Oxide films, 7–10 µm thick, were produced on commercially pure titanium by plasma electrolytic oxidation in a sodium orthophosphate electrolyte using a pulsed unipolar current with frequency (f) and duty cycle (δ) varying within f = 0.1–10 kHz and δ = 0.8–0.2, respectively. The coatings comprised a mixture of an amorphous phase with nanocrystalline anatase and rutile phases, where the relative rutile content range was 17–25 wt%. Incorporation of phosphorus from the electrolyte into the coating in the form of PO2 –, PO3 2– and PO4 3–, as demonstrated by EDX and FT-IR analyses, contributed to the formation of the amorphous phase. Residual stresses associated with the crystalline coating phase constituents were evaluated using the X-ray diffraction sin2 ψ method. It was found that, depending on the treatment parameters, internal direct and shear stresses in anatase ranged from–205 (±17) to–431 (±27) MPa and from–98 (±6) to–145 (±10) MPa, respectively, whereas the rutile structure is comparatively stress-free. 相似文献

The establishment of atomic short-range order (SRO) has been investigated in CuMn alloys (5, 8,13,16,20 at. % Mn) by measurement of the electrical resistivity during isochronal and isothermal annealing. An increasing degree of SRO is accompanied by a reduction of resistivity; this effect increases with Mn concentration. For 8,13 and 16 at. % Mn SRO kinetics turn out to deviate significantly from single exponential behavior with a maximum at 13 at. % Mn, whereas at 5 and 20 at. % Mn SRO is adjusted in a single exponential process. For data analysis three methods are used: a sum of two and three exponentials as well as a log-normal spectrum of relaxation times. The strong interaction between second-nearest-neighbor atoms in CuMn seems to be essential for SRO kinetics but of minor importance for the value of SRO-induced resistivity change. 相似文献

用不同光泽纸张和不同色差等级彩色印刷样品的目视评价色差数据拟合色度椭圆,研究各均匀颜色空间在评价不同光泽度和色差样本时的表现,检验基于CIELAB,DIN99,OSA和C1ECAM02共7个颜色空间的均匀性.用局部均匀性和全局均匀性因子分别检验不司颜色空间色度椭圆的椭圆度和空间中不同位置椭圆尺寸的一致性.结果表明,其他所有颜色空间的表现均优于CIELAB和OSA颜色空间,OSA-Gp-Eu和DIN99d颜色空间在评价印刷品颜色差异的表现上较为接近,同时优于其他的颜色空间. 相似文献

Abstract This work concerns the stabilization of liposomes by biocompatibly charged polysaccharides: chitosan, a positively charged polyelectrolyte at pH <6.0, and hyaluronan, a negatively charged polyelectrolyte at pH > 2.0. The charge density of these two biopolymers depends on pH as well as the charge density of the zwitterionic lipidic membrane. The ζ-potential measurements were performed on LUVs as a function of pH for various polyelectrolyte structures. Results allow us to conclude that the interactions between the external surface of vesicles and polyelectrolytes are mostly of electrostatic origin. Then, we address the question of the role of polyelectrolyte decoration on the stability of vesicles in acidic conditions by optical microscopy observations on GUVs. Although the conformation of the polymer chain of Ubiquitin (Ub) mainly depends on the type of isopeptide linkage connecting two Ub molecules, the non-covalent (noncovalent) interaction between two Ub molecules within the chain could also tune their conformational preference. Here, we studied the conformation of noncovalently formed Ub dimers in solution using residual dipolar couplings (RDCs). Comparing the RDC derived alignment tensor of the noncovalently formed dimer with the two most abundant (K11 and K48) covalent linked Ub dimers revealed that the conformation of K11 linked and noncovalent Ub dimers were similar. Between the various NMR and crystal structures of K11 linked Ub dimers, RDC tensor analysis showed that the structure of K11 linked dimer crystalized at neutral pH is similar to noncovalent dimer. Analogous to the experimental study, the comparison of predicted order matrix of various covalent Ub dimers with that of the experimentally determined order matrix of noncovalent Ub dimer also suggests that the conformation of K11 linked dimers crystalized at neutral pH is similar to the noncovalent dimer. 相似文献

Bioactive natural products offer multiple opportunities for the discovery of novel chemical entities with potential pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and agrochemical applications. Many new organic compounds with novel scaffolds are isolated in small quantities and established methods often fail to determine the structure and bioactivity of such novel natural products. To meet this challenge, we present here a new methodology combining RDC (residual dipolar coupling)‐based NMR spectroscopy in microtubes, with a motif‐inspired biological assessment strategy. Using only one milligram (ca. 1.5 μmol) of sample, the new protocol established the bioactivity as well as the relative and absolute configuration of vatiparol obtained from Vatica parvifolia. Vatiparol is unique in its unprecedented carbon skeleton and selective inhibitory effect on the expression of monocyte chemo‐attractant protein‐1 (MCP‐1, also known as CCL2). The plausible biosynthetic pathway of vatiparol is briefly discussed. The approach introduced here promises to be widely applicable to the determination of the structure and bioactivity of structurally unknown organic samples available in very limited amounts. 相似文献
