The template synthesis of copper(II) phthalocyanine by the condensation of dicyanobenzene within the supercages of Cu(II) exchanged X and Y type zeolites was studied using differential scanning calorimetry. The exotherms for intrazeolite and surface complexation have been resolved. These thermal events exhibit a dependence on the copper loading and hydration level which has been interpreted as a pressure effect.  相似文献

A macrocyclic molecule, the calix[6]arene 46, functionalized with carboxy groups, has been studied and its extraction efficiency towards uranium determined in a two phases solvent-extraction system. Two solvents, dichloromethane and benzene were used to follow uranium extraction from media containing sodium ions. The study of the extraction parameters allowed proposing an extraction scheme with each solvent. The extraction efficiency was found to increase with pH, with an optimal efficiency of nearly 100%. No decrease of uranium extraction was observed in synthetic solutions containing sodium ions (spiked with22Na) and/or239Pu. Under specific conditions, almost 100% of uranium have been extracted by the calixarene from real urine samples.  相似文献

Separations of lipid antioxidants, tocopherols (T) and tocotrienols (T3), on octylsilica (OS), octadecylsilica (ODS), phenylsilica, or silica were studied by capillary electrochromatography (CEC)-UV detection. The homologues and isomers of the vitamin E-active compounds were best separated with an OS column. CEC with an ODS column tended to yield broad peaks with poor resolution. Among the various mobile phases evaluated, [acetonitrile-methanol (64:36)]-[25 mM tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, pH 8] (95:5) eluent systems produced the most satisfactory results. Under these conditions, a baseline separation of an 11-component mixture was obtained with elution order similar to that observed in reversed-phase HPLC: deltaT3 > (gamma+beta)T3 > alphaT3 > epsilonT > (delta+zeta2)T > (gamma+beta)T > alphaT > alphaT-acetate. CEC of the antioxidant acetates led to separations inferior to those of the parent compounds. Effects of CEC experimental variables (e.g., mobile phase solvents and buffers, stationary phases and electric field) on analyte separations were assessed in the context of resolution factors and retention factors.  相似文献

The binding properties of three p-tert-butyldihomooxacalix[4]arene tetraketone derivatives (tert-butyl 2b, adamantyl 2c and phenyl 2d) in the cone conformation and one derivative (methyl 2a) in a partial cone conformation, towards alkali and alkaline earth metal cations have been established by extraction studies of metal picrates from water into dichloromethane, stability constant measurements in methanol and acetonitrile, and by 1H NMR spectrometry. Transport experiments of metal picrates through a dichloromethane membrane were also performed. The results are compared to those obtained with closely-related calix[n]arene derivatives (n = 4 and 5) and discussed in terms of the substituents, size and conformational effects. Methylketone 2a is a poor binder for all the cations studied, due to its partial cone conformation. Ketones 2b, 2c and 2d show high extraction and complexation levels for the alkali cations, with similar profiles and preference for K+ and Na+ (plateau selectivity). Towards alkaline earth cations, these ketones show a strong peak selectivity for Ba2+ in extraction, but a plateau selectivity for Ca2+, Sr2+ and Ba2+ in complexation. The nature of the substituent attached to the ketone function has some influence on their binding properties, with phenylketone 2d being a slightly weaker binder than ketones 2b and 2c. 1H NMR titrations confirm the formation of 1:1 complexes between the ketones and the cations studied, also indicating that they should be located inside the cavity defined by the phenoxy and carbonyl oxygen atoms. Ketones 2b, 2c and 2d show transport rates that do not follow, in general, the same trends observed in extraction and complexation.  相似文献

Prot-2 protease previously purified to homogeneity from Botrytis cinerea showed potentiality to be used in detergency and for production of bioactive peptides. To extend the characterization of Prot-2 protease, antifungal and antibacterial assays were performed in vitro using protein hydrolysates prepared from muscle of mackerel (Scomber scomborus) treated with this enzyme. The most active hydrolysate (degree of hydrolysis of 8 %) exhibited inhibition effect towards bacteria and phytopathogenic fungi, demonstrating that Prot-2 proteolysis generated bioactive peptides. Biochemical and molecular characterization of the purified Prot-2, by SDS-PAGE/Tryptic in gel-digestion and LC-MS/MS analysis, was investigated. The peptide amino acid sequence alignment search in database revealed a moderate homology between the determined amino acid sequence of Prot-2 protease and the known fungal trypsin/chymotrypsin in particular from Glomerella, Metarhizium and Streptomyces. From peptide sequence data obtained by mass spectrometry and sequences homologies, primers were defined and a cDNA fragment of 786 bp was amplified by RT-PCR. The cDNA nucleotide sequence analysis revealed an open reading frame coding for 262 amino acid residues. The deduced amino acid sequence of Prot-2 showed moderate identity with trypsin of Glomerella graminicola (74 %) and with chymotrypsin from Metarhizium anisopliae (71 %). Prot-2 exhibited a Ser protease homology and showed in addition the specific His motif of trypsin/chymotrypsin family.  相似文献

This article proposes a new fractional-order discrete-time chaotic system, without equilibria, included two quadratic nonlinearities terms. The dynamics of this system were experimentally investigated via bifurcation diagrams and largest Lyapunov exponent. Besides, some chaotic tests such as the 0–1 test and approximate entropy (ApEn) were included to detect the performance of our numerical results. Furthermore, a valid control method of stabilization is introduced to regulate the proposed system in such a way as to force all its states to adaptively tend toward the equilibrium point at zero. All theoretical findings in this work have been verified numerically using MATLAB software package.  相似文献
