关于开紧映射与Arhangel’skiǐ的问题

首先构造一T_2的亚紧空间使其不是任一仿紧T_2空间的开紧映象,否定了A．Arhangel'skiǐ1962年提出的一个问题；其次利用构造开紧映射的方法指出存在具有G_δ对角线的T_2的次亚紧空间使其不具有G_δ~*对角线,肯定地回答了1999年R．Hodel提出的一个猜测．     

A New 4.0-Generation Dendrimer Phosphorescence Labeling Reagent and Its Application to Determination of Trace Alkaline Phosphatase by Affinity Adsorption Solid Substrate-room Temperature Phosphorimetry

A Triton X-100-4.0G-D （4.0G-D refers to a 4.0-generation dendrimer） was brought forward as a new phosphorescence labeling reagent. Two types of specific affinity adsorption （AA） reactions （direct method and sandwich method） were carried out between the labeling product of Triton X-100-4：0G-D-Wheat germ agglutinin （WGA） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, the product of AA reaction preserved the good characteristics of room temperature phosphorescence （RTP） of 4.0G-D and △Ip of the product was proportional to the content of ALP. According to the fact stated above, a new method for the determination of trace ALP by affinity adsorption solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry （AA-SS-RTP） was established on the basis of WGA labeled with the Triton X-100-4.0G-D. The detection limits were 0.20 ag·spot^-1 （corresponding concentration： 5.0×10^-16 g·mL^-1, namely 5.0×10^-18 mol·L^-1） for a direct method and 0.14 ag·spot^-1 （corresponding concentration： 3.5×10^-16 g·mL^-1, namely 3.5×10^-18 mol·L^-1） for a sandwich method, respectively. For their high sensitivity, good repeatability and high accuracy, the direct method and sandwich method have been successfully appfied to determine the content of ALP in human serum, and the results were coincided with the clinical detection results of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method by the Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Meanwhile, the mechanism for the determination of trace ALP by AA-SS-RTP was discussed.     

On the Randić Index of Acyclic Conjugated Molecules

The Randić index of an organic molecule whose molecular graph is G is the sum of the weights (d(u)d(v))^−1/2 of all edges uv of G, where d(u) and d(v) are the degrees of the vertices u and v in G. We give a sharp lower bound on the Randić index of conjugated trees (trees with a perfect matching) in terms of the number of vertices. Extremal k *-Cycle Resonant Hexagonal Chains

Denote by ^* _n the set of all k ^*-cycle resonant hexagonal chains with n hexagons. For any B _n ^* _n , let m(B _n ) and i(B _n ) be the numbers of matchings (=the Hosoya index) and the number of independent sets (=the Merrifield–Simmons index) of B _n , respectively. In this paper, we give a characterization of the k ^*-cycle resonant hexagonal chains, and show that for any B _n ^* _n , m(H _n )m(B _n ) and i(H _n )i(B _n ), where H _n is the helicene chain. Moreover, equalities hold only if B _n =H _n .     

Enantioseparation of Amino Acid Derivatives with a Cellulose-Based Chiral Stationary Phase

Five structurally related amino acid derivatives were enantioseparated by HPLC with a commercially available chiral stationary phase, Chiralcel OD-H. The chromatographic experiments were performed in the normal phase mode. n-Hexane/polar alcohol was used as mobile phase. Excellent baseline enantioseparations could be obtained for all these solutes. The effects of the concentration of polar alcohol and the column temperature on the retentions and enantioseparations were studied in detail. From the van't Hoff plots the corresponding apparent thermodynamic parameters were derived. Mechanism aspects of chiral recognition were discussed based on the relationship between the thermodynamic parameters and the structures of the solutes. It was found that the substituent of the phenyl group on the residual group of the amino acid derivatives was close relevant to thermodynamic origin of enantioseparation. Much better enthalpy–entropy compensation effect was obtained by plotting the differential, rather than the original, thermodynamic parameters.     

