PHASE INVERSION AND ITS MECHANICAL MODEL STUDIES FOR THE TWO-PHASE POLYMER BLEND SYSTEMS (Ⅱ)——DYNAMIC VISCOELASTIC RESPONSE

The dynamic viscoelastic response of the two-phase polymer blend systems shows the characteristics of the thermorheologically complex materials. In this paper theoretical equations for describing the dynamic viscoelastic response of such polymer blend systems have been established by means of the mechanical modeling technique. The dynamic viscoelastic response of the blend systems at any blend composition can be predicted theoretically by using the equations established, provided that the dynamic viscoelastic response of the two pure components and the mechanical model parameters are known in advance. Thus, we provide an effective method for studying the dynamic mechanical properties and the molecular relaxation characteristics of the two-phase polymer blend systems.     

RECOGNITION SEQUENCE SPECIFICITY OF SIGNAL PEPTIDASE I AND THE ROLE OF SIGNAL PEPTIDE IN SECRETION OF PROTEIN IN Bacillus subtilis

By recombinant DNA technology, the N-terminal of the β-protein encoding region of plasmid pUBHO is fused with the structure gene of α-amylase from Bacillus licheniformis. This gene fusion is called βAmy. It is able to transcribe and translate in phase. Protein fusion can be secreted into the medium mediated by β-signal peptide. The efficiency of secretion is about 10% of the synthesized pre-α-amylase. By comparing the secretion capacities and analysing the restriction sites on β-Amy genes and the molecular weights of the mature α-amylase secreted by B. subtilis harbouring different plasmids, it is indicated in vivo that the recognition and cleavage sequence for signal peptidase I of B. subtilis is Ala-Ala-Ala Ala. The results also indicate that the secretion of the α-amylase in B. subtilis is in accordance with the post-translational transportation mode.

考虑自有平台和第三方平台两种分时租赁方式,将汽车质量划分为性能质量和环境质量,构建销售模式、纯分时租赁模式和混合模式下的产品线策略模型,研究制造商产品线策略与商业模式之间的相互作用。研究发现,同品牌产品间竞争和合并效应是分时租赁模式影响产品线策略的两个关键因素。同品牌产品间竞争的加剧和合并效应的增大都会激励企业选择性能更好的车型而忽略其环境表现。分时租赁模式能同时改进利润与产品环境表现,但存在条件:当消费者价格敏感性较低时,使用成本高且合并效应小是实现同时改进的条件;当消费者价格敏感较高时,使用成本低且合并效应小则是同时改进的条件。

Synthesis,Structure and Theoretical Calculation of Metal Coordination Polymers with Pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic Acid and 3-(2-Pyridyl)pyrazole as Co-ligands

A new 2D metal coordination polymer(MCP),[Mn(pzdc)_(0.5)(L)]_n(1,pzdc=pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid,HL=3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole),was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder XRD,FT-IR,TG,fluorescence and elemental analysis techniques.Pale yellow crystals crystallize in orthorhombic system,space group Fdd2 with a=11.2368(6),b=38.280(2),c=10.5682(6) A,V=4545.9(4) A~3,C_(11)H_7MnN_4O_2,M_r=282.15,D_c=1.649 g/cm~3,μ(MoKα)=1.159 mm~(-1),F(000)=2272,Z=16,the final R=0.0613 and wR=0.1773 for 2856 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).It shows a two-dimensional network structure and is further assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds and abundant π-π interactions.In addition,we analyzed natural bond orbital(NBO) of 1 in using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method established in Gaussian 03 Program.There is obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ions.     

Improved Synthesis and Structure of 3-Carboxy-2-pyrazinecarbohydroxamic Acid

3-Carboxy-2-pyrazinehydroxamic acid was prepared by a one pot reaction starting from pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride with a high yield, and characterized by IR, Mass spectrum, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a=4.8659(10), b=7.4233(15), c=11.602(2), α=96.904(2), β=92.422(3), γ=107.454(2)°, V=395.51(14)3 , Z=2, Dc=1.689g/cm3 , F(000)=208, μ(MoKα)=0.149 mm-1 , the final R=0.0473 and wR=0.1306 for 2853 observed reflections (I>2σ (I)). A three-dimensional framework was assembled through intermolecular hydrogen bonding between water and 3-carboxy-2-pyrazine-carbohydroxamic acid molecules.

PHASE PROPERTIES OF THE RADIATION FIELDS IN RAMAN PROCESS

The general evolution of the interaction of two radiation fields with an effective two-level atom via the Raman-type transitions is presented. Using the Pegg-Barnett phase theory, the joint phase probability distribution of the two field modes, phase average values and phase fluctuations are studied in detail. Also, the effect of the presence of a field on the phase properties of the other mode is examined.     

武定县地域功能区划分方法研究

县级功能区划作为综合区划,既是落实省级主体功能区规划,又是编制县域空间发展规划的基础。首先探讨县级功能区划方法,然后以武定县为例运用主导因素法划分出城镇区、资源开发区、开发预留区、农业区、生态区等功能区。研究发现：(1)县级功能区划既要考虑县域资源环境本底与发展愿景,又要兼顾省级主体功能区对本县定位;(2)区划评价单元须考虑基础数据可获得性及各单项指标评价单元的统一;(3)指标体系选取以省级主体功能区划指标体系为参照,具有可行性;(4)单一区划方法无法合理区划县级各功能区单元,需多种方法相结合。
