雌甾-11-酮化合物是合成具有强效抗生育活性11-烃基取代在甾体化合物的关键中间体。本文对13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10), 9(11)-四烯-17β-醇的硼氢化-铬酸氧化反应进行研究, 结果发现产物比较复杂, 在温和条件下, 主要产物为13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10)-三烯-17-酮-112-硼酸, 增加氧化剂用量, 延长反应时间则得到11,17-二酮。     

EFFECT OF nifA PRODUCT ON SUPPRESSION OF Nif~- PHENOTYPE OF gin MUTATION AND CONSTITUTIVE SYNTHESIS OF NITROGENASE IN Klebsiella pneumoniae

This paper describes the role of nifA product on the ammonia regulation of nitrogen fixation in K. pneumoniae. A plasmid carrying nifA gene under the promoter of tetracycline resistance gene was constructed. When this nifA carrying plasmid was introduced into a glnAG mutant, the Nif~-phenotype of this gln mutant was suppressed. Furthermore, when the plasmid was introduced into the wild type and glnAG mutant, derepression of nitrogenase synthesis in ammonia occurred in both strains and the products of nif genes can be detected by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis in the extracts of these ammonia-grown bacterial cells.The constitutive synthesis of nitrogenase in NH_4~ was also demonstrated in free living nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Enterobacter cloacae, when the bacteria received the plasmid carrying nifA gent from K. pneumoniae.     

Preparation of Silver—Coated Polystyrene Composite Particles

We report a feasible approach to the preparation of monodispersed metal-shell composite microspheres based on a combination of surface reaction and surface seeding techniques. The method was implemented for coating polystyrene (PS) spheres with silver shell having a variable thickness by controlling the amount of reagents in the reaction procedure. These composite spherical particles in dimensions of the submicrometer range may become attractive building blocks for the creation of metallo-dielectric photonic band gap materials when they are organized into crystals.

研究一类具脉冲时滞的非线性双曲型向量泛函微分方程解的H-振动性.方法是采用由Domslak引进的H-振动性的概念,将向量微分方程解的振动问题转化为纯量微分不等式正解和负解的不存在性问题.得到了解的H-振动性的若干判别准则.     

有限液体负载下压电平板声板波理论分析

主要推导平板声板波受有限液体负载后能量衰减与波速改变情形, 以部分波传理论分析该受液体负载的压电平板波传行为, 并以一128$^{\circ}Y$向切角的铌酸锂芯片为例,分析前20个声板波受水与甘油负载下 的能量衰减,并固定某一平板板波, 针对不同甘油厚度负载下, 计算其相速度与衰减变化,该理论分析对于液体负载下的平板板波传感器应用具有极大的参 考价值.     

基因nifA产物对肺炎克氏杆菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)gln突变型的Nif~-表型的校正和固氮酶的组成型合成的作用

本文叙述固氮基因nifA对肺炎克氏杆菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)固氮作用的氨调节的影响。首先建构一个带有基因nifA的重组质粒,使基因nifA处于四环素抗性基因启动子控制之下。当这个建构成的带有基因nifA的质粒引入谷氨酰胺合成酶基因glnAG的突变型后,这个突变型的Nif~-表型就得到校正。此外,当这个质粒引入野生型和gln突变型后,两者在氨存在下都发生固氮酶合成的去阻遏作用,并在双向凝胶电泳上可以检测出固氮基因产物的存在。同样地,当自生固氮菌阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)E26接受了这个重组质粒后也能观察到固氮酶的组成型合成。
