本文报道了一小鼠类巨噬细胞系的建立及其一般生物学特点的研究结果.本系细胞至今已在体外培养传代二十多个月.定名为MMC-1. 本系细胞属贴壁生长细胞,具有典型巨噬细胞的形态,体积比未经体外培养的巨噬细胞要大,吞噬功能活跃,有丰富的Fc受体.其染色体组型多为超五倍体和亚五倍体.本系细胞将为研究巨噬细胞的生物学和免疫学提供有益的工具。 相似文献

The biological characteristics of mouse macrophage-like cell line (MMC-1) are described.This cell line has been cultured in vitro for more than 20 months. MMC-1 cells are adherent to typical morphology of macrophages, but bigger in size thanthose of the uncultivated. They are actively phagocytic with abundant Fc receptors. The kary-otypes are mostly pantaploidy. This cell line provides a useful tool for the biological andimmunological study of macrophage. 相似文献
