Synthesis and some properties of acrylic and methacrylic derivatives of chlorophos and its analogs

Synthesis and Therapeutic Use of Dimephosphone

Abstract

The synthesis of dimephosphone (1) was carried out on Pudovik's reaction.     

The Molecular Complexes of Calix[4]resorcinolarene with Diglycidylmethyl Phosphonate

The formation of strong molecular complexes of calix[4]recorcinolarene with the polyfunctional phosphoorganic compound diglycidylmethyl phosphonate was observed in organic media. Complexes of different compositions were obtained with the ratio of the initial reagents of 1 : 1 and 1 : 4. Three complexes were isolated and characterized by elemental analysis; their ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopic parameters are also discussed.     

Synthesis of acrylic and α-substituted acrylic derivatives of chlorophos and some of its analogs

Conclusions The corresponding acrylic and-substituted acrylic derivatives were obtained from the reactions of acrylyl, methacrylyl, and-fluoracrylyl chlorides with chlorophos and some of its analogs; the physicochemieal constants of the products are presented.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 11, pp. 2616–2618, November, 1968.     

Dimephosphon,a new Phosphorus-Containing Medical Drug for Treatment of Acidosis: Chemistry and Technology

Abstract

Medical drug dimephosphon-dimethyl 1,l-dimethyl-3-oxobutnylphosphonate was created as a result of chemical and biological investigations of low-toxic organophosphorus compounds. This drug was selected from a number of acyclic transformation products of 1,2-oxyphospholene derivatives. A technology was worked out which is based on the Pudovik reaction and transformed into the continuous process. For this process an original continuous flow reactor has been created.
