Generation of multi-hollow crystalline Mo fibres

Flower-like micrometer-sized crystalline Mo fibres have been prepared by directly heating Mo powder on Mo foil, under Ar atmosphere. ED, EDX, SEM and HRTEM studies reveal that each fibre consists of a single Mo crystal containing multi-hollow cores. A one-dimensional growth mechanism, on the basis of the one-dimensional thermal flow during fibre formation, is discussed.     

多空心晶状钼纤维的制备

在Ar气中,加热金属钼,在钼片上得到像花状的微米尺寸的晶状纤维.ED,EDX,SEM和HRTEM研究表明单根晶状纤维是多空心结构,并由单晶钼纳米针组成;提出了一维生长模型,在增长过程中沿着纤维轴进行热散失.     

A novel chemical route to SiO_2 nanowires

A white substance was got by directly heating TiSi powder on Ti foil, under Ar+O2 atmosphere. ED, EDX, SEM and HRTEM studies reveal that the white substance consists of amorphous SiO2nanowires of smooth surface and uniform diameter (40-90 nm). X-ray-induced luminescent emission experiment shows that two broad peaks are at 430 and 570 nm. A one-dimensional growth mechanism, on the basis of the one-dimensional thermal flow during nanowire formation, is discussed.     

一种制备SiO2纳米线的新方法

在Ar+O₂气氛中,用Ti片作加热器,加热TiSi粉末.通过化学反应和气-液-固增长过程,在TiSi薄膜上得到一层均匀的白色毛绒状生长物.用ED,EDX,SEM和HRTEM研究表明白色毛绒状生长物由大量表面光滑、直径均匀的SiO₂纳米线组成,SiO₂纳米线的直径在40～90 nm之间,为无定形结构.并测定了SiO₂纳米线的X射线诱导荧光发射,荧光发射出现在430和570 nm处.
