A comparative study of the reaction pathway of the cycloaddition of various vinyl-containing dienophiles on a set of substituted 3-acylamino-2H-pyran-2-ones under microwave-assisted and high-pressure conditions is presented. In the course of the reaction both the intermediate products, i.e., the 2-oxabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-ene (the exo/endo selectivity depended upon the dienophile) and the alkoxycyclohexadiene systems, were isolated and comprehensively characterized; this included X-ray diffraction analyses. The role of the base (DABCO) as an organocatalyst was further elucidated. 相似文献

Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used for the determination of minor and major elements present in apple juices. Prior to ICP-AES measurement, samples were diluted with nitric acid or digested in a microwave assisted digestion system. The differences in the measured element concentrations after application of different types of sample preparation procedures are discussed. The direct measurement compared to closed microwave dissolution was found to be the best sample preparation procedure. Prior to the measurements the ICP-AES method was validated and optimized for the determination of elements in apple juices. For diluted apple juice samples the lowest limits of detection (LOD) were obtained for Ba and Cd (< 20 μg L− 1), moderate ones for Cu, Mn, Ni, Fe, Ag, Ca, Cr, Zn, Mg, and Sr (20–100 μg L− 1), and the highest LODs for K, Pb, Na, and Al (> 110 μg L− 1). The results obtained for the repeatability (< 0.9%), the intermediate precision (< 4.5%), the day-to-day reproducibility (< 5.2%), and the overall uncertainty of measurement (approx. 4–7%) for all elements analyzed demonstrated the good applicability of the proposed method. Differences in major element content in fresh and commercial apple juice are discussed. 相似文献

Abstract
The compounds methyl 3-(benzoylamino)-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-5-carboxylate (1), C15H13NO5, and N-[5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-yl]benzamide (2), C21H19NO5, crystallize as a centrosymmetric hydrogen-bonded dimer facilitated by N–H···O interactions involving the amide and carbonyl moiety of the lactone group of adjacent molecules. Supramolecular aggregation in 1 is controlled by a combination of π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distance = 4.0745(11) ?] and weak C–H···O hydrogen bonding between the phenyl ring of the benzoylamino group and the carbonyl atom of the methoxycarbonyl group and in 2 by a combination of π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distance = 4.0699(8) and 4.1556(10) ?], weak C–H···O interactions between the methoxy substituents of the adjacent dimethoxyphenyl group and weak C–H··· π interactions. 相似文献4.

The microwave‐assisted Kabachnik–Fields reaction of a series of 3‐amino‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐ones, paraformaldehyde, and dialkyl phosphites or diphenylphosphine oxide led to α‐aminophosphonates or α‐aminophosphine oxides, respectively. The α‑aminophosphonates were obtained under solvent‐free conditions, whereas the α‑aminophosphine oxides in acetonitrile. Among novel bis-nucleobase-phenanthridinium conjugates bis-uracil analogue stabilized significantly more effective poly-dA-poly-dT and poly-AH(+)-poly-AH(+) than adenine analogue and reference compound . The adsorption and solution properties of cationic surfactants dodecylammonium chloride, tetradecylammonium chloride, and hexadecylammonium chloride, as well as hexadecyltrimtehylammonium bromide in pure and mixed states, were studied by surface tension and conductance measurements. The surfactants mixed non-ideally in both mixed monolayer and in the mixed micelles. The regular solution theory was used for evaluating the non-ideal interactions between molecules in adsorbed and micellar states. Similar values of the mixed monolayer and mixed micelle molecular interaction parameters in a mixture imply the molecules at the interface and in the mixed micelle have similar interactions. No synergism in surface tension effectiveness was observed. The adsorbed film at the air/water interface and mixed micelles were richer in more surface-active component. 相似文献
