基本模型机仿真软件的设计与实现

基于TDN-CM++基本模型机的组成结构,利用JBuilder 9开发了一个仿真系统.该系统可以实现对模型机指令系统的仿真测试,实时、动态地显示各硬件组成部件的数据值,并以动画方式演示数据通路的建立过程.     

基于信任服务IBE体系的权限管理

针对现有的基于身份加密（identity based encryption, IBE）体系中缺乏权限管理问题, 提出一种基于信任服务IBE体系下的权限管理方案. 该方案采用门限的思想和算法对服务进行集中管理, 并结合基于角色的访问控制管理权限, 实现了细粒度的权限管理. 采用信任继承的思想为用户分配角色, 并采用集中审计的思想维护系统, 提高了系统的可靠性.

近几年来大数据之风已由欧美、日本等国进入中国,2013年被世界称为"大数据年"。介绍了大数据的基本概念及其特点,简述了大数据在金融行业应用的丰硕成果,展望了大数据的发展趋势。     

Self‐organization of functional gradient structure in the biodegradable chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol) blend film

Biologically inspired optimal structures combining the bioresorbable and bioactive properties are expected for the next generation of biomaterials. A compositional gradient structure was found to be spontaneously formed in the film of biodegradable chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol) blend by casting aqueous solution on an aluminum dish. The formation of compositional gradient structure was confirmed by FTIR mapping measurement, DMTA measurement, and SEM observation on the freeze‐fractured cross section. In DMTA measurement, a broadening of the α‐relaxation curve corresponding to the glass transition was observed for the compositional gradient film, while a composition‐dependent single glass transition was observed for the homogeneous blend films. The resulted film with stable self‐organized compositional gradient exhibits novel physical properties inaccessible for the film of homogeneous blends obtained by casting from the same solution on a Teflon dish. The compositional gradient films present a unique combination of stronger stress and higher yield strain when compared with those of the homogeneous films at both dry and wet states. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Wrinkles formed on a thin gold film deposited onto stretched elastic substrates

In this article the possibility of using various elastic polymer substrates for preparing wrinkled gold films was studied. The gold film was deposited on the substrate using an ion‐sputtering technique, while the substrate was stretched and fixed on a frame. The obtained gold film had wrinkles with a striped pattern. However, whether the pattern was well regulated or not depended on the substrate material. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was the preferable material when it did not contain fillers. Materials containing fillers are not suitable for this purpose. However, double layer substrates that consist of the PDMS without fillers (the upper layer) and the material containing fillers (the lower layer) could be used to obtain a relatively well‐ordered pattern. 博弈视角下的旅游价值网合作机理研究

旅游业的价值创造模式不再是Porter的价值链,而是旅游价值网.作为一种中间型组织,旅游价值网具有稳定性的同时又具有一定的弹性,表现为内部成员具有搭便车的动机.从博弈角度可以对旅游价值网内部企业的合作策略进行分析,得出长期内旅游价值网是相对稳定的合作型组织,其稳定性来自于其内部约束机制.

The Susceptibility of Non-UV Fluorescent Membrane Dyes to Dynamical Properties of Lipid Membranes

Fluorescence spectroscopy and microscopy are powerful techniques to detect dynamic properties in artificial and natural lipid membrane systems. Unfortunately, most fluorescent dyes that sense dynamically relevant membrane parameters are UV sensitive. Their major disadvantage is a high susceptibility to fluorescence bleaching. Additionally, the risk for hazardous damages in biological components generally increases with decreasing excitation wavelength. Therefore the use of non-UV–sensitive membrane dyes would provide significant advantage, particularly for applications in fluorescence microscopy, which usually implies high local excitation intensities. We applied steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy techniques to several UV and non-UV membrane dyes to detect and compare dynamically relevant excitation and emission characteristics. Small unilamellar liposomes (composed of egg yolk phosphatidylcholine) served as a model system for biological membranes. The dynamic properties of the membranes were varied by two independent parameters: the intrinsic cholesterol content (0–50 mol%) and temperature (10–50°C). We tested four non-UV–sensitive membrane dyes: 9-diethylamino-5H-benzophenoxazine-5-one (Nile Red), 4-(dicyanovinyl)julolidine (DCVJ), N-(3-triethylammoniumpropyl)-4-(4-(dibutylamino)styryl) pyridinium dibromide (FM 4-64), and 1,1-dioctadecyl-3,3,3,3-tetramethylindocarbocyanine perchlorate (DiIC₁₈). We also tested three derivatives of DiIC₁₈: DiIC₁₆ and DiIC₁₂ differ in acyl chain length and Fast-DiIC₁₈ provides double bonds between hydrocarbon atoms. The spectral results were compared to established fluorescence characteristics of four UV membrane dyes: the anisotropy of 1-6-phenyl-1,3,5,-hexatrien (DPH), two derivatives of DPH (TMA-DPH and COO^–-DHP), and the generalized polarization of 6-dodecanoyl-2-dimethyl-aminonaphthalene (Laurdan). Our results indicate that the tested non-UV dyes do not reveal dynamically relevant membrane parameters in a direct manner. However, spectral characteristics make DiIC₁₈, Nile Red, and DCVJ promising probes for the microscopic detection of lateral lipid organization, an indirect indicator of membrane dynamics. In particular, DiIC₁₈ showed very selective shifts in the emission spectra at defined temperatures and cholesterol contents that have not been reported elsewhere.
