The first isolation of a phosphonium amide, (Ph3PEt)+(NPh2), obtained via the deprotonation of a secondary amine (diphenylamine) with a phosphorus ylide (triphenylphosphonium ethylide), is described. An X-ray crystal structure provides the first observation of an essentially ion-separated Ph2N anion in the solid state, though weak association with Ph3PEt+ cations take plac through C---H…N hydrogen bonding. Cryoscopic and NMR spectroscopic data suggest that this association is not maintained in benzene solution.  相似文献

Four new mixed-ligand complexes of palladium (II) with L1 (N-benwyl-α-amino acid dianion) and L2 [ethyldiamine (en), 2. 2′-bipyridine (Bpy) and 1.10-phenanthroline (Phen)] were synthesized. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, infrared and1H NMR spectra and thermo-gravimetric analyses. Crystal structures of [Pd(Bpy)(Bzval-N, O)] and [Pd(en)(Bzphe-N, O) ·H2O have been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The results indicate that in all the complexes’ ligand L1 coordinates to palladium (II) through deprotonated amide nitrogen and carboxylic oxygen, and there are some intramolecular noncovalent interactions in the complexes. A new facile method of synthesis of calix[4]arene amide via the aminolysis of the calix[4]arene esters was reported. One ethyl ester of the compound (2) was aminolysized byn-butylamine. The crystal structure of compound (1)shows that one ethyl ester of compound (1) enters into thecavity of another compound (1) forming a long chainhost-guest supramolecule. From the 2D NMR data, the compound(1) does not assemble in THF or CHCl3 solution. The CH- interaction and crystallization energy might be theimportant driving forces for forming the self-assembledcalix[4]arene.  相似文献

A series of poly(azomethine)s containing amide, ether, or ester groups was prepared by the condensation of dialdehydes with various diamines. The thermotropic liquid crystalline properties were examined by DSC and microscopic observations. The effects of the number and position of amide groups, which are attached to the rigid segment, on the thermotropic liquid crystalline properties of the homo-and copoly(amide-azomethine-ether)s were also investigated in this study. The copolymerization took place by changing the amount of amide group to obtain copoly(amide-azomethine) ( P13 and P14 ) which exhibit thermotropic liquid crystalline properties. The poly(azomethine)s containing ether or ester groups also exhibited thermotropic liquid crystalline properties. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A series of aliphatic poly(ester amide)s derived from 1,6-hexanediol, glycine, and diacids with a variable number of methylenes (from 2 to 8) have been synthesized and characterized. Infrared spectroscopy shows that the studied polymers present a unique kind of hydrogen bond that is established between their amide groups. Thermal properties as melting, glass transition, and decomposition temperatures are reported. The data indicate that all the polymers are highly crystalline. Thus, different kinds of spherulites (positive and/or negative) were obtained depending on the preparation conditions and on the polymer samples. Moreover, all the polymers crystallized from dilute diol solutions as ribbonlike crystals where a regular folding habit and a single hydrogen bond direction could be deduced. The NaNH2 catalyzed one stage reaction between phenylacetic acid dialkylamides and cinnamic acid methyl ester or dialkylamides was studied under various conditions. Conditions were found for easy preparation of each of the both possible diastereomeric derivatives of 2,3-diphenylglutaric acid. It was proved that catalytic amounts of NaNH2 take part in the reaction. It is assumed that the observederythro/threo equilibrium ratios are determined by an isomerization via two different carbanions (at C2 and C4) of the reaction products.Part III:J. Stefanovsky andL. The development of catalysts capable of catalyzing amidation of esters with amines to construct amides under mild conditions is of great importance. Compared to aliphatic amines, the direct catalytic amidation of esters with less nucleophilic aromatic amines is rather difficult. Employing simple lanthanide tris (amide) complexes Ln[N (SiMe3)2]3(μ-Cl)Li (THF)3 as the catalysts, it was found a broad range of aromatic amines and esters were efficiently converted into various amides in good yields under mild conditions. A plausible mechanism for this transformation was experimentally supported as starting from an amide exchange reaction between the lanthanide tris (amide) complex and the substrate amine.  相似文献

Copper supported on magnetite nanoparticles modified with environmentally friendly ligand tricine was devised for synthesis of acetamides via C–C oxidative cleavage of ketones with amines. The catalyst was characterized using different techniques, including Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, scannin electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetric analysis, and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. The protocol showed relatively high yields of acetamide products. Furthermore, the magnetic recovery of the catalyst rendered the overall process fast and efficient. It was used in the reaction for six consecutive cycles with negligible loss of catalytic activity. This research is the first report of application of magnetic nanocatalysts for synthesis of acetamides from ketones of low activity through a C–C bond cleavage strategy.  相似文献
