采用裁面分析了不同混纺比的毛涤混纺纱的毛型感,探讨了毛/涤混纺比与汉密尔顿指数、表面纤维混纺百分率及毛纤维有效覆盖率的关系,分析了不同混纺比的毛/涤混纺纱截面五等份圆环中的实际混纺比和填充紧密度。指出表层纤维混纺百分率是反映纱线毛型感的较为直观、方便、准确的指标,同时提出能保持毛涤混纺纱毛型感的较为合理的混纺比。  相似文献

The principles for the modulus method and the percentage method are established and discussed in the part following Part Ⅰ of the series papers, in which we proposed the various algorithms of the strength method and the work method. The samples of Wool/PET blended fibre bundles,the method of fibre-bundle tensile tests and the typical specific stress-extension curves from the fibre bundles with different blend ratios are the same as in Part Ⅰ. Itcan be found that the theoretical results estimated by the modulus and percentage methods accord with the experimental values highly though the calculations of the two methods are slightly more complex than those of the strength and work methods. Especially, using the modulus method can not only avoid the influence of the error caused by the determination of the tensile curve of no fibre breaking in stretching, Y (e), but also need not to know the tensile curves of mono-component fibre bundles in certaincalculation. The latter advantage of the modulus method exists in the percentage method too, but it should adopt the improved calculation of ones.  相似文献

This paper presents a study on the deformation of anisotropic fibrous porous media subjected to moistening by water in the liquid phase. The deformation of the medium is studied by applying the concept of effective stress. Given the structure of the medium, the displacement of the solid matrix is not taken into account with respect to the displacement of the liquid phase. The transport equations are derived from the model proposed by Narasimhan. The transport coefficients and the relation between the variation in apparent density and effective stress are obtained by test measurements. Detailed knowledge on natural dyes is important for agronomy and quality control as well as the fastness, stability, and analysis of dyed textiles. Weld (Reseda luteola L.), which is a source of flavone-based yellow dye, is the focus of this study. One aim was to reduce the required amount of dyed textile to ≤50 μg for a successful chromatographic analysis. The second aim was to unambiguously confirm the identity of all weld flavones. By carrying out the extraction of 50 μg dyed wool with 25 μL of solvent and analysis by reversed-phase UHPLC at 345 nm, reproducible chromatographic fingerprints could be obtained with good signal to noise ratios. Ten baseline separated peaks with relative areas ≥1% were separated in 6 min. Through repeated polyamide column chromatography and prepHPLC, the compounds corresponding with the fingerprint peaks were purified from dried weld. Each was unequivocally identified, including the position and configuration of attached sugars, by means of 1D and 2D NMR and high-resolution MS. Apigenin-4′-O-glucoside and luteolin-4′-O-glucoside were additionally identified as two trace flavones co-eluting with other flavone glucosides, the former for the first time in weld. The microextraction might be extended to other used dye plants, thus reducing the required amount of precious historical textiles.  相似文献

论述了全毛针织绒线绞纱氯化一树脂防缩法.用二氯异氰脲酸盐作为释氯剂,阳离子自交联非硅聚合物为树脂,通过释氯剂的不同用量及处理浴的pH值和温度变化,研究全毛针织绒线的处理效果.得出采用3%释氯剂滴加(处理浴pH值为4.5、温度为30℃)和3%树脂进行绞纱防缩处理,防缩效果达到了国际羊毛局机可洗的标准.选用适当的染料(兰纳素和兰纳洒脱染料),试验释氯剂对色变的影响;对不同的颜色,根据释氯剂对其影响程度的大小,采用不同的处理顺序(先氯化处理后染色或先染色后氯化处理).对先氯化处理的全毛针织绒线染色性能的研究结果表明,适当地提高染浴的pH值,降低染浴的始染温度,必要附加入适当的释酸剂控制染浴的pH值,有利于染色的均匀.防缩后的全毛针织绒线的色牢度符合国际羊毛局机可洗的色牢度要求.  相似文献

处理好洗毛污水的关键是最大限度地提净污水中的羊毛脂。本文介绍了一个回收羊毛脂的新方法——离心萃取法。该方法以制药用的LC—500型离心萃取机为主机,选用抽余油作萃取溶剂,为防止回收的羊毛脂变黑,工艺中改用降膜减压蒸发。该方法回收率为60~70%,比离心分离法高1~2倍。特别适合羊毛脂含量较低的洗毛污水。  相似文献
