First Total Synthesis of A New 5-Deoxyflavone

A novel 5-deoxyflavone compound, 7, 8-dimethoxy-3′, 4′-methylene-dioxyflavone (1), was in 2002 isolated from the root bark of Albizia Odoratissima. [1] The compound 1 was preparaed from pyrogallic acid (2) and piperonal(5) in four steps (Scheme 1). [2] The spectroscopic data (1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and IR) of 1 were in good agreement with those of natural product. [ 1]     

THE STRUCTURAL BASIS OF THE POOR FIBRIN SPECIFICITY OF UROKINASE(Ⅰ)——KNOWLEDGE-BASED PREDICTION OF KRINGLE STRUCTURES OF UROKINASE AND ITS RELATED PROTEINS

The Kringle-1 structure of plasminogen (PGK-1), the Kringle-2 structure of tissue plasminogen activator (PAK-2) and the Kringle structure of prourokinase (UKK) has been modeled on the basis of the three-dimensional structure of Kringle-1 of prothrombin (PTK-1) at 2.8 resolution. The predicted three-dimensional structure of these Kringles shows that the binding site of PGK-1 is characterized by an apparent dipolar site, the polar parts of which are separated by a hydrophobic region. PAK-2 possesses the anionic center but has not a cationic binding center which might be provided by a guanidinium group from Arg-69 located adjacent to the Arg-71 position. UKK possesses neither the anionic binding center nor the cationic center which are probably the main reason for the poor fibrin specificity of urokinase.     

Synthesis,Structure and Theoretical Calculation of Metal Coordination Polymers with Pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic Acid and 3-(2-Pyridyl)pyrazole as Co-ligands

A new 2D metal coordination polymer(MCP),[Mn(pzdc)_(0.5)(L)]_n(1,pzdc=pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid,HL=3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole),was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder XRD,FT-IR,TG,fluorescence and elemental analysis techniques.Pale yellow crystals crystallize in orthorhombic system,space group Fdd2 with a=11.2368(6),b=38.280(2),c=10.5682(6) A,V=4545.9(4) A~3,C_(11)H_7MnN_4O_2,M_r=282.15,D_c=1.649 g/cm~3,μ(MoKα)=1.159 mm~(-1),F(000)=2272,Z=16,the final R=0.0613 and wR=0.1773 for 2856 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).It shows a two-dimensional network structure and is further assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds and abundant π-π interactions.In addition,we analyzed natural bond orbital(NBO) of 1 in using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method established in Gaussian 03 Program.There is obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ions.     

GROWTH CHARACTERISTICS OF DIAMOND FILMS DEPOSITED ON Si AND W SUBSTRATES

Growth characteristics of diamond films synthesized by using a dc arc discharge plasma CVD were studied by means of XRD,SEM and reflection electron diffraction. The results showed that columnar growth of the diamond films was observed, the columns having an average diameter of about 15μm, with sharp and regular base edges. Diamond grains grows on the substrata were initially of uniform polygons. An interfacial transition layer of polycrystalline SiC was observed between the diamond film and Si substrate. Diamond grains grown during the early-stage on W substrate were also uniform, and an interfacial transition layer of polycrystalline WC was observed between the diamond film and the substrate.     

Determination of Nine Kind of Elements in Follum Eriobotryae Fried Without Additional Ingredients

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定清炒枇杷叶中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb 9种金属元素的含量.结果表明,9种元素的质量浓度在一定范围内均与其峰面积呈线性关系.该法用于清炒枇杷叶样品分析,9种元素测定值的相对标准偏差均小于3％(n=6),标准加入法测得9种元素回收率在95.7％-105.0％之间.采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定清炒枇杷叶中9种元素稳定性好,结果准确可靠.     

小波多分辨分析用于化学发光光谱的噪声滤除

本文利用小波变换对化学发光光谱进行了多分辨信号分解 ,有效地滤除噪声 ,提高了光谱信噪比。讨论了不同小波基和分解级次对分析结果的影响。分析表明小波分析对离散信号处理具有一定优势。     

高压氢激发态之间的受激喇曼散射

本文采用非稳腔输出的XeCl准分子激光,首次观察到高压氢高激发态之间的受激喇曼散射,并讨论了它们产生的条件.     

Multi-mode Spiral Wave in a Coupled Oscillatory Medium

Multi-mode spiral wave and its breakup in 1-d and 2-d coupled oscillatory media is studied here by theoretic analysis and numerical simulations. The analysis in 1-d system shows that the dispersion relation curve could be nonmonotonic depending on the coupling strength. It may also lead to the coexistence of different wave numbers within one system. Direct numerical observations in 1-d and 2-d systems conform to the prediction of dispersion relation analysis. Our findings indicate that the wave grouping can also be observed in oscillatory media without tip meandering and waves with negative group velocity can occur without inhomogeneity.     

Single-bunch emittance dilution in the perfect ILC main linac

In the ILC(International Linear Collider)main linac, low emittance preservation is the most important issue for beam dynamics study. As the main sources of emittance dilution, the dispersive and wakefield effects were studied in this paper. The theoretical calculations and numerical simulations of these two effects on single-bunch emittance dilution, without any misalignment errors, are presented in detail.

Let R be a commutative ring without nil-factor. In this paper, we discuss the problem of quasi-valuation ring presented in the reference “Wang Shianghaw, On quasi-valuation ring, Northeast People‘s Univ. Natur. Sci. J., (1)(1957), 27-40”,when the quotient field of R is an algebraic number field or an algebraic function field, and we obtain a characterization of quasi-valuation rings.
