For future all‐soluble organic thin film transistor (OTFT) applications, a new soluble n‐type air‐stable perylene diimide derivative semiconductor material with (trifluoromethyl)benzyl groups (TC–PDI–F) is synthesized. The film is formed by spin‐coating in air and optimized for OTFT fabrications. The transistor characteristics and air‐stability of the TC–PDI–F OTFTs is measured to investigate the feasibility of using solution‐processed TC–PDI–F for future OTFT applications. For all‐solution OTFT process applications, the transistor characteristics are demonstrated by using TC–PDI–F as an n‐type semiconductor material and liquid‐phase‐deposited SiO2 (LPD–SiO2) as a gate dielectric material. All processes (except material synthesis and electrode deposition) and electrical measurements are conducted in air.  相似文献

Deformation induced softening is an inelastic phenomenon frequently accompanying mechanical response of soft biological tissues. Inelastic phenomena which occur in mechanical testing of biological tissues are very likely to be associated with alterations in the internal structure of these materials.In this study, a novel structural constitutive model is formulated to describe the inelastic effects in soft biological tissues such as Mullins type behavior, damage and permanent set as a result of residual strains after unloading. Anisotropic softening is considered by evolution of internal variables governing the anisotropic properties of the material. We consider two weight factors wi (softening) and sk (discontinuous damage) as internal variables characterizing the structural state of the material. Numerical simulations of several soft tissues are used to demonstrate the performance of the model in reproducing the inelastic behavior of soft biological tissues.  相似文献

A λ‐design is a family ?? = {B1, B2, …, Bv} of subsets of X = {1, 2, …, v} such that |BiBj| = λ for all ijand not all Bi are of the same size. The only known example of λ‐designs (called type‐1 designs) are those obtained from symmetric designs by a certain complementation procedure. Ryser [J Algebra 10 (1968), 246–261] and Woodall [Proc London Math Soc 20 (1970), 669–687] independently conjectured that all λ‐designs are type‐1. Let g = gcd(r ? 1, r* ? 1), where rand r* are the two replication numbers. Ionin and Shrikhande [J Combin Comput 22 (1996), 135–142; J Combin Theory Ser A 74 (1996), 100–114] showed that λ‐designs with g = 1, 2, 3, 4 are type‐1 and that the Ryser–Woodall conjecture is true for λ‐designs on p + 1, 2p + 1, 3p + 1, 4p + 1 points, where pis a prime. Hein and Ionin [Codes and Designs—Proceedings of Conference honoring Prof. D. K. The purpose of this paper is by using CSQ method to study the strong convergence problem of iterative sequences for a pair of strictly asymptotically pseudocontractive mappings to approximate a common fixed point in a Hilbert space. The single 2 dilation wavelet multipliers in one-dimensional case and single A-dilation (where A is any expansive matrix with integer entries and |detA| = 2) wavelet multipliers in twodimensional case were completely characterized by Wutam Consortium (1998) and Li Z., et al. (2010). But there exist no results on multivariate wavelet multipliers corresponding to integer expansive dilation matrix with the absolute value of determinant not 2 in L 2(ℝ2). In this paper, we choose $2I_2 = \left( {{*{20}c} 2 & 0 \\ 0 & 2 \\ } \right)$2I_2 = \left( {\begin{array}{*{20}c} 2 & 0 \\ 0 & 2 \\ \end{array} } \right) as the dilation matrix and consider the 2I 2-dilation multivariate wavelet Φ = {ψ 1, ψ 2, ψ 3}(which is called a dyadic bivariate wavelet) multipliers. Here we call a measurable function family f = {f 1, f 2, f 3} a dyadic bivariate wavelet multiplier if Y1 = { F - 1 ( f1 [^(y1 )] ),F - 1 ( f2 [^(y2 )] ),F - 1 ( f3 [^(y3 )] ) }\Psi _1 = \left\{ {\mathcal{F}^{ - 1} \left( {f_1 \widehat{\psi _1 }} \right),\mathcal{F}^{ - 1} \left( {f_2 \widehat{\psi _2 }} \right),\mathcal{F}^{ - 1} \left( {f_3 \widehat{\psi _3 }} \right)} \right\} is a dyadic bivariate wavelet for any dyadic bivariate wavelet Φ = {ψ 1, ψ 2, ψ 3}, where [^(f)]\hat f and F −1 denote the Fourier transform and the inverse transform of function f respectively. We study dyadic bivariate wavelet multipliers, and give some conditions for dyadic bivariate wavelet multipliers.
