This paper describes the synthesis of a new series of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyanopyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines 4 and 4-aryl-5-cyano-6H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-6-ones 5 from the reaction of 5-amino-3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazole 1 with arylidene derivatives of malonodinitrile 2 and ethyl cyanoacetate 3 . The structure of the final compounds was determined on the basis of nmr measurements, especially by 1H, 1H-, 1H, 13C-COSY, DEPT and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Summary The interaction of non-anhydrous solutions of the ligand 1,3-bis-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,3-propanedione (bhppH3) with hydrated rare earth chlorides resulted in the formation of anhydrous, non-solvated, complexes M(bhppH2)3 (M=Y, La, Nd, Pr, Sm or Yb). The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, t.g., i.r. and1H n.m.r. spectroscopy. The evidence suggests that the coordination is through the -diketone site.  相似文献

The analysis of the critical transitions that occur in ternary mixtures is important to describe their physical behavior. It also enables the phase behavior of multi-component mixtures at high temperatures to be inferred. The objective of this work was to identify the critical transitions that occur in ternary mixtures containing ammonia and n  -alkane. The mixture’s critical loci were obtained and tested for stability using thermodynamic criteria expressed in terms of the Helmholtz free energy. Two equations of state were used to represent the Helmholtz free energy: the Carnahan–Starling–Redlich–Kwong (CSRK) and the Simplified Perturbed Hard Chain Theory (SPHCT). In order to identify the existing critical transitions, profiles of the critical loci were calculated along constant compositional ratios χ=x1/x2χ=x1/x2. Some of the curves depict higher order critical transitions between liquid–liquid and gas–liquid critical point regions, or two different liquid–liquid critical regions. One of the critical transitions found could be considered as a new sub-class within existing classifications for ternary mixtures proposed by Sadus [R.J. Sadus, J. Phys. An efficient analytical method for the determination of low-levels of226Ra and224Ra by alpha spectrometry is described. A cation exchange column was used to separate the analyte from other constituents in the sample (1–50 mL). After preconcentration and separation, the radium was electrodeposited onto a stainless steel disc from a solution of ammonium oxalate and hydrochloric acid. The electrodeposition was accomplished by the addition of platinum in microgram amounts. Linear responses were greater than two orders of magnitude. Detection limits of the procedure, taken as three times the standard deviation of several reagent blank analyses, were (1.8±0.3)×10–4 Bq and (2.9±0.3)×10–4 Bq for226Ra and224Ra, respectively. Recoveries of226Ra and224Ra ranged from 90% to 100% when samples of drinking water, well water, and dissolved bones were analyzed. Precision was calculated to be less than 5% for the determination of226Ra. Matrix effects were studied for salts of barium, magnesium, iron, and calcium.  相似文献

The use of Fourier transform mid-infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total reflection for characterizing entomopathogenic nematodes is evaluated for the first time. The resulting spectra of Steinernema glaseri and Heterorhabditis indica were compared with the spectrum of Caenorhabditis elegans. In the absorption spectra generated by the nematodes samples, the absorption bands were assigned to the molecular species and some important components were identified including triglycerides, trehalose, glycogen and collagen. Also, the use of star diagrams for the fingerprint section of nematode spectra for separating genera is discussed.  相似文献

A new miniaturized methodology based on the combination of headspace single drop microextraction and microvolume fluorospectrometry is proposed in this work for the determination of free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde in textile samples. The proposed method is based on the extraction and in-drop derivatization of free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde using the Hantzsch reaction. The effect of experimental variables affecting the performance of the proposed method, such as fluorescence parameters, nature of the extractant phase composition (including acetylacetone concentration, pH, ammonium acetate concentration and presence of an organic solvent), sample temperature, NaCl concentration and microextraction time was carefully investigated. Under optimized conditions, instrumental detection and quantification limits were 26 and 87 μg L−1, respectively, whereas procedural detection and quantification limits were 1.0 and 3.5 mg kg−1, respectively. Repeatability, expressed as relative standard deviation, was 4.6% (n = 9). The method was successfully applied to the determination of free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde in several textile samples, the found results being in good agreement with those obtained with the EN ISO 14184-1:1998 method.  相似文献

Stilbazulenyl nitrone (STAZN), 8, a nitronyl-substituted hydrocarbon, is a novel second-generation azulenyl nitrone with significantly enhanced potency as a chain-breaking antioxidant vs conventional alpha-phenyl nitrones previously investigated as antioxidant therapeutics. A convenient (1)H NMR-based assay for assessing the potency of chain-breaking antioxidants has shown that STAZN is ca. 300 times more potent in inhibiting the free radical-mediated aerobic peroxidation of cumene than is PBN and the experimental stroke drug NXY-059. Such levels of antioxidant efficacy are unprecedented among archetypal alpha-phenyl nitrone spin traps. Furthermore, STAZN outperforms such classical phenolic antioxidants as BHT and probucol and rivals the antioxidant potency of Vitamin E in a polar medium comprised of 80% cumene and 20% methanol. The Volodarskii electron-transfer mechanism involving the intermediacy of the STAZN radical cation has been implicated in attempts to ascertain the basis for the increased potency of STAZN over the three alpha-phenyl nitrones PBN, S-PBN, and NXY-059.  相似文献

This paper describes the use of a genetically tuned neural network platform to optimize the fluorescence realized upon binding 5-carboxyfluorescein-D-Ala-D-Ala-D-Ala (5-FAM-(D-Ala)(3) ) (1) to the antibiotic teicoplanin from Actinoplanes teichomyceticus electrostatically attached to a microfluidic channel originally modified with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Here, three parameters: (i) the length of time teicoplanin was in the microchannel; (ii) the length of time 1 was in the microchannel, thereby, in equilibrium with teicoplanin, and; (iii) the amount of time buffer was flushed through the microchannel to wash out any unbound 1 remaining in the channel, are examined at a constant concentration of 1, with neural network methodology applied to optimize fluorescence. Optimal neural structure provided a best fit model, both for the training set (r(2) = 0.985) and testing set (r(2) = 0.967) data. Simulated results were experimentally validated demonstrating efficiency of the neural network approach and proved superior to the use of multiple linear regression and neural networks using standard back propagation.  相似文献
