plastic deformation is observed in some cases, for example, in for nanocolumnar TiN coatings and SiC single-crystal nanowire. The nanostructured approach was very successful in the development of nanocomposites with high-strain-rate superplasticity (∼10−2 s−1, T = 1400°C). Nanoparticle and nanomaterial research has become one of the most active frontier areas. In Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union work devoted to the thorough study of ultrafine media (low-dimensional subjects) started early. In the present paper a short historical review is given and the problems of nanoparticle research in Russia and some related fields (such as nanomaterials, nanochemistry, and nanophysics) are discussed.  相似文献

Nanostructured and x-ray-amorphous films in the TiB2-B4C system are prepared by nonreactive magnetron sputtering in the absence and presence of an additional external magnetic field with inductions of up to 0.3 T. The properties of the deposited films, such as the grain size, phase composition, dominant texture, roughness, and hardness, are investigated using transmission electron microscopy, microdiffraction, x-ray powder diffraction, atomic force microscopy, and microdurometry. The specific features of the phase diagram as applied to films and the effect of application of the magnetic field on their properties are discussed.  相似文献

Electrochemical and electrocatalytic properties of differently structured macroheterocyclic complexes (MC) are studied by a cyclic voltammetry method. The potential at half-height of the rising branch of the peak current of the first stage in the oxygen reduction, , is used for estimating the electrocatalytic action of complexes. Major structural factors that exert maximum electrocatalytic action on the oxygen reduction are determined by comparing for different MC. The maximum electrocatalytic activity in this reaction in 0.1 M KOH is exhibited by complexes containing cobalt and iron as the central metal atom as well as polymeric compounds and those having electron-donating substituents in the organic ligand.  相似文献
