Directed and elliptic flow for the 197Au+197Au system at incident energies between 40 and 150 MeV per nucleon has been measured using the INDRA 4π multi-detector. For semi-central collisions, the excitation function of elliptic flow shows a transition from in-plane to out-of-plane emission at around 100 MeV per nucleon. The directed flow changes sign at a bombarding energy between 50 and 60 MeV per nucleon and remains negative at lower energies. Molecular dynamics calculations (CHIMERA) indicate sensitivity of the global squeeze-out transition on the σ NN and demonstrate the importance of angular momentum conservation in transport codes at low energies.  相似文献

The development of new fluorine-containing building blocks and their efficient synthetic access is currently a challenging research field. Herein, the highly regio- and stereoselective addition of a large range of aldehydes onto trifluoromethylated benzofulvenes was achieved using a simple La/I2/DIBAL-Cl system via a selective C−F bond activation process. This versatile methodology provided homodienyl alcohols bearing a terminal CF2-alkene with potential further applications, as shown by the dehydration to the first benzofulvenes carrying a difluorovinyl group. In addition, for certain electron-poor aldehydes, unprecedented ipso substitution of the CF3 group in a diene was observed, which, according to DFT studies, is related to the presence of the large, Lewis-acidic lanthanum metal.  相似文献

An original workflow allowing inline FAIMS separation, electrospray ionization, mass analysis and ion spectroscopy (IRMPD: InfraRed Multiple Photon Dissociation) is presented for multidimensional molecular analysis. This new instrument consists of an ultraFAIMS (Owlstone) device interfaced to a linear ion trap (LTQ XL Thermo Scientific) which was modified for IRMPD spectroscopy. Two modes of operation are demonstrated on an isomeric mixture of paracetamol and 2-phenylglycine. In the first mode a FAIMS (high-Field Asymmetric waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry) separation of the isomers is performed with a static compensation field for mass- and isomer- selective ion spectroscopy. In the second mode, the compensation field is scanned while the ions are irradiated at a fixed wavenumber. The advantages of this workflow as compared to traditional FAIMS-MS and IRMPD spectroscopy are described. The potential of the two modes for molecular spectroscopy and analytical applications, in particular the new “omics” are discussed.  相似文献

A novel multiplexed immunoassay for the analysis of phycotoxins in shellfish samples has been developed. Therefore, a regenerable chemiluminescence (CL) microarray was established which is able to analyze automatically three different phycotoxins (domoic acid (DA), okadaic acid (OA) and saxitoxin (STX)) in parallel on the analysis platform MCR3. As a test format an indirect competitive immunoassay format was applied. These phycotoxins were directly immobilized on an epoxy-activated PEG chip surface. The parallel analysis was enabled by the simultaneous addition of all analytes and specific antibodies on one microarray chip. After the competitive reaction, the CL signal was recorded by a CCD camera. Due to the ability to regenerate the toxin microarray, internal calibrations of phycotoxins in parallel were performed using the same microarray chip, which was suitable for 25 consecutive measurements. For the three target phycotoxins multi-analyte calibration curves were generated. In extracted shellfish matrix, the determined LODs for DA, OA and STX with values of 0.5 ± 0.3 μg L−1, 1.0 ± 0.6 μg L−1, and 0.4 ± 0.2 μg L−1 were slightly lower than in PBS buffer. For determination of toxin recoveries, the observed signal loss in the regeneration was corrected. After applying mathematical corrections spiked shellfish samples were quantified with recoveries for DA, OA, and STX of 86.2%, 102.5%, and 61.6%, respectively, in 20 min. This is the first demonstration of an antibody based phycotoxin microarray.  相似文献

Fragrance encapsulation in polymeric matrices by emulsion electrospinning   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We present the successful application of emulsion electrospinning for the encapsulation of a model for highly volatile fragrances, namely (R)-(+)-limonene in a poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) fibrous matrix. The influence of the emulsion formulation and of its colloidal properties on the fiber morphology, as well as on the limonene encapsulation efficiency, is described. The release profile of the fragrance from the electrospun nanofibers over a fifteen days range shows that this type of nanofibrous matrices with a high fragrance loading capacity is of great potential for applications in various fields, such as cosmetics or food packaging.  相似文献

Differential measurements of elliptic flow (v2) for Au+Au and Cu+Cu collisions at sqrt[sNN]=200 GeV are used to test and validate predictions from perfect fluid hydrodynamics for scaling of v2 with eccentricity, system size, and transverse kinetic energy (KE T). For KE T identical with mT-m up to approximately 1 GeV the scaling is compatible with hydrodynamic expansion of a thermalized fluid. For large values of KE T mesons and baryons scale separately. Quark number scaling reveals a universal scaling of v2 for both mesons and baryons over the full KE T range for Au+Au. For Au+Au and Cu+Cu the scaling is more pronounced in terms of KE T, rather than transverse momentum.  相似文献

We have measured the angular correlation between two fragments emitted in the reactions Ar + Au and Ar + U at 44 MeV/u at GANIL. The aim was to investigate the amount of initial linear momentum transferred from the projectile to a fissioning nucleus. It turned out that this amount is much smaller than can be extrapolated from previous experiments. Furthermore, the probability of forming a fissioning nucleus is very small.  相似文献

The transport properties of the 36Ar +58Ni system at measured with the INDRA array, are studied within the BNV kinetic equation. A general protocol of comparison between the N-body experimental fragment information and the one-body distribution function is developed using global variables, with a special focus on charge density. This procedure avoids any definition of sources and any use of an afterburner in the simulation. We shall discuss the feasibility of such an approach and the distortions induced by the finite detection efficiency and the completeness requirements of the data selection.
