Highly transparent Yb,Ho doped(YLa)2O3 ceramic was fabricated by conventional ceramic processing with nanopowders.The absorption and emission spectra of the ceramic was investigated.The energy transfer mechanism between Yb3+ and Ho3+ was also discussed.The strong emission band around 2 μm indicated that the Yb-Ho:(Y 0.90 La 0.10)2O3 transparent ceramic is a promising gain medium for the generation of 2 μm laser emissions.The laser operation of Yb-Ho co-doped(YLa)2O3 ceramic at 2.1 μm is first reported. 相似文献

采用传统无压烧结工艺,以MgO为烧结助剂,制备出了透明性良好的α-Al2O3透明多晶陶瓷,测定了其吸收光谱、荧光光谱、激发光谱,并做了热释光测试.结果表明,吸收光谱存在192nm和225—250nm吸收峰,分别对应于F色心和F+色心.在荧光光谱的410nm处发现有明显的发射峰.结合对其激发光谱的研究,证明了对应于F和F+色心.热释光谱中存在368,456,614K三个热释光峰,其中456K的峰值是受热激发的电子与F+色心复合产生的. 相似文献

本文研究了La2O3的含量对(Yb0.05 Y0.95)2O3透明激光陶瓷的结构性能和烧结性能的影响.结果表明:随着La2O3含量的增加,拉曼光谱特征峰发生红移,声子能量降低,半高宽增大,相对强度先增大后减小;同时密度、相对密度和透过率都增大,陶瓷的晶粒减小,而当La2O3含量继续增加时,晶粒基本保持不变.但适量的La2O3掺杂量对(Yb0.05Y0.95)2O3透明激光陶瓷的发射性能影响不大.最合适的La2O3添加量为10at%,最合适的烧结温度为1700℃,最后样品的直线透过率可达到75%. 相似文献

This paper reports that polycrystalline α-Al2O3:C ceramics are fabricated by conventional ceramics process. The excitation, emission spectra, thermoluminescence (TL) and optical stimulated luminescence (OSL) of α-Al2O3:C polycrystalline ceramics are investigated. There exists 410nm maximum emission peak which is caused by recombination of an electron with F+ centre to produce an excited F centre. The samples show three clear TL glow peaks at 405, 493 and 610K. The attenuation constant of exponentially decaying fast component (τ1) and slow component(τ2) of OSL curve are 8.43s and 41.73s, respectively. Those fluorescence and thermoluminescence characteristics are similar with α-Al2O3:C crystal. 相似文献
