对采自新疆地区的4个桃样品的ITS序列进行了PCR扩增、克隆测序和分析,并从基因库中找出6个其他桃样品的ITS序列,应用DNAMAN软件构建了10个桃样品的系统发育树。结果表明:在系统发育树中,10个桃样品被分成三个分支,扁桃和野扁桃各自形成独立分支,其它桃样品形成一个分支,其中,新疆桃弧纹核和直纹核与陕甘山桃亲缘关系为100%,普通桃平行直纹核和孔纹核亲缘关系也为100%,新疆桃与普通桃的亲缘关系达99%,毛桃、山桃和甘肃桃之间的亲缘关系较近。通过本实验对桃属10种桃样品ITS序列分析初步显示,新疆桃与普通桃亲缘关系较近,而其与陕甘山桃的亲缘关系更近。 相似文献

Studies of active drug-excipient compatibility represent an important phase in the preformulation stage of the development of all dosage forms. For the development of conjugation estrogens and medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) double-layer tablets, techniques of thermal, isothermal stress testing (IST), and molecular vibrational spectroscopy analysis were performed to access the compatibility. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies were used as an important and complementary tool during preformulation to determine drug-excipient compatibility. On the basis of DSC results, MPA was found to be compatible with polyethylene glycol 6000. However, the results of Raman and IST studies showed that all the excipients defined in the prototype formula were found to be compatible with MPA. Overall, the compatibility of selected excipients with MPA was successfully evaluated using a combination of thermal and IST methods, and the formulations developed using the compatible excipients were found to be stable. 相似文献

Olivine LiFePO4/C nanocomposite cathode materials with small-sized particles and a unique electrochemical performance were successfully prepared
by a simple solid-state reaction using oxalic acid and citric acid as the chelating reagent and carbon source. The structure
and electrochemical properties of the samples were investigated. The results show that LiFePO4/C nanocomposite with oxalic acid (oxalic acid: Fe2+= 0.75:1) and a small quantity of citric acid are single phase and deliver initial discharge capacity of 122.1 mAh/g at 1
C with little capacity loss up to 500 cycles at room temperature. The rate capability and cyclability are also outstanding
at elevated temperature. When charged/discharged at 60 °C, this materials present excellent initial discharge capacity of
148.8 mAh/g at 1 C, 128.6 mAh/g at 5 C, and 115.0 mAh/g at 10 C, respectively. The extraordinarily high performance of LiFePO4/C cathode materials can be exploited suitably for practical lithium-ion batteries. 相似文献

通过引入—OH、—NH2和—SO3H极性官能团,设计了具有高比表面积、亚胺键连接的二维三聚茚酮基共价有机骨架(truxenone-based covalent organic frameworks,TRO-COFs),并通过巨正则蒙特卡洛(giant canonical Monte Carlo,GCMC)模拟和密度泛函理论(density functional theory,DFT)探究了298 K和0~1.0×10~5Pa条件下极性官能团对TRO-COFs的CO2捕获性能的影响。结合能和内聚能的分析表明官能团引入后结构仍保持较高的稳定性。极性官能团的引入显著增强了TRO-COFs的CO2吸附性能。CO2吸附量大小顺序为TRO-COF-SO3H>TRO-COF-NH2>TRO-COF-OH>TRO-COF-H。在298 K和1.0×10~5Pa条件下,TRO-COF-SO3H表现出8.02 mmol·g-1的CO2吸附量及CO2优于N2和CH4的选择性(37和26)。同时,通过径向分布函数和气体吸附密度分布也进一步说明了不同极性官能团对CO2捕获与分离性能影响的差异。最后,从吸附热、范德瓦耳斯力和库仑相互作用等多个角度详细阐明了极性官能团的作用机制。 相似文献

用核磁共振波谱和红外光谱对新疆小黄山地区原煤干馏的煤焦油进行了研究和相关结构参数的计算,并由此推测了其原煤的煤化程度和生烃能力. 结果表明其芳碳率farC为0.78,平均碳数N=1.64,取代指数σ为0.49, 缩合指数Q为0.51. 与缩合芳香核上连接的烷基侧链较多且链长较短. 用OPUS软件,选择了5个红外光谱参数I1~I5,对谱图进行了矢量归一化并积分,获得了有关IR的部分结构参数. 由NMR和IR的结构参数,判定了小黄山原煤的变质程度为中等,其类型属于以镜质体为主的腐殖煤,由生烃机理推测其原煤的生气潜力大于生油潜力,其生气潜力碳主要为甲基单元,适宜做煤制气的原料. 相似文献

PurposeTo identify potential biomarkers and to uncover the mechanisms underlying asthma based on Gibbs sampling.MethodsThe molecular functions (MFs) with genes greater than 5 were determined using AnnotationMFGO of BAGS package, and the obtained MFs were then transformed to Markov chain (MC). Gibbs sampling was conducted to obtain a new MC. Meanwhile, the average probabilities of MFs were computed via MC Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithm, followed by identification of differentially expressed MFs based on the probabilities of MF more than 0.6. Moreover, the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and their correlated genes were screened and merged, called as co-expressed genes. Pathways enrichment analysis was implemented for the co-expressed genes.ResultsBased on the gene set more than 5, overall 396 MFs were determined. After Gibbs sampling, 5 differentially expressed MF were acquired according to alfa.pi > 0.6. Moreover, the genes in these 5 differentially expressed MF were merged, and 110 DEGs were identified. Subsequently, 338 co-expressed genes were gained. Based on the P value < 0.01, the co-expressed genes were significantly enriched in 6 pathways. Among these, ubiquitin mediated proteolysis contained the maximum numbers of 35 co-expressed genes, and cell cycle were enriched by the second largest number of 11 co-expressed genes, respectively.ConclusionsThe identified pathways such as ubiquitin mediated proteolysis and cell cycle might play important roles in the development of asthma and may be useful for developing the credible therapeutic approaches for diagnosis and treatment of asthma in future. 相似文献

Nonlinear effects such as friction and freeplay on the control surfaces can affect aeroelastic dynamics during flight. In particular, these nonlinearities can induce limit cycle oscillations (LCO), changing the system stability, and because of this it is essential to employ computational methods to predict this type of motion during the aircraft development cycle. In this context, the present article presents a matrix notation for describing the Hénon’s method used to reduce errors when considering piecewise linear nonlinearities in the numerical integration process. In addition, a new coordinate system is used to write the aeroelastic system of equations. The proposal defines a displacement vector with generalized and physical variables to simplify the computational implementation of the Hénon’s technique. Additionally, the article discusses the influence of asymmetric freeplay and friction on the LCO of an airfoil with control surface. The results show that the extended Hénon’s technique provides more accurate LCO predictions, that friction can change the frequency and amplitude of these motions, and the asymmetry of freeplay is important to determine the LCO behavior. 相似文献
