Optimization of a Cryogenic System at Temperature 2 K for the PKU-FEL Facility

The conceptual design of a cryogenic system at temperature 2 K for the Peking University Free Electron Laser （PKU-FEL） facility is carried out. In order to minimize the scale of the cryogenic system and the running cost, the superconducting accelerator and the superconducting injector will mainly run at a long-pulsed mode. Optimization of the 2-K cryogenic system is carried out based on the heat load estimation and running parameters. Total cooling power of 52.5 W for the long-pulsed mode is necessary for the PKU cryogenic system. The PKU cryogenic system will be the first 2-K system for accelerators in China and will provide experience for similar facilities.     

Soliton and Periodic Travelling Wave Solutions for Quadratic Nonlinear Media

Many sets of the soliton and periodic travelling wave solutions for the quadratic χ^（2） nonlinear system are obtained by the Backlund transformation and the trial method. The property of the propagation for some travelling waves is investigated.     

混合金属氧化物柱撑α-磷酸锆的研究

制备、表征了混合铝/铬金属氧化物柱撑α-磷酸锆(Al/Cr-ZrP),并对胶体化使用有机胺的种类、柱化液金属离子浓度以及金属离子用量等因素进行了研究。研究表明以乙醇胺为胶体化有机胺比使用正丙胺为胶体化有机胺所得到的产物的层间距更大;采用较低金属离子浓度、较高金属离子用量有利于Al/Cr-ZrP的合成。在Al/Cr比为1、以正丙胺为胶体化有机胺、金属离子浓度为0.067mol·L^-1、金属离子用量为6.67CEC的条件下,制备出了混合金属氧化物柱撑α-磷酸锆,其层间距可达3.60nm,     

方酸染料在远红光区／近红外区对纳米晶二氧化钛电极的高效敏化作用

Four para-dialkylaminophenyl （PDAAP1-PDAAP4） bearing carboxyl groups were studied for application to the dye-sensitized solar cells （DSC）. It was found the short spacer CH2 between carboxyl and dialkylaminophenyl chromophore in PDAAP3 and PDAAP4 led to highly efficient monochromatic incident photon-to-current conversion efficiencies （IPCE）, however the long alkyl group C4H9 attached on aniline moieties in PDAAP2 and PDAAP4 favored improvement of open-circuit photovoltage. Thus, the solar cell sensitized by PDAAP4, having both short carboxyl groups CH2COOH and long alkyl groups C4H9, exhibited the IPCE maximum of 73% at 670 nm and overall energy conversion efficiency η of 3.06%, representing the highest IPCE and η values so far in dialkylaminophenyl-based organic dye-sensitized semiconductor solar cells. Taking advantage of the highly efficient sensitizing ability of PDAAP4 in far-red region, the data of IPCE above 630 nm of the solar cells were improved greatly by cosensitization with both N3 and PDAAP4. The influences of the TiO2 film thickness and the concentration of 4-tert-butylpyridine （TBP） in electrolyte were also investigated.     

我国将完善食品安全预警体系

食品中违规使用添加剂、用非食用原料加工食品、食物中毒问题等，已成为广大群众最为关心的食品安全问题。但目前的食品监管却处于“按下葫芦起了瓢”的状态。日前从大连市产品质量监督检验所承办召开的全国食品安全快速预警与快速反应研讨会上获悉，从明年开始，国家质检总局将建立完善的食品安全预警体系，使食品安全问题能够早发现、早预警、早控制、早处理。

国家认监委有关部门表示，我国将采取6项措施搭建检测资源数据共享平台：（1）建立检测资源信息共享的技术规范和标准，以逐步建立我国检测资源信息共享平台的技术规范和标准体系，为实现我国检测机构的信息、物力、人力、服务等资源的全面共享奠定技术基础。（2）建立激励和保障检测资源共享的政策体系，用以支持和保障检测资源共享平台的运行。（3）建立完善的检测资源数据库群和相应的网站。（4）建立统一的、与国际接轨的检验检测服务市场准入评价制度和质量保证体系。

G波段扩展互作用速调管的理论分析与设计

扩展互作用速调管是一种在毫米波、亚毫米波频段具有广泛应用前景的电真空器件.本文基于运动学理论、感应电流定理和电荷守恒定律,推导一间隙到五间隙谐振腔的电子负载电导和电子负载电纳的表达式,分析了谐振腔间隙宽度、间隙数和间隙周期等参数对电子注与微波之间能量交换的影响和谐振腔谐振频率的影响.根据理论分析结果,采用三维电磁仿真软件设计了一款工作于G波段的扩展互作用速调管,仿真结果显示,当电子注电压为24 kV、电流为0.15 A、输入功率为200 mW、轴向引导磁感应强度为0.8 T时,在中心频率217.94 GHz处,输出功率为225.5 W,电子效率为6.26%,增益为30.5 dB, 3 dB带宽约为470 MHz.
