The reaction of 2-[1-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)ethoxy]ethyl isothiocyanate with alkaloid cytisine gave the corresponding thiourea
derivative which was subjected to partial hydrolysis on heating in boiling aqueous ethanol or complete hydrolysis in the presence
of a catalytic amount of an acid. The structure of the hydrolysis product, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)cytisinecarbothioamide, was proved by X-ray analysis. 相似文献

A thiourea derivative of the alkaloid cytisine was synthesized by reacting it with 1-propargyloxyethoxyethylisothiocyanate.
It was shown that the synthesized acetal thiourea derivative underwent hydrolysis in acidic medium to cytisino-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-thiocarbamide, the molecular structure of which was confirmed by an x-ray structure analysis.

A series of new N-acylsubstituted thioureas, the compositions and structures of which were determined by IR and PMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry,
were synthesized from the alkaloid anabasine. The crystal structure of one of the products, N-(anabasino-1-thiocarbonyl)furan-2-carboxamide, was confirmed by x-ray structure analysis. It was also shown that this compound
exhibited moderate antibacterial activity.

An X-ray structural investigation of N-(2-hydrazono-2-hydroxyethyl)-d-pseudoephedrine is performed, and intramolecular heterocyclization of this compound with orthoformic ester is studied.
