A study of the experimental conditions required to obtain vanadium doped sol-gel TiO2 coatings is presented. Tetraethyl orthotitanate was employed as the TiO2 source and VCl3, VOSO4 · H2O and VOSO4 dissolved H2SO4 where employed as vanadium sources.Dip coating has been used to produce coatings on silicon wafers, spectral carbon electrodes and titanium electrodes. Both supported and unsupported films have been studied by UV-Vis spectra, IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The measurements have been made on samples as prepared and treated thermally at temperatures between 100°C and 300°C. The thermal treatment temperatures have been established from DTA/TGA measurements.The vanadium doped sol-gel TiO2 coatings have been tested as sensors for redox potential measurements in electrochemical processes. The influence of both the thickness of films and the nature of substrate has been investigated. 相似文献

Electronic sensor technology remains of widespread and intense interest. There are compelling needs to detect chemical species ranging from small molecules dispersed in the gas phase to complex biopolymers in aqueous solution. This review describes some recent advances in three main areas: chemically sensitive resistors (chemiresistors, CRs) including inorganic and organic based devices, field effect transistors (FETs) with semiconducting layers and/or gates with chemical sensitivity, and sensors based on the differential conductivity of nanotubes and nanowires. Back-side contact Au and Ag microelectrodes were used as transducers to construct planar all-solid-state electrodes suitable for flow-through analysis. The microsensors were based on plasticized PVC potassium-selective membranes containing ion-electron conducting polymer—polypyrrole doped with di(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate. The proposed technique allowed simple construction of microsensors in one step, by membrane solution casting directly on the surface of the planar metallic transducers. The performance of the microsensors based on Au and Ag transducers were determined and compared with planar sensors based on internal electrolyte immobilized in polyHEMA. The addition of the polypyrrole to the membrane composition did not influence on the selectivity, reproducibility and long-term stability of the microsensors but improved their standard potential stability in time in comparison with coated-wire type sensors. Moreover, all-solid-state microsensors based on Au transducers exhibited better signal stability than Ag based sensors. 相似文献

Some explosives are stable molecules with large energy barriers to chemical reaction, and in shock or impact initiation, a
sizable amount of phonon energy must be converted to the molecular internal higher vibrations by multiphonon up pumping. To
investigate the relationship between impact sensitivities and energy transfer rates, the number of doorway modes of explosive
molecules is estimated by a simple theory in which the rate is proportional to the number of normal mode vibrations. We evaluated
frequencies of normal mode vibrations of 13 explosive molecules which are CHNO nitramine-contained and have not been analyzed
previously. The number of doorway modes in the regions of 200–700 cm−1 was evaluated by the direct counting method. For more clear investigation of the relationship we have classified these 13
nitramine explosive molecules, by the number of nitramine group they contained, into two groups. There are eight molecules
that contained one nitramine group and five molecules that contained poly-nitramine groups. It is found that the number of
doorway modes shows a linearly correlation to the impact sensitivities derived from drop hammer tests. This result is in agreement
with that of several previous works. Besides, it is also noted in our study that in those nitramine explosives molecules with
similar molecular structure (similar number nitramine group they contained) and similar molecular weight, the correlation
between the sensitivity and the number of doorway modes is higher. We found that the vibrational frequency of ω corresponds
to nitro group motions of every molecule is contributed to the number of doorway modes in the regions of 200–700 cm−1. 相似文献

针对土中钢板-钢筋混凝土竖井结构在常规武器爆炸作用下塑性铰线形成前的动力响应问题,综合采用模型试验、有限元数值仿真方法,分析了竖井结构中远距离爆炸作用下的变形过程及特征,确定了以量纲一环向相对位移α1作为结构变形程度的判据。推导了土中竖井结构在常规武器爆炸作用下的动力响应理论解,分析了按照弹性理论计算的量纲一环向相对位移α1e和有限元计算得到的弹塑性量纲一环向相对位移α1p的关系及其比值α1p/α1e的影响因素,构建了基于弹性解的弹塑性量纲一环向相对位移α1p工程算法。提出了以量纲一环向相对位移α1作为结构变形程度的判据,并确定了结构闭环塑性铰线出现、破坏模式改变的阈值为α1=3%;对比了理论与数值模拟计算结果,验证了提出的理论计算方法可以较好地计算钢板-混凝土竖井组合结构在常规武器爆炸作用下弹性阶段的动力响应;结构长径比、结构缩尺比例、装药量大小对α1p/α1e随α<... 相似文献

对高速磁浮车-轨耦合系统进行动态机理和振动响应研究。首先,对高速磁浮中的各类耦合关系进行建模;其次,分别分析了动态和静态条件下的车-轨耦合作用机理;然后,建立了高速磁浮车-轨耦合动力学有限元模型;最后,对磁浮列车高速通过桥梁时轨道梁、功能件的动力响应和车-轨共振速度进行分析。结果表明:高速运行时车-轨作用频率不同,长时间共振速度下运行时车-轨振动明显增大;若桥梁动力放大系数小于1.2,则基频比最小值为1.16;若桥梁动力放大系数小于1.3,则基频比最小值为1.04。 相似文献

以高速磁浮列车为研究对象,探讨了弹性轨道下的车-轨耦合振动问题。建立了能反映实际问题的车-轨耦合最小悬浮单元模型,并进行了开环系统稳定性和耦合振动机理分析。以弥补比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器有效信息利用不足为出发点,设计了基于预先补偿的全状态反馈控制器。通过仿真分析了反馈增益矩阵对系统跟踪性能和振动抑制能力的影响,提出了适当降低对悬浮间隙的要求换取振动抑制能力提升的思路。进一步分析了反馈系数对悬浮系统性能的影响规律,基于此得到了优化的预先补偿和全状态反馈控制框架。最后,通过实验验证了基于预先补偿的全状态反馈控制对抑制车-轨弹性耦合振动的有效性。 相似文献

为研究超声椭圆振动切削(ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting,UEVC)刀尖轨迹形成及控制,解决刀尖轨迹非正椭圆问题,建立二维正交柔性导波UEVC装置刀尖轨迹的运动学模型;分析90°相位差下非正椭圆轨迹产生原因,建立刀尖轨迹校正模型,并推导出基于正椭圆轨迹下的刀尖轨迹偏转模型。通过实验对刀尖轨迹校正模型进行验证,校正后轨迹偏离坐标轴1.67°,小于校正前偏离角度。实验结果表明,该模型能够有效地校正刀尖轨迹,可在轨迹控制方面为后续研究刀尖轨迹偏转及变刀尖轨迹超声振动加工提供理论基础。 相似文献

基于Lagrange原理和假设模态法建立了旋转输液管的动力学模型.通过降阶升维的方法求解系统的特征值问题,并分析了旋转输液管自由振动特性.得到了不同端部集中质量和转速下,系统特征值随流速升高的演变轨迹.揭示了临界流速随系统参数的变化规律.研究发现,内部流体的流动对旋转输液管动力学特性存在显著影响.在某些参数组合下,系统低阶模态能够形成不同形式的内共振关系.预示了旋转输液管模型蕴含丰富的动力学现象. 相似文献
