The efficient Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis of the 37-residue human Amylin and its amyloidogenic 8-37 fragment was achieved using pseudoproline (oxazolidine) dipeptide derivatives. Syntheses of hAmylin(8-37) using Fmoc amino acids produced only traces of the desired peptide. Incorporation of pseudoproline dipeptides produced the desired product with high yield and allowed for the synthesis of the full length peptide. The crude material was pure enough to allow formation of the Cys-2 to Cys-7 disulfide by air oxidation. [Structure: see text]  相似文献

In the current study, a simple, environmentally benign and cost-effective method is presented for the preparation of 5-substituted-1H-aryltetrazoles. To this goal, mesoporous KIT-6 silica anchored with sulfonic acid (–SO3H) groups via post-grafting modification was synthesized using the sol–gel method and characterized by XRD, TGA, FTIR, BET, TEM and SEM techniques. For the preparation of tetrazole derivatives, the effect of various parameters such as catalyst amount, aryl nitrile:azide ratio, temperature and reaction time was tested. The hybrid organic/inorganic catalyst could be recovered easily through a simple filtration and reused multiple times without significant loss in activity.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to study the production of hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) from fructose using heterogenous catalysts based on KIT-5. For this propose, Al-KIT-5 and KIT-5-SO3H as the Lewis and Bronsted catalysts were prepared and were characterized using different techniques such as FT-IR, SEM, EDS, TEM, BET, TGA and elemental analysis. With the use of Al-KIT-5 as the catalyst, the appropriate reaction temperature and time were 135 °C and 60 min, respectively. Moreover, with the use of KIT-5-SO3H as the catalyst, the proper reaction conditions were found to be 125 °C and 45 min, respectively. In addition, the corresponding amounts of catalyst weight were 40 and 50 mg for KIT-5-SO3H and Al-KIT-5, respectively. Under these conditions, the conversion of fructose was 93.9 and 88.3%, respectively. These results indicated that, due to its Bronsted acid nature, the KIT-5-SO3H catalyst showed better results when 40 mg catalyst was used at 125 °C for 45 min in DMSO as the solvent. Both catalysts could be recycled and reused several times.  相似文献
