(2R*,4S*)‐Methyl 2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,4‐epoxy‐1H‐benz[b]azepine‐2‐carboxylate, C12H13NO3, (I), and its reduction product (2R*,4S*)‐methyl 4‐hydroxy‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐benz[b]azepine‐2‐carboxylate, C12H15NO3, (II), both crystallize as single enantiomers in the space group P212121, while the hydrolysis product (2RS,4SR)‐4‐hydroxy‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐benz[b]azepine‐2‐carboxylic acid, C11H13NO3, (III), and the lactone (2RS,5SR)‐8‐(trifluoromethoxy)‐5,6‐dihydro‐1H‐2,5‐methanobenz[e][1,4]oxazocin‐3(2H)‐one, C12H10F3NO3, (IV), both crystallize as racemic mixtures in the space group P21/c. The molecules of compound (IV) are linked into centrosymmetric R22(10) dimers by N—H...O hydrogen bonds, and those of compound (I) are linked into chains by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. A combination of O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds links the molecules of compound (III) into sheets containing equal numbers of R44(14) and R44(26) rings, and a combination of C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and three‐centre O—H...(N,O) hydrogen bonds links the molecules of compound (II) into a three‐dimensional framework structure. 5‐Acetyl‐2‐chloro‐8,11‐dimethyl‐5,6,11,12‐tetrahydrodibenzo[b,f]azocine, C19H20ClNO, (I), crystallizes as a single fully ordered isomer, but 14‐acetyl‐8,11‐dimethyl‐7,8,13,14‐tetrahydrobenzo[f]naphtho[1,2‐b]azocine–14‐acetyl‐8,9‐dimethyl‐7,8,13,14‐tetrahydrobenzo[f]naphtho[1,2‐b]azocine (74/26), C23H23NO, (II), exhibits threefold whole‐molecule disorder involving both configurational and structural isomers. In (I) and in the predominant form of (II), the azocine rings adopt very similar conformations, forming boat‐shaped rings having approximate twofold rotational symmetry. There are no direction‐specific intermolecular interactions in the crystal structure of (I), but the molecules of (II) are weakly linked into chains by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. The compounds were made under green conditions using an acid‐catalysed cyclization process having very high atom utilization.  相似文献

In (2SR,4RS)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C16H13Cl2NO, (I), the molecules are linked by a combination of C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds into a chain of edge‐fused R33(12) rings. The isomeric compound (2S,4R)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(2‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, (II), crystallizes as a single 2S,4R enantiomer and the molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by two C—H...O hydrogen bonds and one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. The molecules of (2S,4R)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(1‐naphthyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C20H16ClNO, (III), are also linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure, here by one C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. The significance of this study lies in its observation of the variations in molecular configuration and conformation, and in the variation in the patterns of supramolecular aggregation, consequent upon modest changes in the peripheral substituents.  相似文献

Er-doped silicon oxide-zirconia thin film samples were prepared by rf co-sputtering. Chemical composition was determined by energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the films were amorphous. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements showed that the matrix of the films consists of a ZrO2 main body with pockets of silicon oxide, containing no Si nanoparticles (np) distributed within it. The samples were annealed to 700 °C. Er3+: 2H11/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/2, 4F9/24I15/2, 4I11/24I15/2, and 4I13/24I15/2 emissions were observed. Excitation wavelength dependence and excitation photon flux dependence results for the 4I13/24I15/2 emission were explained as due to resonant energy transfer from defects in the matrix. 4I11/24I15/2 emission dependence on 4I13/24I15/2 emission showed that no energy transfer upconversion (ETU) processes were involved and that it was due only to branching from higher levels. 4I13/24I15/2 peak intensity decay was interpreted as corresponding to two different populations of Er3+ ions. Energy transfer from the defects to the Er ions is very efficient. We concluded that Er-doped silicon oxide-zirconia is a promising material for photonic applications, being excitable at low pumping powers and producing broad-band 4I13/24I15/2 emission.  相似文献

The molecules of (2RS,4SR)‐7‐methyl‐2‐exo‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C18H19NO, (III), are linked into sheets by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. (2S,4R)‐2‐exo‐(2‐Chlorophenyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C16H14ClNO, (IV), crystallizes as a single enantiomer and the molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by a combination of one C—H...O hydrogen bond and three C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Abstract  

The title compound, C20H17NO, crystallizes in the orthorhombic P212121 space group with unit cell parameters a = 7.6903(7) ?, b = 18.979(2) ?, c = 19.753(2) ?, with two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, which differ from one another in the slight rotation of the phenyl ring; this allows the formation of three internal hydrogen bonds, two of the type C–H···N and one of the type C–H···O, in one of the molecules, in contrast with only two of the type C–H···N in the other. The compound is rich in aromatic π rings and therefore the crystal packing is entirely dominated by cohesive weak C–H···π interactions among neighboring molecules producing an efficient packing with 71.2% of occupied space.  相似文献

Osmotic coefficients of aqueous solutions of trimethyloctylammonium bromide and decyltrimethylammonium bromide were measured by the isopiestic method at the following temperatures: 298.15, 293.15, 288.15 and 283.15 K. Activity coefficients of the solutes were calculated from the osmotic coefficients. The results were compared with the Debye-Hückel limiting law and analyzed according to their variation with the alkyl chain length of the cation and with the change in temperature.  相似文献
