科学评价大学生科研创新能力对我国科研水平的提高具有重要意义.采用机器学习模型来预测大学生科研能力可以起到良好的效果,提出一种GAXGBoost模型来实现对大学生的科研能力预测.此模型是以Xgboost算法为基础,然后充分利用遗传算法的全局搜索能力自动搜索Xgboost最优超参数,避免了人为经验调参不准确的缺陷,最后采用精英选择策略以此确保每一轮都是最佳的进化结果.通过分析表明,所采用的GAXGBoost模型在大学生科研能力预测的结果中具有很高的精度,将此模型与Logistic Regression、Random Forest、SVM等模型进行对比,GAXGBoost模型的预测精度最高.  相似文献

Liquid dielectrophoresis is exploited to initiate rapid, transient flow of aqueous liquids along co-planar electrodes patterned on insulating substrates. The flow induced by the non-uniform electric field leads to a new electrostatic equilibrium. A reduced-order model predicts the transient motion of the rivulet. When the field is removed, capillary instability breaks up the rivulet into regularly spaced droplets. Periodic circular bumps patterned on the structure, when spaced according to the most unstable wavelength based on Rayleigh's inviscid theory for the cylindrical liquid jet, lead to uniformly spaced and sized droplets. A correction factor, based on the dimensionless Ohnesorge number, accounts successfully for the effect of viscosity.  相似文献

Masked hexayne 18 was prepared in 11 steps from commercially available reagents. The four butenyl substituents contained within the two arylsilane residues in 18 have been used in a double ring-closing-metathesis operation in an attempt to encapsulate the π-conjugated framework. When 18 was treated with Grubbs’ 1st generation metathesis catalyst however, double ring-closing metathesis provided macrocycle 19 as the major product in good yield. Reasons why the macrocycle in 19 crowns, rather than encapsulates, the π-conjugated framework are discussed.  相似文献

Novel organic/inorganic interpenetrating networks composed of polyurethane (PU), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and silica generated from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), were prepared by in situ bulk polymerization. Optically transparent films were successfully synthesized using 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (TMSPM) and isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane (IPTES) as dual coupling agents. An experimental protocol was established to minimize undesirable side-reactions. According to infrared spectroscopic analysis and thermogravimetric studies of the hybrid materials, the degree of silica condensation was unfavorably affected by the presence of the organic components. Consequently, storage modulus (E′) at 25 °C, and hardness of the films decreased with increasing silica content.  相似文献

An oxazaborolidine catalyst is readily prepared in situ at 25 °C in THF using (S)-α,α-diphenylpyrrolidinemethanol and borane generated from tetrabutylammonium borohydride/CH3I reagent system. The oxazaborolidine/BH3 reagent system prepared in this way is useful for the reduction of prochiral ketones to the corresponding alcohols with up to 99% ee.  相似文献

Summary Novel amorphous Ni-La-B/-Al2O3 catalysts have been developed for the production of hydrogen peroxide from carbon monoxide, water and oxygen. The experimental investigation confirmed that the catalyst dried at 120ºC in air shows the best initial activity. The deactivation of amorphous Ni-La-B/-Al2O3 catalysts was also studied.  相似文献

In this paper, a new type of soluble polyester/silica (PE/SiO2) hybrid was prepared by the ultrasonic irradiation process. The coupling agent γ-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GOTMS) was chosen to enhance the compatibility between the polyester (PE) and silica (SiO2). Furthermore, the effects of the coupling agent on the morphologies and properties of the PE/SiO2 hybrids were investigated using UV-vis and FT-IR spectroscopies and FE-SEM. The densities and solubilities of the PE/SiO2 hybrids were also measured. The results show that the size of the silica particle was markedly reduced by the introduction of the coupling agent, which made the PE/SiO2 hybrid films become transparent. Furthermore, thermal stability, residual solvent in the membrane film and structural ruination of membranes were analyzed by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The effects of SiO2 nanoparticles on the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the prepared nanocomposites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Moreover, their mechanical properties were also characterized. It can be observed that the Young's moduli (E) of the hybrid films increase linearly with the silica content. The results obtained from gas permeation experiments with a constant pressure setup showed that adding SiO2 nanoparticles to the polymeric membrane structure increased the permeability of the membranes.  相似文献

This study reports a simple method for the synthesis of different size of wurtzite ZnO nanoparticles in assistance of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). With the increase of the amount of TEOS added, the average size of ZnO nanoparticles was found decreased from ∼14.6 to ∼1.9 nm by characterization of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution electron microscopy (HRTEM). The growth of ZnO nanoparticles is proposed to be controlled by the density of the SiO2 chain mesh which is determined by TEOS amount in precursor. Ultraviolet–visible (UV–VIS) absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra show both shift to higher energy in cut-off edge and in visible emission bands respectively. The electron transition process in the mechanism of the visible emission shift was described and related to quantum size effect in ZnO nanoparticles.  相似文献
