We demonstrate a simple route to fabricating copper circuit patterns on the surface of polyimide film. The copper pattern can be obtained in three steps: 1) Formation of partially potassium hydroxide modified pattern via a screen‐printing process, 2) formation of macromolecular metal complex with copper, and 3) copper metallization by DMAB reduction. The morphologies of these copper patterns are determined by cross‐sectional transmission electronic microscopy (TEM), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Furthermore, the growing process of the metallic copper film is investigated. The direct patterning of copper patterns onto polyimide substrates is promising for use in electronics industry as a large‐area and low‐cost processing technique. 相似文献

We present a rigorous theoretical model for the influence of the aperture in interferometric out-of-focus imaging. We investigate the role of this effect on the properties of speckle-like patterns generated by irregular, rough particles. We study electron energies in a double concentric quantum ring with anisotropy in the rims heights in the presence of the external magnetic field applied along the symmetry axis. To this end, we consider a model in which the thickness grows linearly from the axis up to the inner rim with a slope different from one between the inner and the outer rims. The anisotropy in the rims heights originated by the presence in the structure of various valleys we simulate by periodic dependence of the slope on the radial direction. We show that the wave functions of the electron confined in such structure can be found analytically if the slopes in all radial directions are the same, and by using a simple exact diagonalization procedure otherwise. The behavior of the electron energies as functions of the magnetic field, rings radii and rims heights, as well as the number of the valleys and their depths is consistently described with our formalism. The entanglement of the states with different radial and orbital quantum numbers, the period and the amplitude of the Aharonov–Bohm oscillations are very sensible to any variations of the rims heights. 相似文献

The design of a noncollinear acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) is commonly based on parallel tangent momentum-matching condition. Previous studies have either moving parts or modulation. These approaches would obviously decrease the accuracy of an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) since it will be influenced by vibration or by an extended measurement time. In this paper, we introduce a novel noncollinear acousto-optic tunable filter division-of-amplitude photopolarimeter (DOAP). It is completely characterized by a wavelength-dependent 4 × 4 matrix that can be determined directly by calibration. The instrument has neither moving parts nor modulation. A subgroup H of a finite group G is called a c#-normal subgroup of G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that G = HK and H ∩ K is a CAP-subgroup of G: In this paper, we investigate the influence of fewer c#-normal subgroups of Sylow p-subgroups on the p-supersolvability, p-nilpotency, and supersolvability of finite groups. We obtain some new sufficient and necessary conditions for a group to be p-supersolvable, p-nilpotent, and supersolvable. Our results improve and extend many known results. 相似文献
