External influence on magnetic properties of Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys

Amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbons of NANOPERM, FINEMET and HITPERM were studied by Mössbauer spectroscopy (MS) after the influence of external factors: different annealing atmospheres, tensile stress and several kinds of corrosion. MS is a suitable tool for such studies because the spectral parameters are very sensitive to changes in the vicinity of the probe — ⁵⁷Fe nuclei. The most sensitive parameters were hyperfine magnetic field in crystalline component, average hyperfine field in amorphous component and direction of net magnetic moments. Influence of external factors modified also the structure of the alloys, i.e. new or modified phases were identified by MS phase analysis.

Single-period Two-product Inventory Model with Reorder and Substitution

In market, excess demands for many products can be met by reorder even during one period, and retailers usually adopt substitution strategy for more benefit. Under the retailer's substitution strategy and permission of reorder, we develop the profits maximization model for the two-substitutable-product inventory problem with stochastic demands and proportional costs and revenues. We show that the objective function is concave and submodular, and therefore the optimal policy exists. We present the optimal conditions for order quantity and provide some properties of the optimal order quantities. Comparing our model with Netessine and Rudi's, we prove that reorder and adoption of the substitution strategy can raise the general profits and adjust down the general stock level.

??We study the linear quadratic optimal stochastic control problem which is jointly driven by Brownian motion and L\'{e}vy processes. We prove that the new affine stochastic differential adjoint equation exists an inverse process by applying the profound section theorem. Applying for the Bellman's principle of quasilinearization and a monotone iterative convergence method, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the backward Riccati differential equation. Finally, we prove that the optimal feedback control exists, and the value function is composed of the initial value of the solution of the related backward Riccati differential equation and the related adjoint equation.     

Initial study on the structure and photoluminescence properties of SiC films doped with Al

SiC films doped with aluminum (Al) were prepared by the rf-magnetron sputtering technique on p-Si substrates with a composite target of a single crystalline SiC containing several Al pieces on the surface. The as-deposited films were annealed in the temperature range of 400-800 °C under nitrogen ambient. The thin films have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the introduction of Al into films hinders crystalline formation process. And with the increase of annealing temperature, more Si particles are formed in the films, which strongly affect the optical absorption properties. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the samples show two peaks at 370 nm and 412 nm. The intensities of the PL peaks are evidently improved after Al doped. We attribute the origin of the two PL peaks to a kind of Si-related defect centres. The obtained results are expected to have important applications in modern optoelectronic devices.     

基于单纯形方法的双层线性规划全局优化算法

通过分析双层线性规划可行域的结构特征和全局最优解在约束域的极点上达到这一特性,对单纯形方法中进基变量的选取法则进行适当修改后,给出了一个求解双层线性规划局部最优解方法,然后引进上层目标函数对应的一种割平面约束来修正当前局部最优解,直到求得双层线性规划的全局最优解.提出的算法具有全局收敛性,并通过算例说明了算法的求解过程.     

Thickness induced transversal percolation in Pt-Al2O3 nano-composites

Investigations of thickness induced percolation process in Pt_ξ-Al₂O₃ nano-composites were carried out using grazing angle X-ray scattering. It is shown that the morphological characteristics of the nano-scaled Pt particles change significantly within the growth transversal direction. The initially non percolated two phases Pt_ξ-Al₂O₃ nano-composites show a noteworthy tendency to a percolated morphology with a gradual transversal increase of Pt nano-particles' average diameter in addition to the increase of the Pt nano-particles' poly-dispersity. This transversal morphological evolution is followed by a percolation phenomenon of the Pt nano-particles for a thickness of about ∼119.5 nm. This transversal morphological evolution seems to corroborate far too much with a columnar growth process.     

Nonlinear Time Series Analysis Since 1990:Some Personal Reflections

Abstract I reflect upon the development of nonlinear time series analysis since 1990 by focusing on five majorareas of development. These areas include the interface between nonlinear time series analysis and chaos,thenonparametric/semiparametric approach,nonlinear state space modelling,financial time series and nonlinearmodelling of panels of time series.
