文章以60多年来中国藏学研究所取得的成果为据,从政治、经济、文化三个方面阐明了中国藏学研究对维护国家主权、民族团结和西藏社会和谐稳定的贡献,对促进西藏经济发展和民生改善的贡献,对继承和发展西藏传统文化、促进西藏文化建设和繁荣的贡献。

Closure-based constraints in formal concept analysis

We present a method of imposing constraints in extracting formal concepts (equivalently, closed itemsets or fixpoints of Galois connections) from a binary relation. The constraints are represented by closure operators and their purpose is to mimic background knowledge a user may have of the data. The idea is to consider and extract only these itemsets that are compatible with the background knowledge. As a result, the method extracts less clusters, those that are interesting from the user point of view, in a shorter time. The method makes it also possible to extract minimal bases of attribute dependencies in the input data that are compatible with the background knowledge. We provide examples of several particular types of constraints including those that appeared in the literature in the past and present algorithms to compute the constrained formal concepts and attribute implications.     

Strong Unicity of Restricted p-Centers

Given a continuous seminorm p on a separated locally convex linear topological space X, we study in this paper strong uniqueness of the so-called restricted p-centers of sets. First we explore finite extremal characterizations of strongly unique restricted p-centers of subsets of X from its finite dimensional subspaces. Our main goal here is to investigate strong uniqueness of restricted p-centers of certain sets from the so-called p-RS sets, which are defined as closed convex sets that are obtained by imposing convex side constraints arising from boundedness of coefficients on translates of certain subspaces of X.     

Complex-valued preplaces and the nonring cmc subsets of a ring

We show that the torsion free Krull-Schmidt-Azumaya Theorem holds for the integral group ring Z D ₈ Were D ₈ is the group of order 8, but torsion free cancellation (and hence also the torsion free Krull-Schmidt-Azumaya theorem) fails for the integral group ring Z D ₃₂ We summarize the cases for which the integral group ring Z G is known to satisfy the torsion free Krull-Schmidt-Azumaya Theorem, Z D ₁₆ being the only open case.
