Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Property of a New One-dimensional Cadmium(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Based on 3,4-Thiophenedicarboxylic Acid and 1,10-Phenanthroline

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) polymer [Cd(tdc)(Phen)]n 1 (H2tdc = thiophene-3,4-dicar-boxylic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P , with a = 7.3150(10), b = 10.3598(14), c = 10.8784(15) , α = 82.2740(10), β = 72.9730(10), γ = 80.236(2)°, V = 773.68(18) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 462.74, Dc = 1.986 Mg/m3, μ = 1.58 mm-1, F(000) = 456, the final R = 0.0218 and wR = 0.0465 for 3361 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The compound presents a one-dimensional (1-D) double-stranded structure and exhibits fluorescent emission at room temperature. Furthermore, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction properties of the compound are also investigated.     

Two Co(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymers Based on 3,5-Di(4H-1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)benzoic Acid Ligand: Syntheses,Structures and Magnetic Property

Two Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, namely [Co(L)Cl]_n(1) and [Co(L)(CH_3 COO)]_n(2), {HL = 3,5-di(4 H-1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)benzoic acid}, were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pmma with a = 7.032(5), b = 11.555(8), c = 8.185(5) ?, V = 665.1(7) ?~3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3~, F(000) = 350, Mr = 349.61, μ = 1.504 mm~(-1), the final R = 0.0568 and w R = 0.1739 for 2312 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 2 crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pmma with a = 7.7505(17), b = 11.391(3), c = 8.0298(18) ?, V = 708.9(3) ?~3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.748 g/cm~3, F(000) = 378, Mr = 373.20, μ = 1.245 mm-1, the final R = 0.0350 and w R = 0.0873 for 5239 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed that complexes 1 and 2 exhibit similar 2 D layer structures with uncoordinated carboxyl as dangling arms. The neighboring layers are further connected by these arms, leading to interest 2 D → 3 D polythreading frameworks. Moreover, the magnetic susceptibility study indicates compound 1 exhibits antiferromagnetic behavior.     

Auxiliary Ligands Mediated One-and Two-dimensional Cd(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymers Incorporating Methyl-3-hydroxy-5-carboxy-2-Thiophenecarboxylate Ligand

Two N-donor ligands mediated Cd(II) coordination polymers, namely, [Cd(L)(dmpz)_2]_n(1) and {[Cd(L)(atr)_(0.5)(H_2O)](H_2O)}n(_2)(H_2 L = methyl-3-hydroxy-5-carboxy-2-thiophenecarboxylate, dmpz = 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, and atr = 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole), have been produced. Their structures were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses and infrared spectra. Compound 1 possesses a one-dimensional(1 D) chain structure and is finally extended into a three-dimensional(3 D) supramolecular architecture though hydrogen bonding interactions. Compound 2 features a two-dimensional(2 D) network with 4-connected sql topology based on dinuclear Cd(II) clusters as nodes, which is also assembled into a 3 D supramolecular architecture through hydrogen bonding interactions. Furthermore, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit high thermal stabilities and intense fluorescent emission in the solid, and can be explored as potential luminescent materials.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Three-dimensional Heterometallic Coordination Polymer

A new 3d-4f heterometallic polymer {[Sm2Cu(PDC)2(SO4)2(H2O)6]·2H2O}n 1 has been synthesized by Sm2O3, Cu(SO4)2·5H2O and pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 6.352(7), b = 10.040(10), c = 10.315(11) , α = 94.958(14), β = 95.556(7), γ = 99.747(14)°, V = 641.7(12)3, Z = 1, Mr = 1030.63, Dc = 2.651 Mg/m3, μ = 5.615 mm-1, F(000) = 491, the final R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.1345 for 2098 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound is a three-dimensional network structure in which infinite lanthanide-carboxylate chains are linked by [Cu(SO4)2]2- metalloligands to form a mixed-metal coordination network.     

Synthesis,Structure and Decarboxylative Behavior of a Nitro-coordinated Potassium Compound

A novel nitro-coordinated potassium compound [K(Htdc)(H_2O)]_n(tdc = 3-nitro-thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized and characterized. The complex with a two-dimensional(2D) layer structure contains an infinite K-O ladder-shaped chain, which is connected through carboxyl and unusual nitro-coordination of Htdc– anion. Then the 2D layers are further extended by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding to form a three-dimensional(3D) supramoleculalr network. Variable temperature powder X-ray diffractions, thermogravimetric analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance studies exhibit that the compound has a thermal-induced decarboxylative behavior.     

Pd/MgO:一种基于芳香羧酸脱羧与卤代芳烃的交叉偶联反应体系的可循环的多相催化剂(英文)

发展了钯多相催化剂Pd/MgO(0.5 mol%Pd)参与的芳基羧酸脱羧与卤代芳烃的偶联反应体系.在与溴代芳烃甚至氯代芳烃的偶联反应中,缺电子和富电子的芳基羧酸均能进行脱羧,并以高收率得到目标产物.该体系采用的负载型钯多相催化剂制备方法简单易行,可多次循环使用,能便捷地应用于脱羧偶联的有机合成反应.     

Controlled Self-assembly of Two Coordination Polymers via subtly Varying Bis（2-methyl imidazole） Ligands： from 3-Connected （6,3） Net to 4-Connected sql Net①

Two coordination polymers constructed from 3,4-thiophenedicarboxylic acid and bis(2-methyl imidazole) ligands, namely, {[Cd2(tdc)2(bip)2]·7H2O}n(1) and [Cd(tdc)(bib)]n(2)(H2tdc = 3,4-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, bip = 1,3-bis-(imidazol-2-methyl)propane and bib = 1,4-bis(imidazol-2-methyl)butane), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses reveal that 1 exhibits a two-dimensional(2D) layered network with 3-connected(6,3) topology, which is further connected into a threedimensional(3D) supramolecular structure by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. However, 2 features a 2D network which can be rationalized as a 4-connected sql net. The results indicate the subtle difference of auxiliary bis(imidazol-2-methyl) ligands may lead to diverse architectures. Moreover, they exhibit luminescence emission in the solid state at room temperature.
