原子光谱线变宽的因素分析

分别从经典理论和量子理论的不同角度论述了使原子光谱线变宽的各种主要因素:由于能量的不确定关系导致的自然致宽;多普勒致宽;碰撞致宽;因碰撞过程中原子能级变化而导致的压力致宽、场致宽等.通过分析,阐明了实际光谱线与理想光谱线的不同及其原因.     

MgO films grown on yttria-stabilized zirconia by molecular beam epitaxy

MgO films were grown on (0 0 1) yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The crystalline structures of these films were investigated using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Growth temperature was varied from 350 to 550 °C, with crystalline quality being improved at higher temperatures. The MgO films had a domain structure: (1 1 1)[1 1 2¯]_MgO(0 0 1)[1 0 0]_YSZ with four twin variants related by a 90° in-plane rotation about the [1 1 1]_MgO axis. The observed epitaxial orientation was compared to previous reports of films grown by pulsed laser deposition and sputtering and explained as resulting in the lowest interface energy.     

Geometry and electronic structure of a heterometallic cluster Mo<Subscript>2</Subscript>Mg<Subscript>2</Subscript> in different oxidation states of Mo: a DFT study

Reduction of tetranuclear heterometallic complex Mo₂Mg₂ was simulated using the B3LYP and PBE density functional methods. The results of geometry calculations of the initial complex [Mo^VIO₂Mg(MeOH)₂(OMe)₄]₂ and a partially reduced Mo^V complex are in good agreement with experimental data. The reduced Mo^III complex is characterized by a decrease in the binding energy of aqua ligands. Structural rearrangement of the complex with release of a coordination position at the Mo atoms requires small energy expenditure. One can assume that the reduction of the polynuclear complex causes overcrowding of its coordination sphere, which favors formation of dinitrogen complexes. Effect of the incomplete accommodation of the heterogeneous recombination energy on heat fluxes to a quartz surface

Taking both the heterogeneous catalytic processes, including the surface formation of particles with excited internal degrees of freedom, and the processes of multicomponent diffusion and heat transfer in the MESOX apparatus fully into account makes it possible to obtain a recombination coefficient and an accommodation coefficient of the oxygen-atoms-on-quartz recombination energy which are in good agreement with the experimental data. The heterogeneous catalysis model constructed can be used effectively for predicting the heat fluxes to the surface of reentry vehicles on their entry into the Earth’s atmosphere.

从等离子体平板显示器(PDP)的发光原理出发，分析和研究了存贮控制电路的工作原理，提出基于FPGA的电路设计方案，并给出数据整理电路和驱动信号产生电路的具体电路框图，最后给出部分仿真波形．

在随动曲线坐标系下模拟矩形坯压缩变形的能量法

本文提出一种新的模拟塑性流动的数值法-__在随动曲线坐标系下的能量法.运动学可能速度场、变形总功率泛函以张量形式表达在随动曲线坐标系上,通过优化可变参数使泛函达最小值,以求得变形过程中速度场、位移增量场和最终位移场.根据上述算法和所编制的FORTRAN程序,本文计算了平板间矩形坯压缩变形的位移场.计算结果得到实验验证.
