THE EFFECT OF pH VALUES OF MOBILE PHASE ON RETENTION BEHAVIOUR OF DISSOCIABLE SOLUTE IN REVERSED PHASE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY (RPLC)

By using aqueous buffers of different pH values as the mobile phase the chromatography retentionbehaviours of some organic acids, bases and ampholytes on the column packed with hexadecyl dimethylsilanebonded stationary phase are investigated. According to the interaction of solute with stationary andmobile phases, and the dissociation equilibrium, the corresponding retention equations are derived. Thedissociation equilibrium constants of some separated compounds are calculated based on the experimentaldata and the derived equations. A comparison with the results of references has been made. Seven bio-chemical compounds which are important in clinic are separated efficiently.     

反相液相色谱(RPLC)中移动相pH值对有机酸、有机碱和两性离子保留行为的影响

本文以水的缓冲液为冲洗剂,在硅胶——十六烷基键合相色谱柱上,对在不同pH值的移动相中某些有机酸、有机硷和两性离子的色谱保留行为进行了研究。根据溶质与固定相、移动相的相互作用和解离平衡过程,推导出了相应的色谱保留方程。从实验结果和方程计算出了一些被分离物质的解离平衡常数,并与文献结果进行了比较。对于在临床化学等领域有重要意义的七种化合物进行了有效的分离。
