The micro element content of food is an important quality index due to the action of these elements on human health. In this article, we discuss how to ensure the reliability of analytical data on micro elements in order to truly represent the condition of food. Sampling, treatment of the analytical sample, selection of the analytical method, standard solution, and certified reference material, blank test, calibration of the instrument and equipment, application of the quality control chart, assessment of the final analytical result, and quality assurance system are briefly described. Gemini surfactants, double sodium α-sulfonic polyethylene glycol laurate (abbreviated C12-PEG-C12), were prepared and applied as soft templates in the controlled synthesis of BaCrO4 and PbCrO4 micro/nanocrystals. The template effects were investigated by adjusting the length of the spacer, using PEG400 and PEG4000, of the Gemini surfactant. The results indicated that the size and morphology of BaCrO4 and PbCrO4 micro/nanocrystals varied with the change in spacer length of C12-PEG-C12, suggesting that the different lengths of the polyethylene glycol group spacers in the Gemini surfactants played a key role in determining the size and shape of the MCrO4 micro/nanoparticles. The dynamic process of the formation of the novel morphology BaCrO4 crystals showed that the morphology grew from a round-bar polyhedron, to regular polyhedron, to approximate octahedron to a uniform pistachio nut shape. The growth mechanism of the BaCrO4 micro/nanocrystals was explained that C12-PEG-C12 had a greater interfacial adsorption and would effectively control the shape evolution during the crystal growth, while PbCrO4 could be explained that the Gemini surfactants can undergo liquid-crystalline phase transitions with long channels providing a soft template effect and derived the nanorods formation. Room temperature fluorescence spectra were studied and these showed that the pistachio-shaped BaCrO4 microcrystals and PbCrO4 nanorods possess photoactive luminescence properties with emission peaks at 470 and 549 nm, respectively.  相似文献

Summary A system for capillary electrophoresis combined with enzymatic assay has been evaluated for the two enzymes glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase. Instrumentation included a post-column reactor coupled to the separation capillary by a liquid junction. A technique for generating a substrate solution flow into the reactor by utilizing two high voltage supplies is proposed. This method offers a high degree of freedom in optimizing the separation and enzymatic reaction conditions individually. Possibilities for improving the enzymatic assay sensitivity were also examined.  相似文献

本文报道了As(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅲ)两种离子对鲁米诺-MnO_4~-化学发光反应的协同抑制作用,据此拟定了测定微量As(Ⅲ)的化学发光新方法。该法灵敏度较高,检测限为6.8×10~(-9)g/ml As(Ⅲ),选择性也较好,同时线性范围宽(7.0×10~(-9)~3.0×10~(-6)g/ml),测定手续简便。应用本法测定工业废水中的As(Ⅲ),结果满意。  相似文献

A series of rheological experiments was performed for a polypropylene (PP) melt to explore its elongation behavior through a capillary die. Using an advanced twin-bore capillary rheometer with dies measuring 1.0, 0.5, and 0.25 mm in diameter, the experiments were performed at 210, 220, and 230 °C. The results indicated that the temperature of the PP melt had a significant effect on its extensional viscosity. The different decreases in the extensional viscosity values in the tested dies revealed the geometry dependence of the extensional viscosity. In the case of PP in the 0.25 mm die at 210 °C, the extensional viscosity values under different extensional strain rates were much higher than those in the other dies. Only in the 1.0 mm die did the relationship between the extensional viscosity of PP and its temperature obey the Arrhenius equation due to the larger die size which related to a slight size effect on its elongation behavior. The calculated deviations of the extensional viscosity in the tested dies demonstrated that the increasing pressure applied to the PP melt in the micro channel was related to the geometry dependence of the elongation behavior of the PP melt. The change in the extensional viscosity eventually relied on the interaction of the die geometry, the temperature, and the extensional stress of the PP melt.  相似文献

Several glazed ceramic pieces, originally produced in Coimbra (Portugal), were submitted to elemental analysis, having as premise the pigment manufacture production recognition. Although having been produced in Coimbra, their location changed as time passed due to historical reasons. A recent exhibition in Coimbra brought together a great number of these pieces and in situ micro Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (µ-EDXRF) analyses were performed in order to achieve some chemical and physical data on the manufacture of faiences in Coimbra.  相似文献
