A series of novel pleuromutilin derivatives with 4H-pyran-4-one and pyridin-4-one substitution in the C-14 side chain have been designed and synthesized. In vitro antibacterial activity evaluation showed that most of the derivatives exhibited potent antibacterial activity against drug resistant Gram-positive strains. Compounds 12a, 12d, and 28 are the most active derivatives in this series, displaying activity comparable to that of retapamulin and BC-3781. As the metabolic stability of this series is not satisfactory, further modifications are going on to improve their pharmacokinetic profile.  相似文献

Solvent stable nanofiltration membranes were prepared through the chemical cross-linking of asymmetric Matrimid®-based polyimide membranes with p-xylylenediamine. The influence of this straightforward post-treatment on membrane stability, morphology and performance in dimethylformamide (DMF), N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP), dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) was thoroughly investigated. With permeabilities up to 5.4 l/m2 bar h and rejections up to 98% for low molecular weight dyes in these demanding solvents, optimally performing, truly solvent resistant nanofiltration membranes were obtained. Nanozeolite-filled membranes were prepared in parallel to study the effect of an inorganic filler on the cross-linking reaction and performance in aprotic solvents. The outstanding stability and performance of these membranes and their easy preparation clearly offer vast potential for applications in harsh solvent environments.  相似文献

采用K-B纸片扩散法对67株患病牦牛源大肠杆菌进行粘杆菌素、多西环素、利福平等10种不同抗菌药物敏感性试验,试验数据采用Whonet5.4软件统计以分析牦牛源大肠杆菌的耐药率和耐药谱型.结果表明,牦牛源大肠杆菌对乙酰甲喹的耐药率为41.79%,其余9个药的耐药率均在80%以上,其中利福平、土霉素的耐药率为100%.耐药谱型以粘杆菌素/多西环素/利福平/磺胺嘧啶/替米考星/土霉素/萘啶酸/磺胺间甲嘧啶/磺胺二甲嘧啶为优势耐药谱型.  相似文献

为研究液压油中铁磁性金属磨粒质量分数与微通道中螺线管线圈电感变化值之间的关系,设计并制造了微通道-电感式检测芯片与系统。实验测出同一磨粒在不同质量分数时电感传感器的数值,获得电感变化值和铁磁性金属磨粒质量分数之间的关系曲线。实验结果表明,随着液压油中铁磁性金属磨粒质量分数的增加,电感值增大;采用微通道-电感检测方法检测液压油中铁磁性金属磨粒的质量分数切实可行。  相似文献

Carbon fabric (CF) was surface treated with silane-coupling agent modification, HNO3 oxidation, combined surface treatment, respectively. The friction and wear properties of the carbon fabric reinforced phenolic composites (CFP), sliding against GCr15 steel rings, were investigated on an M-2000 model ring-on-block test rig. Experimental results revealed that combined surface treatment largely reduced the friction and wear of the CFP composites. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) investigation of the worn surfaces of the CFP composites showed that combined surface modified CFP composite had the strongest interfacial adhesion and the smoothest worn surface under given load and sliding rate. SEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) study of carbon fiber surface showed that the fiber surface became rougher and the oxygen concentration increased greatly after combined surface treatment, which improved the adhesion between the fiber and the phenolic resin matrix and hence to improve the friction-reduction and anti-wear properties of the CFP composite.  相似文献

光学器件和光学测量系统的关键部件主要通过超精密加工制造。铝合金具有很多优势,通常用于光子产业。光学领域对铝合金使用和需求的不断增加,促进了在铸造过程中采用快速凝固技术对铝合金等级重新改良的发展。优异的微观结构和改进的机械和物理性能是新型铝合金等级的特点。目前主要问题在于采用金刚石车削时,由于在切削性方面缺乏对铝合金性能的充分研究,导致机械加工数据库非常有限。本文通过改变金刚石的切削参数,测量切齿安装距超过4km时金刚石刀具的磨损,研究了快速凝固铝合金RSA 905的切削性能。改变的机械加工参数为切削速度、进给速度和切削深度。结果表明切削速度对金刚石刀具的磨损影响最大。主轴转速为500rpm、进给速度为25mm/min、切削深度为15μm时,刀具磨损达到最大值12.2μm;主轴转速为1750rpm、进给速度为5mm/min、切削深度为5μm时,刀具磨损达到最小值2.45μm。通常,较高的切削速度、较低的进给速度和较短的切削深度的组合可以减少金刚石刀具磨损。建立了模型统计以分析金刚石刀具磨损。通过该模型可以生成磨损图,从而确定切削参数产生最小磨损的区域。结果证明,快速凝固铝是更好的选择,为机械工程师使用这种材料提供了参考。  相似文献

Super‐thick diamond‐like carbon (DLC) film is a potential protective coating in corrosive environments. In the present work, three kinds of DLC films whose thickness and modulation periods are 4 µm and 3, 21 µm and 17 and 21 µm and 7, respectively, were fabricated on stainless steel. The effect of different thickness and modulation periods on corrosion and tribocorrosion behaviour of the DLC‐coating stainless steel was investigated in 3.5 wt% NaCl aqueous solution by a ball‐on‐flat tribometer equipped with a three‐electrode electrochemical cell. The DLC‐coating stainless steel served as a working electrode, and its OCP and potentiodynamic polarization were monitored before and during rubbing. The wear–corrosion mechanism of the DLC films was investigated by SEM. The results showed that the increasing thickness can prolong significantly lifetime of DLC films in NaCl aqueous solution. In particular, the modulation period has a significant impact on the tribocorrosion resistance of the DLC super‐thick films. The study suggested that the increasing thickness of compressive stress layer could suppress film damage by reducing crack propagation rate. Thus, the super‐thick DLC film with thickness of 21 µm and 7 periods presented the best tribocorrosion resistance among all studied films. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
