材料高压下的状态方程（EOS）在天体物理、材料科学和惯性约束聚变（ICF）等研究领域中都是十分重要的。2004年在“神光”-Ⅱ装置上进行了单路倍频激光直接驱动的Al-Cu阻抗匹配靶实验和Cu-Al阻抗反匹配实验，目的是提高冲击波速度的测量精度和准确性，同时校验测量方法的实用性和可靠性。     

Recombination Efficiency in Double-Layer Organic Light-Emitting Devices

We analyse the influence of properties of organic/organic interface (OOI) on the characteristics of recombination efficiency of organic double-layer light-emitting diodes. Based on the disordered hopping theory model, spatial and energetic disorder of hopping states are also discussed for the case of space charge limited currents in hole transmitting layers but injection-limited currents in electron transporting layers. The results show that the recombination efficiency increases firstly and then decreases for different OOI parameters, and there is a maximum value changed with different spatial disorder parameters and energetic disorder scale. Different spatial disorder parameters make carrier mobilities change greatly, and the energetic disorder scale causes various localized state densities. Our calculated results are qualitatively in agreement with the experimental data.     

TiN和Ti1-xSixNy薄膜的微观结构分析

使用x射线衍射(XRD)、x射线光电子谱(XPS)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)多种观测手段分析了TiN薄膜和Ti1-xSixNy纳米复合薄膜的微观结构.实验分析证明Ti1-xSixNy薄膜是由直径为3-5nm的纳米晶TiN和非晶Si3N4相构成,并且Ti1-xSixNy薄膜的表面粗糙度小于相同条件下制备的TiN薄膜,在Ti1-xSixNy薄膜体系的自由能中引入界面能的概念,在此基础上分析了体系中TiN晶粒的取向问题.     

爆炸驱动动能杆定向抛撒散布试验

动能反导技术作为新型的反导技术，原理是在拦截弹和目标的相对速度方向上，抛射出大量动能杆条毁伤目标。其核心技术之一就是动能元素的抛撒，特别是定向抛撒。国外研究一般集中针对既定抛撒装置结构的杆条抛撒结果验证性报道，缺乏对杆条抛撒影响因素的详细研究。本文提出了采用周向弧形状药选择区域爆炸驱动中心杆条束定向侧向飞散的动能扦定向抛撒装置方案，设计不同结构参数的杆条定向抛撒装置的试验，研究抛撒结构参数对动能杆的驱动特性影响规律，为新概念反导战斗部设计提供技术帮助。

用辉光放电发射光谱对镀锌铁板钝化防护层的逐层分析

本文应用辉光放电发射光谱分析技术，以纯金属作标样，对几种用不同工艺处理的镀锌铁板钝化防护层进行逐层定量分析。得到了镀锌板中锌、铁的含量随浓度变化的曲线，取得了满意的分析结果，为铁板镀锌钝化防护层的工艺研究提供了可靠的依据。     

自猝灭流光雪崩机制

本文通过对大量SQS实验现象的分析研究,提出SQS的成因是原初饱和雪崩的空间电荷造成阳极丝附近电场的畸变.根据这一假设,对SQS过程做了定量的计算,给出各种不同条件下,计数管输出电荷量与所加高压的关系曲线.计算了SQS转变电压、转变点原初雪崩的电荷量和SQS雪崩的电荷量与气体组分的关系.计算结果和实验结果令人满意地符合.     

Phase—Locking in Coupled Chaotic Oscillators

The transition from the phase-unlocking state to the phase-locking state is found at the desynchronization of synchronous chaos of coupled oscillators.In the phase-locking case,the motions of all oscillators are chaotic and desynchronized,however spatial ordering is identified in their phase distribution.
