Poly(4-vinylpyridinium) perchlorate has been used as a supported,recyclable,environmentally-benign catalyst for the formation of acylals from aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes in good to excellent yields under solvent-free conditions.Notably,the reaction conditions were tolerant of ketones.This methodology offers several distinct advantages,including its operational simplicity and high product yield,as well as being green in terms of avoiding the use of toxic catalysts and solvents.Furthermore,the catalyst can be recovered and reused several times without any loss in its activity.  相似文献

3-Methyl-1-sulfonic acid imidazolium hydrogen sulfate has been used as an efficient, halogen-free,and reusable Brnsted acidic ionic liquid catalyst for the synthesis of ethyl-4-aryl/heteryl- hexahydro-trimehtyl-5-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylates via the one-pot condensation of dimedone with aryl/heteryl aldehydes, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate under solvent-free conditions. This method has the advantage of being clean and simple, as well as providing the desired product in high yield over a short reaction time. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recycled and reused four times without any discernible reduction in activity.  相似文献

Poly(4-vinylpyridinium) hydrogen sulfate solid acid was found to be efficient catalyst for preparation of 1,1-diacetate using ultrasound irradiation at ambient temperature and neat condition. Deprotection of the resulting 1,1-diacetates were achieved using the same catalyst in methanol solvent under ultrasound irradiation at room temperature. This new method consistently has the advantage of excellent yields and short reaction times. Utilization of solvent free, simple reaction conditions, isolation, and purification makes this manipulation very interesting from an economic and environmental perspective. Abstract  

Succinimide sulfonic acid (SuSA) as a stable reagent is easily prepared by the reaction of succinimide with neat chlorosulfonic acid. This compound is able to catalyze the chemoselective conversion of amines to their corresponding N-Boc protected derivatives with (Boc)2O. All reactions were performed under mild conditions, giving the desired products in good to high yields.  相似文献

A practical and facile synthesis of various N-methyl imines, versatile scaffolds, was conducted at 85 °C using 4,4′-trimethylenedipiperidine as a safe and green catalyst. This reagent is a commercially available solid and can be handled easily. It has high thermal stability, low toxicity, and good solubility in green solvents such as water and ethanol. The regenerated catalyst demonstrated stable activity after several recycle runs, and any changes were detected in its chemical structure by 1H NMR monitoring. The novelty of the current work is that the 4,4′-trimethylenedipiperidine can act as a promising alternative for piperidine in organic reaction at higher temperatures due to its broad liquid range temperature, thermal stability, acceptor/donor hydrogen bond property, and other unique merits. Furthermore, the current protocol avoids waste generation in the workup process, which is a drawback in most previous reported procedures.

N-Methylimidazolium perchlorate([MIm]ClO4) was synthesized and some of its physico-chemical properties, such as density, surface tension were investigated. A thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) and solvent performance were also studied. The results show that this ionic liquid is an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of 4,4'-(arylmethylene)bis(1H-pyrazol-5-ol) derivatives under solvent-free conditions. This method has the advantages of high yield, clean transformation, simple operation and short reaction time. The ionic liquid can be recycled without significant loss of activity.  相似文献
