To test the hypothesis that the microviscosity changes of Endoplasmic Reticulum(ER) can be a useful indicator of ferroptosis promoted by ER Stresses(ERS), a new ER targeting viscosity rotor, L-Vis-1 was developed and applied in the quantitation of viscosity by FLIM imaging in live cells. Monitoring the Aggregation of Dansyl Chloride in Acetone through Fluorescence Measurements

The aggregation of dansyl chloride (DNS-Cl) in acetone has been studied in detail by steady-state fluorescence techniques.It has been demonstrated that DNS-Cl is stable in acetone during purification and aggregation study processes.The aggregates are not solvolyzed in acetone,and do not take part n any chemical reactions either.It has been found that DNS-Cl tends to aggregate even when its concentration is much lower than its solubility in acetone.The aggregation is reversible,and both the aggregation and the deaggregation are very slow processes.Introduction of SDS has a positive effect upon the formation and stabilization of the aggregates.     

Tokamak Experiment and Tokamak Engineering——Development of the Plasma Diagnostics on HL-2A Tokamak

The main mission the HL-2A tokamak is of the experiments on to explore the divertor physics and to investigate the plasma confinement, transport and instabilities with high power auxiliary heating and advanced fuelling, it is necessary to develop more new diagnostics and increase the spatial and temporal resolutions of the measurements for exist system. Up to now, about 30 diagnostic systems have been moved from HL-1M to HL-2A tokamak. Other 10 diagnostic systems are being designed and installed on the device. Dimensional Properties of Fractional Brownian Motion

Let B^α = {B^α（t）,t E R^N} be an （N,d）-fractional Brownian motion with Hurst index α∈ （0, 1）. By applying the strong local nondeterminism of B^α, we prove certain forms of uniform Hausdorff dimension results for the images of B^α when N 〉 αd. Our results extend those of Kaufman for one-dimensional Brownian motion.     

New Bosonic Operator Ordering Identities Gained by the Entangled State Representation and Two－Variable Hermite Polynomials

Based on the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators,we derive new bosonic operators‘ ordering identities by using entangled state representation and the properties of two-variable Hermite poly-nomials Hm,n,and vice versa,In doing so,some concise normally (antinormally)ordering operator identities,such as a^ma^n=:Hm,n(a,a):,a^na^m=(-i)^m n:Hm,n(ia,ia):are obtained.     

Rotationally resolved electronic spectra of 1,2-dimethoxybenzene and the 1,2-dimethoxybenzene-water complex

Rotationally resolved S(1) <-- S(0) electronic spectra of 1,2-dimethoxybenzene (DMB) and its water complex have been observed and assigned. The derived values of the rotational constants show that the bare molecule has a planar heavy-atom structure with trans-disposed methoxy groups in its ground and excited electronic states. The transition of DMB is polarized along the b-axis bisecting the methoxy groups, demonstrating that its S(1) state is an (1)L(b) state. Higher energy bands of DMB are also polarized along the b-axis and have been tentatively assigned to different vibrational modes of the (1)L(b) state. The water complex origin appears 127 cm(-1) to the blue of the bare molecule origin. Analyses of the high resolution spectra of DMB/H(2)O and DMB/D(2)O suggest that the water molecule is attached via two O-H...O hydrogen bonds to the methoxy groups in both electronic states. A tunneling motion of the attached water molecule is revealed by a splitting of these spectra into two subbands. Potential barriers to this motion have been determined.
