Metallic thin-walled round tubes are widely used as energy absorption elements. However, lateral splash of the round tubes under impact loadings reduces the energy absorption efficiency and may cause secondary damage. Therefore, it is necessary to assemble and fasten round tubes together by boundary constraints and/or fasteners between tubes, which increases the time and labor cost and affects the mechanical performance of round tubes. In an effort to break through this limitation, a novel self-locked energy-absorbing system has been proposed in this paper. The proposed system is made up of thin-walled tubes with dumbbell-shaped cross section, which are specially designed to interlock with each other and thus provide lateral constraint under impact loadings. Both finite element simulations and impact experiment demonstrated that without boundary constraints or fasteners between tubes, the proposed self-locked energy-absorbing system can still effectively attenuate impact loads while the round tube systems fail to carry load due to the lateral splashing of tubes. Furthermore, the geometric design for a single dumbbell-shaped tube and the stacking arrangement for the system are discussed, and a general guideline on the structural design of the proposed self-locked energy absorbing system is provided.  相似文献

A numerical investigation of the mixed convection heat transfer from vertical helically coiled tubes in a cylindrical shell at various Reynolds and Rayleigh numbers, various coil‐to‐tube diameter ratios and non‐dimensional coil pitches was carried out. The particular difference in this study compared with other similar studies is the boundary conditions for the helical coil. Most studies focus on constant wall temperature or constant heat flux, whereas in this study it was a fluid‐to‐fluid heat exchanger. The purpose of this article is to assess the influence of the tube diameter, coil pitch and shell‐side mass flow rate on shell‐side heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger. Different characteristic lengths were used in the Nusselt number calculations to determine which length best fits the data and finally it has been shown that the normalized length of the shell‐side of the heat exchanger reasonably demonstrates the desired relation. 目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管性不孕症诊治中的应用价值。方法将经子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)诊断为输卵管性不孕的116例患者,其中观察组58例进行宫腹腔镜联合治疗,对照组58例进行介入治疗;2组患者年龄、间质部、峡部、远端梗阻的输卵管条数等均无统计学差异,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果宫腹腔镜联合组术后输卵管通畅及宫内妊娠情况均显著优于介入治疗组(P〈0.05)。多因素分析表明输卵管黏膜异常显影、通畅度及其柔软度是影响预后的主要因素。结论联合宫腹腔镜治疗能明显提高输卵管通畅及宫内受孕率,术前输卵管功能评价能为选择个体化治疗方案提供客观依据。  相似文献

It is well‐known that homogeneous electric fields can be used to generate giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs). Herein we report an interesting phenomenon of formation of GUVs and lipid tubes simultaneously using a nonhomogeneous electric field generated by point‐to‐plane electrodes. The underlying mechanism was analyzed using finite element analysis. The two forces play main roles, that is, the pulling force (F) to drag GUVs into lipid tubes induced by fluid flow, and the critical force (Fc) to prevent GUVs from deforming into lipid tubes induced by electric fields. In the center area underneath the needle electrode, the GUVs were found because F is less than Fc in that region, whereas in the edge area the lipid tubes were obtained because F is larger than Fc. The diffusion coefficient of lipid in the tubes was found to be 4.45 μm2 s?1 using a fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) technique. The method demonstrated here is superior to conventional GUV or lipid tube fabrication methods, and has great potential in cell mimic or hollow material fabrication using GUVs and tubes as templates.  相似文献

The multi-radiation of X-rays was investigated with special attention to their energy spectrum in a Mather-type plasma focus device (operated with argon gas). The analysis is based on the effect of anomalous resistances. To study the energy spectrum, a four-channel diode X-ray spectrometer was used along with a special set of filters. The filters were suitable for detection of medium range X-rays as well as hard X-rays with energy exceeding 30 keV. The results indicate that the anomalous resistivity effect during the post pinch phase may cause multi-radiation of X-rays with a total duration of 300 ± 50 ns. The significant contribution of Cu-Kα was due to the medium range X-rays, nonetheless, hard X-rays with energies greater than 15 keV also participate in the process. The total emitted X-ray energy in the forms of Cu-K and Cu-K/3 was around 0.14 ± 0.02 (J/Sr) and 0.04 ±0.01 (J/Sr), respectively. The total energy of the emitted hard X-ray (〉 15 keV) was around 0.12± 0.02 (J/Sr).  相似文献

采用较大直径的毛细管对探针法测量液体表面张力系数做了进一步研究.文中引用了Prokhorov提出的改进的瑞利公式,介绍了表面张力系数α的各相关公式的适用范围.实验中利用毛细管探针法测量了几个不同温度下蒸馏水在一直径为5.744.nm的毛细管中的上升高度,用Prokhorov公式计算α.实验测得的蒸馏水的表面张力系数与公认值的百分误差约小于0.13%.最后对实验结果的误差原因进行了分析.  相似文献

本文分析了压力阶跃波法测量固体介质中空间电荷分布的基本原理,讨论了激波在气体激波管内的传播及气体激波作用于固体时在固体内引起的波动的过程。用直径为113mm的激波管为主体构成了空间电荷测量系统,并用压力传感器和微型计算机构成了激波波速测量装置,从而较准确地获得了激波波速、激波压力阶跃波形等有关参数。并得到了一些空间电荷的测量结果。  相似文献
