本研究用日本和菲律宾的分离菌株和菌系测定中国稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴别品种及其他一些中国水稻品种.测定结果证明东农363号具有Pi-a和Pi-k基因,合江18号具有Pi-a和Pi-i基因,四丰43号具有 Pi-a,也许还具有 Pi-t或 Pi-b基因.珍龙13号的基因组成尚未确定. 中国水稻品种可能含有比这套鉴别品种中包含的抗病基因多得多的抗病基因,特特普似乎具有更复杂的基因组成.因此,必须通过筛选重新组成具有彼此不同的单个抗病基因的一套中国鉴别品种。 相似文献

Chinese differential varieties for rice blast fungus and some other varieties weretested with Japanese and Philippine fungus isolates and strains. It was demonstrated thatDongnong 363 has two resistance genes Pi-a and Pi-k, and Hejiang 18 has Pi-a and Pi-i.Sifeng43 has Pi-a and probably Pi-t or Pi-b. Gene constitution of Zhenlong 13 was notdetermined. As Chinese varieties may contain much more genes than those included in thepresent differential varieties and Te-tep seems to have a rather complex gene constitution,a set of Chinese differential varieties each with a single gene for resistance differing fromeach other should be reconstitubed. 相似文献
