A zero-gap state (ZGS) has been found in a bulk system of two-dimensional organic conductor, α-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 salt which consists of four sites of donor molecules in a unit cell. In the present paper, the characteristic of the ZGS is analyzed in detail and the electronic properties are examined in the vicinity of the Dirac point where the conduction and valence bands degenerate to form the zero-gap. The eigenvectors of the energy band have four components of respective sites, where two of them correspond to inequivalent sites and the other two correspond to equivalent sites. It is shown that the former exhibits an exotic momentum dependence around the contact point and the latter shows almost a constant dependence. The density of states of each site close to the Dirac point is calculated to demonstrate the temperature dependence of the local magnetic susceptibility and the local nuclear magnetic relaxation rate. Further, the robust property of the ZGS against the anion potential is also shown by using the second-order perturbation.  相似文献

同时的相对性、钟慢效应和尺缩效应是狭义相对论时空观的主要内容.鉴于同时性是时空测量的基础,本文从同时的相对性出发详述了对钟慢效应和尺缩效应的再认识:钟慢效应是运动时钟走时率变慢和校表问题的综合表现,其实质是同时的相对性在时间量度上的直接反映;尺缩效应的实质是同时的相对性在空间量度上的反映,也是不同观测者对同一客观事实的不同时空描述.  相似文献

On textured n-type silicon substrates for solar cell manufacturing, the relation between light trapping behavior, structural imperfections, energetic distribution of interface state densities and interface recombination losses were investigated by applying surface sensitive techniques. The field-modulated surface photovoltage (SPV), in-situ photoluminescence (PL) measurements, total hemispherical UV-NIR-reflectance measurements and electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to yield detailed information on the influence of wet-chemical treatments on preparation induced micro-roughness and electronic properties of polished and textured silicon substrates. It was shown that isotropic as well as anisotropic etching of light trapping structures result in high surface micro-roughness and density of interface states. Removing damaged surface layers in the nm range by wet-chemical treatments, the density of these states and the related interface recombination loss can be reduced. In-situ PL measurements were applied to optimise HF-treatment times aimed at undamaged, oxide-free and hydrogen-terminated substrate surfaces as starting material for subsequent solar cell preparations.   相似文献

过去几十年中差分吸收光谱技术(differential optical absorption spectroscopy,DOAS)在大气污染物监测方面取得了成功应用.文章提出了根据差分吸光度最大值(OD'm)设定阈值的思想,将传统DOAS算法与基于卡尔曼滤波的DOAS算法相结合,利用两种算法在相同信噪比下具有不同反演精度的特点,在保证测量精度的前提下提高了DOAS系统的检测极限,较好地解决了短光程下低浓度气体的测量精度问题.在常温常压和流动状态下,对烟气中的SO2浓度测量进行了理论和实验研究.研究结果表明,改进的DOAS算法在OD'm<0.048 1时,SO2浓度测量精度较高,测量下限可低于28.6 mg·m-3,零点漂移低于2.9 mg·m-3传统DOAS算法在0.048 1<OD'm<0.927 2时,SO2浓度测量精度较高;两种算法对OD'm>0.927 2时的SO2浓度测量都存在较大的误差,必须进行线性度校正.  相似文献

Fluid dynamic properties of blood flow are implicated in cardiovascular diseases. The interaction between the blood flow and the wall occurs through the direct transmission of forces, and through the dominating influence of the flow on convective transport processes. Controlled, in vitro testing in simple geometric configurations has provided much data on the cellular-level responses of the vascular walls to flow, but a complete, mechanistic explanation of the pathogenic process is lacking. In the interim, mapping the association between local haemodynamics and the vascular response is important to improve understanding of the disease process and may be of use for prognosis. Moreover, establishing the haemodynamic environment in the regions of disease provides data on flow conditions to guide investigations of cellular-level responses.  相似文献

A micropattern-induced transition in the mechanism of vortex motion and vortex mobility is observed in high-Tc thin films. The competition between the anomalous Hall effect and the guidance of vortices by rows of microholes (antidots) lead to a sudden change in the direction of vortex motion that is accompanied by a change in the critical current density and microwave losses. The latter effect demonstrates the difference in vortex mobility in different phases of vortex motion in between and within the rows of antidots.  相似文献

Abstract

The solubility of monosodium L-glutamate monohydrate (MSG.H2O) in water was measured at pressures in the range of 0.10-300MPa and 298.15K. The density of MSG solution at high concentrations and heat of solution at saturated concentration were also measured at atmospheric pressure. The solubility, ms, increased with increasing pressure and the pressure coefficient, Θp, [?(? In ms,? p)T] at 0.10 MPa was (2.0 ± 0.1) × 10-10Pa-1. It agrees well with (2.1 ±0.2)× 10-10 Pa-1 thermodynamically estimated using the partial molar volume, the activity coefficient of the solute in solution, and the molar volume of the crystal. The excellent agreement at 0.10MPa gives us confidence in the solubility data at higher pressures. The heat of solution data and other pertinent values were used to calculate the temperature coefficient of solubility, ΘT [? (? In ms/?(1/T))p], by a thermodynamic equality. The resulting ΘT compares well with the data directly measured by Ogawa.  相似文献

The escaped probability density of the photo-detached electron in an annular nanomicrocavity shows strong oscillations as a function of the length of the escape orbits. We present a semiclassical theory that describes theses oscillations in terms of bundles of escape orbits. Due to the interference effects of the electron waves travelling along different escaped orbits, oscillatory structures appear in the escaped probability density. In addition, the calculation results suggest that the escaped probability density of the photo-detached electron is not only related to the inner radius of the annular microcavity, but also related to the laser polarization. In order to show the correspondence between the escaped probability density and the detached electron’s escaped orbits clearly, we calculate the Fourier transformed semiclassical wave function and find that the peak positions agree well with the length of the detached electron’s orbits. We hope that our results will be useful in understanding the escape and propagation process of particles through semiconductor microjunctions or ballistic microstructure.  相似文献
