A finite difference/boundary integral procedure to determine the acoustic reflected pressure from a fluid-loaded bi-laminated plate is described. The bi-laminate is composed of a piezoelectric layer and an elastic layer in contact with the fluid, and is held by an acoustically hard baffle. In the numerical model, the fluid pressure at fluid/solid interface is replaced by a continuum of point sources weighted by the normal acceleration of the elastic plate, and the governing equation system is solved in the solid domain. With the normal acceleration found, the reflected pressure in the fluid is determined by an integral expression involving the Green's function. It is demonstrated that an appropriate applied voltage potential across the piezoelectric layer has the effect of cancelling either the reflected or scattered pressure of the plate at any chosen field points in the fluid. A novel and effective approach to sensitively determine serotonin, known as 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), has been proposed based on a 5,5-ditetradecyl-2-(2-trimethylammonioethyl)-1,3-dioxane bromide (DTDB) self-assembled lipid bilayer membrane modified glassy carbon electrode (DTDB/GCE). A DTDB/GCE shows the strong electrocatalysis for the oxidation of 5-HT, with the peak potential shifted to less positive value of 0.376 V vs. SCE, and effectively eliminates the interference from ascorbic acid (AA), even in the presence of 100-fold concentration of AA. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) gave a linear current for 5-HT from 2.0 x 10(-7) to 1.0 x 10(-5) M. At the DTDB/GCE, the oxidation of 5-HT was controlled by the adsorption process; for 5-HT coexisting with DA, the competitive adsorption was observed.  相似文献

Tensile impact experiments of EC8.0−24×7 glass fiber bundles at different low temperaturesT(14°C, −40°C and −10°C) and strain rates ɛ were carried out, and complete stress-strain curves were obtained. Within the range of the experiment temperatures and strain rates, it is found that the initial modulusE, the ultimate strength σmax and the unstable strain ɛ b of the glass fiber bundles all increase with ɛ at an identicalT. At an identical ɛ, with the decrease ofT, E and σmax increase; but ɛ b increases when 10°C>T>−40°C and decreases when −40°C>T>−100°C. The strain-rate- and temperature-dependent bimodal Weibull statistical constitutive theory was adopted for the statistical analysis of the experimental results, and the Weibull parameters of single fiber were obtained. The results show that the bimodal Weibull distribution function is suitable to represent the strength distribution of the glass fiber at low temperature and different strain rates. The differences in the mechanical properties between EC8.0−24×7 and EC5.5−12 ×14 glass fiber bundles were also discussed. Two solutions are presented for fully-developed pipe and planar flows of multimode viscoelastic models. The fluids have a Newtonian solvent contribution and the polymer modes are described by the Phan-Thien—Tanner (PTT), the FENE-P or the Giesekus equation. The first solution is exact and can handle any number of modes, but is only semi-analytical. The second solution, which is presented only for the PTT model with a linear stress coefficient and the FENE-P model, can also handle any number of modes. It is based on a truncated series expansion and is completely analytical, but provides only an approximated solution. The complexity of the multimode solutions is investigated first with the exact semi-analytical method and it is shown that at high Deborah number flows the high-order stresses can become as important as the stress of the first mode. It is also under these conditions that the approximated analytical solution deviates from the exact semi-analytical solution. A criterion for the accurate use of the approximated solution is presented. Fortran codes are provided to obtain these solutions at the internet address at the end.  相似文献

By viewing the non-equilibrium transport setup as a quantum open system, we propose a reduced-density-matrix based quantum transport formalism. At the level of self-consistent Born approximation, it can precisely account for the correlation between tunneling and the system internal many-body interaction, leading to certain novel behavior such as the non-equilibrium Kondo effect. It also opens a new way to construct time-dependent density functional theory for transport through large-scale complex systems.  相似文献

In this Letter we discuss squeezing state of magnon in ferromagnet, which permits a reduction in the quantum fluctuation of the spin component to below the zero-point quantum noise level of coherent magnon states. We investigate the generation of squeezed magnon state through calculating the expectation values of spin component fluctuation. We consider the dynamical behavior of the strongly damped wave equations under homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. By the property of limit set of asymptotic autonomous differential equations, we prove that in certain parameter region, the system has a one-dimensional global attractor, which is a periodic horizontal curve.  相似文献

A new confocal micro X-ray fluorescence instrument was developed. This instrument has two independent micro X-ray tubes with Mo targets. A full polycapillary X-ray lens was attached to each X-ray tube. Another half polycapillary lens was attached to a silicon drift X-ray detector (SDD). The focal spots of the three lenses were adjusted to a common position. The effects of the excitation of two X-ray beams were investigated. The instrument enabled highly sensitive three-dimensional X-ray fluorescence analysis. We confirmed that the X-ray fluorescence intensity from the sample increased by applying the two independent X-ray tubes in confocal configuration. Elemental depth profiling of black wheat was demonstrated with the result that each element in the surface coat of a wheat grain showed unique distribution.  相似文献

The influence of swirl (flow rotation) on the stability of a rod in annular leakage flow is investigated. Under the assumption of laminar flow and plane vibrations (no whirling), it is shown that the swirl acts, in effect, as an elastic foundation with negative foundation stiffness, the magnitude being proportional to the mean circumferential flow rate squared. Consequently, swirl always lowers the critical axial flow speed in case of divergence instability of a rod of finite length. Numerical analysis is needed to predict the effect of swirl in case of flutter instability of a finite rod; this is not performed here. However, for the flutter-like instability of travelling waves in an infinite rod-channel system, it is shown analytically that swirl again always lowers the critical axial flow speed. Finally, it is found that by circumferential flow alone, the travelling waves are extinguished at a certain flow rate, followed by a divergence-like instability.  相似文献
