针对Si/Al掺杂量增大使BaO-(1-x)SiO2-xAl2O3-B2O3-0.005Er3+(x=0,0.5,1,摩尔分数)玻璃样品的1 540 nm红外发光和540 nm上转换发光强度呈现相反的变化趋势,讨论了阳离子掺杂对稀土离子周边对称性和电负性变化与荧光行为的内在关系。红外傅里叶透射光谱显示,不同掺杂浓度下样品的最大声子能量没有明显变化,说明光谱随掺杂浓度的变化与玻璃体系的最大声子能量无关。根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了4I13/2和4S3/2能级的光学参数,通过比较两能级的跃迁几率(A)、寿命(τ)、荧光分支比(β)和受激发射截面(σ)等光学参数,发现4I13/2能级和4S3/2能级的相关参数呈现相反的趋势。最后测试了样品4I13/2能级下1 540 nm的寿命,进一步从电负性角度考虑了样品的发光效率。理论计算和实验结果相符。 相似文献

采用Cu(Ⅱ)盐与2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩邻苯二胺双希夫碱(H2L)在二氯甲烷-乙醇溶液中首次合成了2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩邻苯二胺双希夫碱Cu(Ⅱ)配合物(1),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/n,晶胞参数a=11.046 2(11)nm,b=13.6721(12)nm,c=16.6838(15)nm,β=103.7430(10)°,V=2447.5(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.496 Mg.m-3,F(000)=1140,μ=0.93 mm-1,对I2σ(I)衍射点的最终偏差因子R1=0.079,ωR2=0.201 4。 相似文献

Spherical organic-bonded ZnS nanocrystals with 4.0 4-0.2 nm in diameter are synthesized by a liquid-solid-solution method. The photoluminescence spectrum of sample ([S^2-]/[Zn^2+] = 1.0) shows a strong white emission with a peak at 490nm and - 170 nm full widths at half maximum. By Gauss fitting, the white emission is attributed to the overlap of a blue emission and a green-yellow emission, originating from electronic transitions from internal S^2- vacancies level to valence band and to the internal Zn^2+ vacancy level, respectively. After sealingZnS nanocrystals onto InGaN chips, the device shows CIE coordinates of (0.29,0.30), which indicates their potential applications for white light emitting diodes. 相似文献

以PEDOT∶PSS作为空穴注入层,聚合物PVK作为空穴传输层,制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT∶PSS/PVK/8-羟基喹啉钕(Ndq3)/Al的近红外OLED,研究了PVK与PEDOT∶PSS功能层对器件I-V特性和EL光谱的影响。结果显示,在EL光谱中的905,1 064,1 340 nm处均观察到了荧光发射,分别对应于Nd3+的4F3/2→4I9/2、4F3/2→4I11/2和4F3/2→4I13/2能级跃迁。与参考器件对比分析认为,PEDOT∶PSS高的导电性降低了器件的串联电阻,增大了器件的工作电流;PVK与PEDOT∶PSS共同降低了空穴的注入势垒,实现了Ndq3发光层区域的载流子的注入平衡并改善了器件的发射强度。此外,PVK有效降低了ITO电极表面粗糙度,也是器件性能提高的原因之一。 相似文献

蓝色荧光粉在高密度激发下的衰减与饱和是影响显示器整体性能的因素之一,我们研制的阴极射线新型蓝粉ZnS:Zn,Pb具有优异的高密度激发特性和较好的饱和特性,本文分析了制备条件对ZnS:Zn,Pb发光性能的影响,同时注意到ZnS:Tm^2 发宽谱带蓝光有很高的亮度和效率,研究了在ZnS:Zn,Pb中掺入Tm^2 的发光情况,发现阴极射线激发下相对发光亮度有了进一步提高,并具有较好的亮度饱和特性,随着Tm^2 浓度的增加,光谱的主峰发生了蓝移,相对发光亮度有所提高,非线性有所改善,改进后的荧光粉可应用于FED,PTV等显示器中。 相似文献

Fluorozirconate glass containing Eu~(3+) ions and chloride ions are prepared by a meltquenching method. The luminescence behavior of Eu~(3+) affected by Cl ions is investigated. With increasing Cl ion concentration, the luminous intensity of Eu~(3+) is significantly enhanced and the quantum efficiency of fluorozirconate glass is improved. Meanwhile, the intensity parameter ?_2 increases according to the Judd–Ofelt calculation, which indicates the decrease of local symmetry. The average lifetime of Eu~(3+) increases by introducing the Cl ions. Moreover, we find two kinds of sites for Eu~(3+)ions in a glass network by analyzing the fluorescence decay. The distribution of Eu~(3+) ions changes with increasing Cl ion concentration.In addition, the excessive Cl ions lead to the separation of the glass phase and the formation of the crystal phase, thus reducing the transmittance dramatically. 相似文献