Microwave Pyrolysis and Electrochemical Supercapacitor of S-doped g-C_3N_4 Nanoparticles

In this study, S-doped g-C_3N_4 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by one-step solid-state microwave synthesis. The detailed characterizations through XRD, FT-IR, SEM and XPS were studied. In addition, the electrochemical properties as supercapacitor of the sample were tested by cyclic voltammetry(CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge(GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) techniques. The results showed a high specific capacitance of 691 F/g at current density of 4 A/g in 2 M KOH + 0.15 M K_3[Fe(CN)_6] electrolyte. This study shows that the microwave synthesis is a promising way to design carbon-based electrodes for supercapacitor.     

基于对苯二甲酸配体的含二维铅无机层的三维无机-有机杂化材料的合成及晶体结构(英文)

以对苯二甲酸作为配体,利用水热法合成了含二维(2D)铅无机层的三维(3D)无机-有机杂化材料[Pb2Cl(1,4-BDC)1.5]n(1);利用红外光谱、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱、X-射线衍射表征了产物的结构,利用热重分析测定了其热稳定性.结果表明,[Pb2Cl(1,4-BDC)1.5]n属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,其晶格参数为:a=0.599 000(10)nm,b=1.185 29(2)nm,c=1.847 37(3)nm,β=91.778 0(10)°,V=1.310 98(4)nm3,Z=4,R1=0.032 0,wR2=0.089 4,Rint=0.043 6.就化合物1的分子结构而言,由Pb—X—Pb(X=O或Cl)链接形成的2D无机层通过对苯二甲酸配体连接,构筑成具有3D骨架的无机-有机杂化材料.     

Determination of human IgG by solid-substrate room-temperature phosphorescence immunoassay based on an antibody labeled with nanoparticles containing rhodamine 6G luminescent molecules

Luminescent 50-nm silicon dioxide nanoparticles containing both types of rhodamine 6G (R; particles denoted R-SiO₂) were synthesized by the sol–gel method. In the presence of Pb(Ac)₂ as a heavy atom perturber the particle can emit the intense and stable room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) signal of R on a polyamide membrane, with _ex^max/_em^max=470/635 nm for R. Our research indicates that the specific immune reaction between goat-anti-human IgG antibody labeled with R-SiO₂ and human IgG can be carried out quantitatively on a polyamide membrane, and the phosphorescence intensity was enhanced after the immunoreaction. Thus a new method for solid-substrate room-temperature phosphorescence immunoassay (SS-RTP-IA) for determination of human IgG was established on the basis of antibody labeled with the nanoparticles containing binary luminescent molecules. The linear range of this method is 0.0624–20.0 pg spot^–1 of human IgG (corresponding to a concentration range of 0.156–50.0 ng mL^–1, sample volume 0.40 L spot^–1). The regression equations of the working curves are I_p=71.27+7.208m_IgG (pg spot^–1) (r=0.9996). Detection limits calculated as 3S_b/k are 0.022 pg spot^–1. Compared with the same IA using fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) as the marker the new method was more sensitive and had a wider linear range. After elevenfold replicate measurement RSD are 4.5 and 3.6% for samples containing 0.156 and 50.0 ng mL^–1 IgG, respectively. This method is sensitive, accurate, and of high precision.     

Low‐Background,Highly Sensitive DNA Biosensor by Using an Electrically Neutral Cobalt(II) Complex as the Redox Hybridization Indicator

An electrically neutral cobalt complex, [Co(GA)₂(phen)] (GA=glycollic acid, phen=1,10‐phenathroline), was synthesized and its interactions with double‐stranded DNA (dsDNA) were studied by using electrochemical methods on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). We found that [Co(GA)₂(phen)] could intercalate into the DNA duplex through the planar phen ligand with a high binding constant of 6.2(±0.2)×10⁵ M ^?1. Surface studies showed that the cobalt complex could electrochemically accumulate within the modified dsDNA layer, rather than within the single‐stranded DNA (ssDNA) layer. Based on this feature, the complex was applied as a redox‐active hybridization indicator to detect 18‐base oligonucleotides from the CaMV35S promoter gene. This biosensor presented a very low background signal during hybridization detection and could realize the detection over a wide kinetic range from 1.0×10^?14 M to 1.0×10^?8 M , with a low detection limit of 2.0 fM towards the target sequences. The hybridization selectivity experiments further revealed that the complementary sequence, the one‐base‐mismatched sequence, and the non‐complementary sequence could be well‐distinguished by the cobalt‐complex‐based biosensor.
