Summary Magnetic moments and57Fe Mössbauer spectra at room temperature and at liquid nitrogen temperature of polynuclear ligand-bridged iron phthalocyanines, FePcL (L = pyrazine and 4,4-bipyridyl), are reported. The experimental data are in agreement with a pseudo-octahedral environment around the iron(II) cation. Partially oxidized derivatives, FePc(pz)I0.26 and FePc(bipy)I1.06 have been synthesized and their57Fe Mössbauer spectra and magnetic moments within the same temperature range obtained. Oxidation is shown to be metal centred and the iodine is found to be in I– form for FePc(pz)0.26 and as both I– and I

The electrochemical and chemical oxidation of extended TTF 4 and 5 are analysed by cyclic voltammetry, Visible/NIR and ESR spectroscopies, and the X-ray structures of the new salts 5 x BF(4)(CH(2)Cl(2)) and 4 x ClO(4)(THF)(1/2) are presented. The effects of structural factors on the pi-dimerization or the disproportionation reaction of the cation radical are shown. The oxidation of compound 4 presents the successive formation of stable cation radical and dication species both in dichloromethane (DCM) and in a CH(3)CN/THF mixture. In contrast, for compound 5, the stability of the oxidation states strongly depends on the nature of the solvent. In DCM, the oxidation of 5 proceeds by two close one-electron transfers while in CH(3)CN/THF the dication is directly formed via a two-electron process. The X-ray structures of the two salts reveal the formation of pi-dimers of cation radical. While the dimer (5(2))(2+) is due mainly to pi-pi interactions between the conjugating spacer, the multiplication of the sulfur atoms in compound 4 contributes to stabilize the dimer by the combined effects of S-S and pi-pi interactions. Visible/NIR and ESR experiments confirm the higher tendency of 4(+)(.) to dimerize with the occurrence of dimer and monomer in solution, while for 5(+)(.) only the monomer is detected in DCM. On the other hand, by dissolution of 5 x BF(4)(CH(2)Cl(2)) in CH(3)CN, only the neutral and the dicationic states of compounds 5 are observed owing to the disproportionation reaction. 相似文献

A new bis(3-hydroxy-4-pyridinone) derivative of iminodiacetic acid, imino-bis(acetyl(1-(3'-aminopropyl)-3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyridinone)), IDAPr(3,4-HP)(2), has been prepared and studied in its interaction with a set of hard metal ions. This tetradentate ligand presents a much higher chelating efficiency for trivalent hard metal ions (Fe, Ga, Al) than the monodentate derivative Deferriprone, namely at the diluted conditions prevailing in physiological conditions and at low clinical doses. A similar behaviour was also observed for the complexation with Zn(II) but at a significantly lower extent. This compound presents a moderate hydrophilic character at physiological pH (logD=-1.72). In vivo assays showed much more rapid clearance of (67)Ga from most tissues of metal-loaded mice than the drug Deferriprone and the radioactivity excretion occurs mostly through the kidneys. Therefore, results from in vitro and in vivo studies indicated good perspectives for this compound to be a potential decorporating agent for hard metal ions in overload situations without depletion of essential metal ions such as zinc. 相似文献

The bridging MeCN ligand in the dicopper(I) complexes [(DPFN)Cu2(μ,η1 : η1-MeCN)][X]2 (X=weakly coordinating anion, NTf2 ( 1 a ), FAl[OC6F10(C6F5)]3 ( 1 b ), Al[OC(CF3)3]4 ( 1 c )) was replaced by white phosphorus (P4) or yellow arsenic (As4) to yield [(DPFN)Cu2(μ,η2 : η2-E4)][X]2 (E=P ( 2 a – c ), As ( 3 a – c )). The molecular structures in the solid state reveal novel coordination modes for E4 tetrahedra bonded to coinage metal ions. Experimental data and quantum chemical computations provide information concerning perturbations to the bonding in coordinated E4 tetrahedra. Reactions with N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) led to replacement of the E4 tetrahedra with release of P4 or As4 and formation of [(DPFN)Cu2(μ,η1 : η1-MeNHC)][X]2 ( 4 a,b ) or to an opening of one E−E bond leading to an unusual E4 butterfly structural motif in [(DPFN)Cu2(μ,η1 : η1-E4DippNHC)][X]2 (E=P ( 5 a,b ), E=As ( 6 )). With a cyclic alkyl amino carbene (EtCAAC), cleavage of two As−As bonds was observed to give two isomers of [(DPFN)Cu2(μ,η2 : η2-As4EtCAAC)][X]2 ( 7 a,b ) with an unusual As4-triangle+1 unit. 相似文献

The anti-hyperglycemic flavonoid extract obtained from Genista tenera was first studied by liquid chromatography (LC)-diode array detection (DAD) which showed the presence of two major compounds. One of them was identified as genistein-7-O-glucoside. Luteolin-7-O-glucoside was detected as a minor constituent, while luteolin-7,3'-di-O-glucoside and rutin were found in trace amounts. LC-DAD-ESI-MS and NMR were used to confirm the structure of these compounds and allowed the elucidation of the structure of the unknown major compound, which is the flavonoid 5,7,4'-trihydroxyisoflavone-8-C-glucoside. 相似文献

Fluoroquinolones are one of the most promising and intensively studied drugs of contemporary anti-infective chemotherapy.
New fluoroquinolone antibacterials with improved pharmacokinetic properties and a broad spectrum of activity have been developed,

methods for the determination of these agents, which correspond to the third- and fourth-generation quinolones, has yet been
published. This work summarizes for the first time most of the liquid chromatographic methods reported in the literature for
the separation and quantification of the new fluoroquinolones in biological matrices and pharmaceutical formulations. A systematic
and detailed survey of physicochemical properties, sample preparation procedures, and chromatographic and detection conditions
is presented herein. In the course of this review several liquid chromatographic methods are discussed: reversed-phase high-performance
liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), ion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatography (IEX-HPLC), hydrophilic interaction liquid
chromatography (HILIC), high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) and other chiral chromatographic methods. Their

Abstract New receptors based upon a carboxamidonaphthyridine unit derivatized with the polyaromatic segments [4-(1-pyrenyl)butyroylamino] and [3-(9-anthracenyl)propanoylamino] have been synthesized and studied by 1H NMR titration in their binding interaction to the guanosine-C8 adducts from the carcinogens 2-acetylaminofluorene and 2-aminofluorene. The high binding energy, in comparison with that of the non-derivatized analogues, is rationalized in terms of a bi-site interaction (hydrogen bonding and aromatic stacking). Although many factors may contribute to the strength of the host-guest complexes described herein, it appears that in some cases π-π interaction may induce a concomitant bending in the hydrogen bond system. 相似文献

On the basis of the general class of solutions of 6D vacuum Einstein equations and using well-known results of the 6D geometric model of electroweak and gravitational interactions, the variations of fundamental physical constants and their influence on the observed red-shift of galaxies are investigated. By considering the interpretation of extra components of the 6D metric as reproducing the properties of matter in the 4D curved space-time, the effective quantities of matter are obtained.
