一种新型彩色三维光学成像系统

提出一种新型三维彩色光学数字成像系统。此系统利用投影结构光对现实世界中的物体进行数字化，同时得到对应的彩色纹理。详细介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件体系结构设计，得到物体彩色纹理的两种不同方法；直接获取和从编码条纹中提取，给出了用该系统得到的实验结果并简单评价了系统的性能。此系统在反求工程、影视制作、三维游戏制作、医学应用等方面有远大的应用前景。     

二维椭圆型方程反问题中优化算法的比较

近年来，决定椭圆型方程系数反问题在地磁、地球物理、冶金和生物等实际问题上有着广泛的应用．本文讨论了二维的决定椭圆型方程系数反问题的数值求解方法．由误差平方和最小原则，这个反问题可化为一个变分问题，并进一步离散化为一个最优化问题，其目标函数依赖于要决定的方程系数．本文着重考察非线性共轭梯度法在此最优化问题数值计算中的表现，并与拟牛顿法作为对比．为了提高算法的效率我们适当选择加快收敛速度的预处理矩阵．同时还考察了线搜索方法的不同对优化算法的影响．数值实验的结果表明，非线性共轭梯度法在这类大规模优化问题中相对于拟牛顿法更有效．     

Least‐squares meshfree method for incompressible Navier–Stokes problems

A least‐squares meshfree method based on the first‐order velocity–pressure–vorticity formulation for two‐dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes problem is presented. The convective term is linearized by successive substitution or Newton's method. The discretization of all governing equations is implemented by the least‐squares method. Equal‐order moving least‐squares approximation is employed with Gauss quadrature in the background cells. The boundary conditions are enforced by the penalty method. The matrix‐free element‐by‐element Jacobi preconditioned conjugate method is applied to solve the discretized linear systems. Cavity flow for steady Navier–Stokes problem and the flow over a square obstacle for time‐dependent Navier–Stokes problem are investigated for the presented least‐squares meshfree method. The effects of inaccurate integration on the accuracy of the solution are investigated. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Metabolites of A Novel Antibiotic Bitespiramycin in Rat Urine and Bile

A sensitive analytical method to identify active metabolites of bitespiramycin in rat urine and bile was developed by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(LC/ESI-MS^n).Bitespiramycin and its major active metabolites in rat urine and bile were isolated and identified as M1 serial(spiramycin Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ),M2 serial(platenomycin A1,josamycin and leucomycin A1) and M3 serial(deisovalerylplatenomycin A1,deisovaleryljosamycin,deisovalerylleucomycin A1).     

The Isoelectric Point and the Points of Zero Charge of Fe-Al-Mg Hydrotalcite-like Compounds

The relation of the isoelectric point (IEP) and the point of zero net charge (PZNC) of the hydrotalcite-like compounds was discussed. It was found that the IEP does not equal to the PZNC and the IEP is higher than the PZNC. The structural positive charges existing in the HTlc,which cause the difference between the IEP and the PZNC. The effects of the structural positive charges of the HTlc on its IEP and PZNC are the same as the specific adsorption of metal cations.
