西部开发中能源配置模型的研究

开发西部丰富的能源资源,解决东部地区能源紧缺的矛盾,是东西部经济合作、优势互补、东西联动双赢战略研究的一项重要课题.在国家投资主体和市场经济条件下,以能源消费效益最大为目标,建立了基于边际效益均衡的能源空间配置优化模型;兼顾经济效益与环境效益的能源部门配置优化模型.结果显示,各地区、部门要获得更多的能源,就必须提高能源的使用效率,提高能源消费的边际效益,降低污染排放水平.     

Structural and Electrical Characteristics of Pb（Zr0.53,Ti0.47）O3 Thin Films Deposited on Si （100） Substrates

Pb(Zr0.53, Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) films were directly deposited on Si substrates without a buffer layer by pulsed laser deposition. Only(110)-oriented PZT peaks (other than Si substrate peaks) were observed from the XRD data. The electrical properties of the PZT/Si capacitor were characterized in terms of both the capacitance versus voltage (C-V) and current versus voltage (I-V) measurements. The clockwise trace of the C-V curve shows ferroelectric polarization switching, as is expected. From the I-V curves, the Schottky emission and spacecharge-limited-current behaviour are found to be the mainly leakage current mechanism in a certain electric field range in the negative and positive bias, respectively.     

低进汽压力下超音速两相流升压特性实验研究

本文采用实验方法研究了进汽压力为0.2 MPa以下时,由蒸汽喷嘴、混合腔及相应的阀门和管道组成超音速汽液两相流升压加热装置的运行特性。实验表明在进汽压力为0.1 MPa-0.2 MPa时,超音速汽液两相流升压加热装置都可稳定可靠地运行,且升压效果明显,可满足电力、供暖、轻工等许多行业蒸汽加热的要求。     

带干扰的Erlang(2)风险模型的不破产概率

本文讨论了带干扰的Erlang(2)风险模型,通过构造一个延迟更新过程,我们得到了不破产概率满足的积分-微分方程,进而得到了不破产概率的明确表达式．     

带强迫项变系数组合KdV方程的显式精确解

通过构造两个新的Riccati方程组，推广了Riccati方法，使其具有简洁的形式，丰富和发展了已有的结果，借助Mathematica软件，求出了带强迫项变系数组合KdV方程的一些精确解，包括各种类孤波解、类周期解和变速孤波解. 关键词： Riccati方程组 变系数组合KdV方程 强迫项 类孤波解     

固体密度秤

根据杠杆平衡原理,使用杠杆平衡仪设计了固体密度秤.采用与液体密度计读数类似的方法,能够直接读出被测固体的密度.     

Erbium-doped CW and Q-switched fiber ring laser with fiber grating Michelson interferometer

The band-pass characteristic of fiber grating Michelson interferometer is analyzed, which acts as bothband-pass filter and Q-switch. An erbium-doped fiber ring laser based on fiber grating Michelsoninterferometer is implemented for producing single longitudinal mode CW operation with 5 MHz spectrallinewidth and up to 6 mW output power. In Q-switched operation, stable fiber laser output pulses withrepetition rate of 800 Hz, pulse width of 0.6 μs, average power of 1.8 mW and peak power of 3.4 W aredemonstrated. The peak power and average power of the Q-switched pulses are varied with the repetitionrate.     

Multiplexing Chaotic Signals Generated by Colpitts Oscillator and Chua Circuit Using Dual Synchronization

We demonstrate multiplexing chaotic signals generated by two totally different dynamic systems (one is a Colpitts oscillator and the other is a Chua circuit) using dual synchronization and propose a method to select the proper coupling parameters. In the response systems, the cross coupling method is used, in which the voltage difference between the sum of two master oscillators and one slave oscillator is converted to current and then feed into the other slave oscillator. The result in this letter offers a potential multiuser coherent chaotic communication scheme where different chaotic oscillators can be used in one system.     

乙醇增敏光泽精－H_2O_2－Pb（Ⅱ）化学发光体系的研究及应用

本文研究了Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２氧化光泽精发光反应及乙醇的敏化作用，发现加入乙醇可使铅催化Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２，氧化光泽精的发光强度有较大幅度的增强；铅量在３×１０￣（－７）～８×１０￣（－５）ｇ／ｍＬ。范围内与发光强度成正比．方法检出限为０．１０μｇ／ｍＬ；对含４μｇ／ｍＬＰｂ（Ⅱ）１１次重复测定，其ＲＳＤ为２．３％．对３２种常见的阴阳离子进行了干扰实验，表明方法具有较好的选择性。本法应用于水样及沉积物标样中痕量铅的测定，结果良好。
