新疆石河子市蔬菜周年供应情况的调查与研究

本文通过对石河子市蔬菜周年供应情况的调查与研究,来探寻解决北方寒冷地区中、小城市和工矿区蔬菜周年供应问题的可行性措施.石河子市逐步缩小蔬菜供应淡旺季差别的主要方法是:1、建立蔬菜公司统管下的近郊专业化商品菜基地、保证国营菜店的货源.2、在淡季有计划地从外地调人鲜菜调节市场.3、适当发展加工、速冻菜、4、建立远郊冬菜生产基地,并实行蔬菜公司,单位和个人三结合贮存冬菜.5、严格价格管理.对个体菜贩实行最高限价.     

Tolerance of aggressive and non-aggressive isolates of Ceratocystis ulmi to organotin fungicides

The effect of triorganotin compounds, R₃SnX, on the growth of three wild strains of Ceratocystis ulmi (C. ulmi) fungus, two aggressive and one non-aggressive strains, was evaluated in shake culture. In all cases, the triphenyltins were the more effective organotins for the inhibition of C. ulmi in vitro. The anionic group, X, did not have a significant role in the inhibition, suggesting that the species involved in the inhibition is the triphenyltin moiety (Ph₃Sn⁺) or the hydrated triphenyltin moiety (Ph₃Sn(H₂O)⁺₂). It is further suggested that the triphenyltin species Ph₃SnOH and Ph₃SnOAc are the preferred compounds for the control of Dutch elm disease. The tolerance of aggressive isolates to fungitoxins appears to depend more on the nature of the fungicide than on the type of fungus.     

野猪资源的保护和利用研究

从野猪染色体遗传标记的角度，论述了野猪与家猪杂交的可能性，并对野猪的肉用性能做了初步分析，其氨基酸含量丰富，必需氨基酸种类齐全，肌间脂亚油酸含量达１７．３６％．提出了野猪资源进一步利用的途径和方式，为野猪资源的开发利用提出了新的思路．

浅谈蔬菜害虫菜蛾的综合防治

根据综合防治的理论,从农业防治、生物防治、物理机械防治以及化学防治的等方面阐述了如何有效地控制菜蛾对蔬菜的危害。     

Stable isotopic analysis on sus bones from the Wanfabozi site, Tonghua, Jilin

In order to study the sus diets and explore the possibility to distinguish domestic pig from wild boar through dietary analysis, stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes of 28 pig bones from archaeological site of Wanfabozi in Tonghua City, Jilin Province were analyzed. The δ^13C and δ^15N values of uncontaminated bones show that the overall pigs in the site were generally herbivores and ate mainly C3 plants. Significant difference of δ^15N values was observed between wild boar and domestic pigs, which may result from the higher consumption of animal protein in domestic pigs other than from that in wild boar, possibly from human leftover or waste,. The dietary difference between wild boar and domestic pigs has great potential to differentiate wild boar and domestic pigs in the early stage of pig domestication.     

闪光灯照射对丝绸表面色泽影响实验

介绍使用闪光灯进行丝绸光老化实验的方法,通过对6种丝绸样品的光老化实验,研究闪光灯光照对白色丝绸及植物染料染色的丝绸产生的老化作用.通过实验,发现染色丝绸受光照而产生褪色现象的机理,找到闪光灯照射引起丝绸表面色泽变化的原因.实验还发现不同染料受光照射时色彩变化的差别,指出为避免丝绸受闪光灯照射而变色需采取的方法.

喷施微量元素对不同类型蔬菜硝酸盐含量及产量的影响

通过盆栽试验,研究了石灰性褐土条件下,喷施钼肥、锌肥、锰肥对不同类型蔬菜硝酸盐含量和产量的影响。结果表明,供试的根菜类、叶菜类、茎菜类蔬菜,喷施钼肥、锰肥和锌肥都能显著降低硝酸盐含量,而且对其产量也产生了一定的影响。通过喷施微量元素可以降低因施氮产生的硝酸盐含量增加的不良后果。
