借助宽角X-射线衍射、差热分析、偏光显微镜对红磷增效Al(OH)a和Mg(OH)2混合填充的阻燃聚丙烯体系的结晶形态进行了研究。发现这种体系中不仅出现a型而且还出现β型聚丙烯晶体。β型晶体可能是由于Al(OH)a和Mg(OH)a协同诱发而生成的。 相似文献

研究了不同的表面改性剂对超细氢氧化镁的表面改性.并分别以水和乙醇为溶剂,研究了表面改性后氢氧化镁的分散行为.实验结果表明,以水为溶剂的体系,六偏磷酸钠分散性能最好,而以乙醇为溶剂,硅烷偶联剂KH-550分散性能最好,其用量为基体量的5%左右,可使制备的超细氢氧化镁粒径达到0.2 μm尺度以下.试验结果对进一步认识超细氢氧化镁的性质及其应用具有重要意义. 相似文献

Shape apprearance and crystallite characterization of magnesium hydroxide at different hydrothermal tempera-tures have been investigated by SEM, XRD and DSC methods. The grain size, cell parameter and lattice distortion rate of powders under each condition were obtained. The results show that the grains had grown up, especially along the (001) surface as the hydrothermal temperature was raised, accompanying the shrinkage of lattice and the de-scending of distortion rate. These could be relate to the re-crystallization of Mg(OH)2, as well as the thermal dif-fusion of OH- with lower charges, resulting in good dispersion, high thermal decomposition temperature and en-thalpy of Mg(OH)2. Moreover, it is helpful for the increase of the retardant behavior of Mg(OH)2. 相似文献

首次将表面改性剂如硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌或稀土偶联剂加入到传统的共沸蒸馏体系中,使Mg(OH)2纳米颗粒的表面改性和干燥过程同时完成。 通过 XRD、TEM、FT-IR、TG和CAM(接触角测试)等技术手段对样品的结构、形貌和性质进行了表征。 结果表明,表面改性剂不但能够和Mg(OH)2纳米颗粒的表面的OH-离子发生化学反应形成表面修饰层, 减少硬团聚现象,而且还使纳米颗粒表面由亲水性变为疏水性。 另外,对共沸蒸馏法制备表面改性纳米颗粒的机理进行了讨论,为纳米颗粒表面改性提供了一种新思路。 相似文献

In this work, we demonstrate an in situ phase conversion from basic magnesium chloride(BMC) into magnesium hydroxide whisker by using polar organic solvent at low temperature. The morphology and phase composition of magnesium hydroxide whiskers prepared at different reaction temperature, alkali concentration and organic solvent were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electronic microscope(SEM). It was found that when one of the organic solvents such as absolute ethyl alcohol, butanol, polyethylene glycol(PEG-400), acetone, et al. was selected as the template, the precursor BMC can transform into whisker-like magnesium hydroxide through precipitate transformation in low temperature and non-hydrothermal system. It can be reasonably explained that the regulation of Mg^2+ solubility by those organic solvents and the sustained release of Mg^2+ dissolution by organic adsorption played a significant role in the formation of magnesium hydroxide whisker via BMC whisker as the precursor. 相似文献
