Siam benzoin is a natural resin that contains up to 65% of coniferyl benzoate. Treatment of this material with an esterase
followed by an alcohol dehydrogenase in a one-pot procedure gave 1.5 g/L coniferaldehyde in 36% molar yield. Several lipases
and esterases were tested, but only pig liver esterase gave significant results. Various alcohol oxidases and alcohol dehydrogenases
were screened for their ability to oxidize coniferyl alcohol to coniferaldehyde. Horse liver alcohol dehydrogenase coupled

对两种物理型硬件木马造成芯片退化或失效的机理进行了详细分析. 通过使用ATLAS 二维器件仿真系统并结合SmartSpice电路逻辑仿真器, 模拟了两种物理型硬件木马对反相器逻辑电路输出特性的影响. 使用ATHENA工艺仿真系统模拟了掺杂离子注入工艺过程, 实现了掺杂型硬件木马的金属-氧化物-半导体场效应管(MOSFET)器件; 使用热载流子注入退化模型对ATLAS 仿真器件进行热载流子压力测试, 以模拟热载流子注入型硬件木马注入MOSFET器件并造成器件退化失效的过程, 分别将上述掺杂型硬件木马和热载流子注入型硬件木马的MOSFET器件与另一个正常MOSFET器件组成同样的反相器逻辑电路. 反相器使用Spice 逻辑电路仿真输出DC直流、AC瞬态传输特性以研究物理型硬件木马对电路输出特性的影响. 为了研究MOSFET器件的物理特性本身对硬件木马的影响, 在不同温度不同宽长比(W/L)下同样对反相器进行Spice电路逻辑输出仿真. 本文分析了离子掺杂工艺、热载流子注入压力测试形成的物理型硬件木马随压力强度、温度的变化对逻辑电路输出特性的影响. 通过结果对比分析得出了含有物理型硬件木马的逻辑电路在DC直流输出特性上的扰动比AC瞬态传输特性更明显的结论. 因此, 本文提出了一种针对物理型硬件木马的检测流程. 同时, 该检测流程是一种具有可操作性的检测物理型硬件木马的方法. 相似文献

In this work the radiation polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAM) in aqueous solutions has been carried out and a water-soluble, temperature sensitive polymer and copolymer were obtained by using γ-rays from Co-60 source at room temperature. We have gained the optimum dose and dose—rate of radiation synthesis of linear polyNIPAAM through determining conversion yield and viscosity. In order to immobilize protein (BSA) and enzyme (HRP) into this water-soluble polymer, we prepared an activated copolymer, poly ( N-isopropylacrylamide-co-N-acryloxysuccinimide). The BSA and HRP has been immobilized onto the activated copolymer. The BSA (HRP) / copolymer conjugates still kept the original thermally sensitive properties of the linear polyNIPAAM. The conjugation yield of BSA to the activated copolymer decreased with increasing of dose. The thermal stability of the immobilized HRP was stable at 0 °C for a long time and has, at least, 4 days stability at room temperature. Immobilized HRP activity was lowered when the temperature was raised above its LCST. This phenomenon was reversible and the immobilized HRP regained activity below its LCST. The optimum pH of the immobilized HRP shifted from ca.5 upward to ca.7. 相似文献

Electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectra of 19 common beta(2)-agonists were investigated in terms of fragmentation pattern and dissociation behavior of the analytes, proving the origin of fragment ions and indicating mechanisms of charge-driven and charge-remote fragmentation. Based on these data, liquid chromatographic/ESI tandem mass spectrometric (LC/ESI-MS/MS) screening and confirmation methods were developed for doping control purposes. These procedures employ established sample preparation steps including either acidic or enzymatic hydrolysis, alkaline extraction and, in the case of equine urine specimens, acidic re-extraction of the analytes. In addition, a degradation product of formoterol caused by acidic hydrolysis during sample preparation could be identified and utilized as target compound in screening and also confirmation methods. The screening procedures cover 18 or 19beta(2)-agonists, the estimated limits of detection of which for equine and human urine samples vary between 2 and 100 ng ml(-1) and between 2 and 50 ng ml(-1), respectively. LC/ESI-MS n methods have been previously set up to detect the administration of (i) Harpagophytum and (ii) preparations containing a plant capable of anti-stress properties: Eleutherococcus senticosus. Harpagoside has been found to be the main indicator of Harpagophytum administration in the horse. These methods have been applied to a large number of horse urine samples of various origins. Regarding the detection of Harpagophytum administration, harpagoside, harpagide and 8-para-coumaroyl harpagide were detected together in only one sample out of 317. Eleutheroside E was found to be the main indicator of Eleutherococcus senticosus administration. It was detected in post-administration samples collected from two horses having received a feed supplement containing Eleutherococcus senticosus for several days. Out of the 382 samples tested, eleutheroside E was found in an unexpected large number of urine samples (39%) of various origins and its presence cannot be only due to the sole use of herbal dietary supplements. 相似文献

目前木马检测的主流技术主要是特征码检测技术,而该技术提取特征码滞后,无法检测未知新型木马.为了更好的检测新型木马,详细归纳总结木马的行为特征,同时在此基础上提取木马通适性行为特征,构建木马行为特征库,设计了基于行为特征库的木马检测模型,并应用模糊模式识别方法判断木马程序.通过实验证明此模型可以对可疑程序的行为特征进行分析判断,较准确地识别木马程序.该检测模型是对基于特征码检测技术的强有力补充,在新型木马不断涌现的今天,基于木马行为特征检测技术具有重要的应用意义. 相似文献
