Analysis of Paeoniae Radix by high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry.

A method has been developed for the qualitative analysis of paeonol, paeoniflorin and their derivatives in Paeoniae Radix by high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS). Gradient elution with acetonitrile-water solvent system was employed in an HPLC-ESI-MS study. The negative-ion ESI mode was suitable for these compounds. The peaks were identified by their mass spectra, UV spectra and fragments of their MS2 spectra. The structures of three unknown compounds are inferred in this paper.     

THE STRUCTURAL BASIS OF THE POOR FIBRIN SPECIFICITY OF UROKINASE(Ⅰ)——KNOWLEDGE-BASED PREDICTION OF KRINGLE STRUCTURES OF UROKINASE AND ITS RELATED PROTEINS

The Kringle-1 structure of plasminogen (PGK-1), the Kringle-2 structure of tissue plasminogen activator (PAK-2) and the Kringle structure of prourokinase (UKK) has been modeled on the basis of the three-dimensional structure of Kringle-1 of prothrombin (PTK-1) at 2.8 resolution. The predicted three-dimensional structure of these Kringles shows that the binding site of PGK-1 is characterized by an apparent dipolar site, the polar parts of which are separated by a hydrophobic region. PAK-2 possesses the anionic center but has not a cationic binding center which might be provided by a guanidinium group from Arg-69 located adjacent to the Arg-71 position. UKK possesses neither the anionic binding center nor the cationic center which are probably the main reason for the poor fibrin specificity of urokinase.     

A Novel, Simple and Efficient Synthesis of Ferrocenyl Enones and Alkynols

Propargylic alcohols are versatile precursors to many organic molecules including natural products and pharmaceutical compounds.[1] In our continuing interest in the development of practical methods for synthesis of ferrocene derivatives, we decided to investigate the efficiencies of ferrocenylacetylene addition to aromatic aldehydes under t-BuOKcatalyzed condition.[2] Interestingly, we found that the usually reliable coupling reaction between terminal alkyne of type 1 and aromatic aldehydes of type 2 does not furnish the expected propargylic alcohols, but that the isomeric aryl enones 3are found in high yield and very short reaction time (10～20 min). This provided a promising protocol for preparation of ferrocenyl chalcones in a practical, economical and mild sense compared with the traditional method. To the best of our knowledge, this unusual reaction was first observed for the addition of ferrocenylacetylene to aldehyde in a base-catalyzed manner (Eq. 1).

为了保证电子元件使用的可靠性和稳定性,需要进行老化与筛选.电子元件的失效分为早期失效、正常使用期和损耗老化失效期三个阶段.除了常用的老化筛选方法之外,还可采用自然老化和简易老化方式.以场效应管功率老化系统为例研究了常用试验装置.国产电子元件需加强老化筛选这个环节.     

喇曼感生克尔效应光谱的琼斯矩阵分析

介绍喇曼感生克尔效应光谱(RIKES)的琼斯(Jones)矩阵分析方法.探测光束的传输强度不仅由所经过的每一个光学器件的琼斯矩阵所决定,而且还受到强的泵波在非线性介质样品中感生依赖于强度的二向色性和双折射(克尔效应)对琼斯矩阵的影响.同时计及样品和光学器件由强泵波作用下感生应力和其他外部产生的线双折射对喇曼感生克尔效应光谱观察的不利影响,导出测量系统的功率传输函数的完整表达式和喇曼感生克尔效应光谱的实现观察条件,最后简述以甲笨(C_7H_8)液体为试样的喇曼感生克尔效应光谱实验结果分析.     

饲料中补充晶体蛋氨酸和羟基蛋氨酸钙对罗氏沼虾幼虾生长性能的影响

饲料中添加30%鱼粉为对照组饲料和6组试验饲料(分别替代对照组中16.67%、33.33%和50.00%的鱼粉,同一鱼粉替代水平的2组分别添加晶体蛋氨酸和羟基蛋氨酸钙,使其蛋氨酸含量与对照组一致)喂养罗氏沼虾(初始体重为(0.29±0.04) g )10周,研究不同鱼粉替代水平下,分别添加晶体蛋氨酸和羟基蛋氨酸钙对罗氏沼虾幼虾生长性能和血清生化指标的影响.结果表明：复合蛋白源替代对照组16.67%鱼粉并补充羟基蛋氨酸钙组的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率和饲料系数同对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);同一鱼粉替代水平下,羟基蛋氨酸钙组的增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率均显著高于晶体蛋氨酸组(P<0.05).血清生化组成的分析结果表明：血清总蛋白含量各处理组之间差异显著(P<0.05),对照组血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),其中同一替代水平下,饲料中添加羟基蛋氨酸钙组谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力低于添加晶体蛋氨酸组.由此可见,与晶体蛋氨酸相比,羟基蛋氨酸钙能更有效提高罗氏沼虾生长性能和饲料利用效率.

文章首先介绍了蚊蝇杀灭器在佛山市两个单位的职工饭堂厨房和会议室或值班室的试验情况。然后围绕文中四个图说明了下面四个问题：一，展示了进行光谱分析的测量装置。二，将蚊蝇杀灭器黑光灯的发射光谱和日用荧光灯发射光谱作分析比较。三，指出黑光灯也是一种荧光灯，说明了它的发光机理。四，展示了国外一种高效黑光灯的发射光谱，它是用活性铈钙磷酸脂做荧光涂料，我们进一步深入探讨了这种黑光灯的发光机制，并介绍了它的其他用     

Spatial Soliton Solutions in a Harmonic Potential

The F-expansion technique and the homogeneous nonlinear balance principle have been applied for solving a general （19-1）-dimensional nonlinear Schrodinger equation （NLSE） with varying coetficients and a harmonic potential. A family of （1＋1）D spatial solitons has been obtained. The evolution features of exact solutions have been investigated.     

Bulk Modulus and Electronic Band Structure of ZnGa2Xa （X=S,Se）： a First-Principles Study

First-principles local density functional calculations are presented for the compounds ZnGa2X4 （X = S, Se）. We investigate the bulk moduli and electronic band structures in a defect chalcopyrite structure. The lattice constants and internal parameters are optimized. The electronic structures are analysed with the help of total and partial density of states. The relation between the cohesive energy and the unit cell volume is obtained by fully relaxed structures. We derive the bulk modulus of ZnGa2Xa by fitting the Birch-Murnaghan＇s equation of state. The extended Cohen＇s empirical formula agrees well with our ab initio results.
