The Ca2+-phospholipid-dependent protein kinase from cottonplant shoots was purified by chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B, and then on phenyl-Sepharose CL-4B. According to electrophoresis in PAAG, the enzyme was practically homogeneous and had a molecular mass of 57 kDa. In the presence of Ca2+ alone, the enzyme was activated to only a slight degree. Under the combined action of Ca2+ and a phospholipid the action of the enzyme rose severalfold. A determination of amino acid specificity showed that the protein kinase isolated was a serine- and threonine-specific protein kinase.A. S. The dependence of protein kinase and RNA polymerase activities, and also of the synthesis of protein in nuclear chromatin, on the addition of benzylaminopurine and a cytokinin-binding protein to the incubation mixture has been investigated. It has been shown that all three processes are hormone-dependent. It has been found that the activity of protein kinase C is regulated by a cytokinin.A. S. AbstractIt is shown that the interaction of 1-acylamino-2,2-dichloroethenyl(triphenyl)-phosphonium chlorides with alkanolamines having a primary amino group results in the formation of 4-oxazolylphosphonium salts containing hydroxyalkylamine substituents at position 5 of the oxazole cycle. Under similar conditions the reaction of N-substituted alkanolamines with 1-acylamino-2,2-dichloroethenyl-(triphenyl)phosphonium chlorides leads to the formation of 1,3-oxazolidin-2-ylidene derivatives, in which the triphenylphosphonium group is located in the side chain. The structure of the new synthesized compounds has been reliably proven by elemental analysis, IR, 1Н, 13С, 31Р NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and single crystal X-ray diffraction. 相似文献

Reactions of 1-acylamino-2,2-dichloroacrylonitriles, diethyl 1-acylamino-2,2,2-trichloroethyl-phosphonates and 1-acylamino-2,2-dichloroethenylphosphonium salts with natural alkaloid cytisine have been studied. A series of novel multifunctional cytisine derivatives containing pharmacophore 1,3-oxazole moiety have been obtained.
